It was way past midnight, maybe around one in the morning, when the message came. Grian had been watching his copper oxidise when he had felt his communicator buzz.

¬The Council¬

The Main Admin Upton
Hypixel is under attack! (00.56)

The Main Watcher Sherenidy
All the Mains and Leads to Hypixel! (00.57)

The Lead Watcher Haylie
If you get injured, get back to medical
center immediately! (00.57)

Grian felt the world stop around him. In his mind flashed an image. An image of a young girl with eyes full of hatred. He quickly shook it away. He had to hurry to help his siblings.

-----

Hypixel was a total chaos. The moment Xelqua got there he had to dodge from the flying body. He quickly turned around to see Irwin trying to get up behind him, coughing out clots of blood.

"Get back to the Main HQ, now!" Xelqua commanded immediately, hidden eyes widened with horror. He rushed to the blue haired Main Admin to help him up.

"It's okay.. I won't give up.." Irwin tried to assure him, but collapsed against him while trying to stand up. "I can still help..." he mumbled, but from his expression it was clear that he knew he had already lost this battle.

"You did great, I'll take it from here," Xelqua told him. With a pat on his shoulder he guided Irwin through a portal back to the Main World.

Then he felt something piece through him. The taste of something metallic filled his mouth. Warm liquid dripped down his chin. An arrow sticked out of his chest. It stained his clothes crimson.

"ℸ ̣ ⍑ᔑリꖌ ||𝙹⚍ ⎓𝙹∷ ℸ ̣ ᔑꖌ╎リ⊣ ᔑ ᓭ⍑𝙹ℸ ̣  ⎓𝙹∷ ᒲᒷ  ̇/ᒷꖎ, ℸ ̣ ⍑ᔑℸ ̣  ∴ᔑᓭリ'ℸ ̣  リᒷᓵᒷᓭᓭᔑ∷||." Leslie was immediately behind him, shielding him from the eyes of the creature. The leading Rookie had a frown on her face. "!¡ꖎᒷᔑᓭᒷ ꖌᒷᒷ!¡ ||𝙹⚍∷ ᒷ||ᒷᓭ 𝙹リ ||𝙹⚍∷ ᓭ⚍∷∷𝙹⚍リ↸╎リ⊣ᓭ," she adviced him, disposing the bow on her hands.

"Go worry about the fight, I can take care of myself," Xelqua answered. It was a command. Leslie furrowed her brows, not quite pleased, but nodded and vanished from his side.

Blood rushed on the ground as he pulled the arrow out. He immediately regretted that decision, but didn't have time to worry about it. He had a battle to fight.

-----

"What the hell are you doing? You're bleeding and badly!" Xenex was the first one to notice Xelqua's condition.

"I can fight, keep minding your business," Xelqua hissed, trying to ignore the pain. Again, this was an order. His Rookie brother couldn't do anything to argue back to the fifth in command.

Xelqua kept his focus on the creature before him. He could feel its eyes burn him with hatred, even when it wasn't even looking in his direction. It was way more interested in the players of Hypixel who had yet gotten the chance to escape from the chaos. No matter how hard The Council tried to protect them, the creature managed to take lifes of the innocent.

"  ̇/ᒷꖎ, get to the Main HQ!" Kasen exclaimed the moment he noticed the strawberry blonde fly next to him. "We don't want you spilling your guts out!" He sounded panicked. Xelqua started to wonder if his situation looked that bad.

"I'm fine, don't worry about it!" Xelqua waved him off, knowing the seventh in command had no say against him. More blood poured out of his mouth as he let out a wet cough.

Then something small crashed against him, throwing him straight through a portal. He landed on the medical center's wall, giving the white paint a nice red splatter. His sudden entrance also caused a lot of screams and some shattered items.

"Fuck, that wasn't a good idea.." Xelqua definitely knew who that was even before opening his eyes. "Shit, are you alive?" they let out a nervous laugh.

"Thank you for that, ᓭ⍑ᒷリ.." Xelqua mumbled as he heard someone run towards them. His mentor got up, leaving him alone on the floor.

"Fighting in that condition is useless. Don't come back to the battlefield today," Sherenidy sighed, crossing her arms. And with that she disappeared back to Hypixel.

"That wall isn't going to get cleaned.." Yenny mumbled as she crouched down next him. "Let's get you healed up before we can ship you off to Hermitcraft."

"Wait, you're not going to pack me into a cardboard box and just toss me to Hermitcraft with some stupid text on the side of the box.?" Xelqua's eyes widened. The pain was starting to finally go away and his mind wasn't so hazy anymore.

"Oh hell yes! I'm absolutely going to do that!" Yenny exclaimed at the idea. "ℸ ̣ 𝙹!¡ᔑ⨅, go get me a cardboard box that fits him!" she yelled to the lavender haired Watcher behind her.

"What the hell?" Topaz mumbled, but still darted off to go look for a cardboard box.

"Wait, you're not actually–," Xelqua's eyes widened in realisation. Yenny wasn't joking. "You can't just–," he tried to protest, but was cut off by the nurse.

"Hush, you have to stay calm and just let me heal you. ᓭ⍑ᒷリ will get angry at me if I ship you off to Hermitcraft only half-healed," she reminded him, showing another potion on his lips.

-----

Grian wasn't very pleased to actually find himself in a cardboard box in Hermitcraft. And the cardboard box was even sealed with tape so he couldn't break put as easily as he had planned.

This was a slightly awkward situation for him, and it would be even worse when someone noticed the box and decided to come investigate.

Technically he could call some of his siblings to help, but he wasn't about to take the risk of them getting seen by Hermits since the box was in the middle of spawn. Plus, all his siblings were currently a bit busy with Spirit in Hypixel.

And then the box was opened. Grian looked up, meeting Xisuma's eyes. The admin looked fairly confused. He backed away a bit, giving Grian space to get out.

"Thanks, that was a bit uncomfortable. Anyway, it's a nice weather out here, don't you agree?" The strawberry blonde immediately tried to play it off cool and move the topic from the box before it even got there.

"Why on earth were you sitting in a cardboard box at the spawn?" The admin didn't fall for his distraction tactics. He seemed really confused.

"Let's not talk about that," Grian laughed nervously, face going red. It was a bit embarrassing. "Everything's fine, so don't worry about it!" he quickly rushed to assure as the admin frowned with slight worry.

"Grian, remember that if someone outside the server does something bad to you, you can come tell us and we'll take care of them," Xisuma reminded him.

"Yeah, I know, but don't worry. This was my own fault. I accidentally gave them the idea," Grian laughed, trying to get the admin to stop worrying about him. This whole "worrying about each other" was still a bit new to him.

"Where did that box even come from?" Xisuma asked, looking towards it curiously. "Not many servers have items like these," he pointed out.

"I actually don't know for exact. My friends have some weird connections," Grian shrugged. It was true. Some of his siblings would sometimes bring the weirdest items back from some never heard servers. It was always a chaos, especially if the item was actually something living.

"I see," Xisuma hummed.

-----

After finally getting away from Xisuma, Grian was about to go gather some stuff for the Entity, but a buzz of his communicator catched his attention. A smile spread on his face when he read the message.

'I have a new story for you. Get your ass over here.'

Looked like the Entity had to wait a bit longer. His own brother needed him. The Council were all his siblings, but this one was a brother he had known way more longer. They weren't biological brothers, but Grian's mum had adopted him, and therefore Grian also called him his biological brother, along with their third brother.

-----

"𝒴𝑜𝓊'𝓇𝑒 𝓁𝒶𝓉𝑒," said the pinkette once Grian stepped into his house in the Original Nether.

"𝓦𝓱𝓪𝓽 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓱𝓮𝓵𝓵 𝓭𝓸 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓶𝓮𝓪𝓷 𝓵𝓪𝓽𝓮, 𝓣𝓮𝓬𝓱?" Grian asked immediately, furrowing his brows. "𝓘 𝓭𝓸𝓷'𝓽 𝓻𝓮𝓬𝓪𝓵𝓵 𝓰𝓮𝓽𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓪 𝓬𝓮𝓻𝓽𝓪𝓲𝓷 𝓽𝓲𝓶𝓮 𝓘 𝓷𝓮𝓮𝓭𝓮𝓭 𝓽𝓸 𝓫𝓮 𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓮. 𝓨𝓸𝓾 𝓳𝓾𝓼𝓽 𝓼𝓪𝓲𝓭 𝓽𝓸 𝓰𝓮𝓽 𝓶𝔂 𝓪𝓼𝓼 𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓮 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓽𝓱𝓪𝓽'𝓼 𝔀𝓱𝓪𝓽 𝓘 𝓭𝓲𝓭!" he pointed out.

"𝒲𝑒𝓁𝓁, 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓀𝓃𝑜𝓌 𝓂𝑒. 𝐼'𝓂 𝒶 𝓋𝑒𝓇𝓎 𝒷𝓊𝓈𝓎 𝓂𝒶𝓃. 𝐼 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝓆𝓊𝒾𝓉𝑒 𝒶 𝓁𝑜𝓉 𝑜𝒻 𝓌𝑜𝓇𝓀 𝓉𝑜 𝒹𝑜. 𝐼 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝑜𝓃𝓁𝓎 𝒶 𝓁𝒾𝓂𝒾𝓉𝑒𝒹 𝓉𝒾𝓂𝑒 𝓉𝑜 𝓈𝓅𝑒𝓃𝒹 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝒷𝑒𝒻𝑜𝓇𝑒 𝐼 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝓉𝑜 𝑔𝑜 𝑔𝑒𝓉 𝒷𝒶𝒸𝓀 𝓉𝑜 𝒷𝓊𝓈𝒾𝓃𝑒𝓈𝓈," Techno answered, fixing the cape on his shoulders.

"𝓛𝓮𝓽 𝓶𝓮 𝓰𝓾𝓮𝓼𝓼: 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓱𝓪𝓿𝓮 𝓹𝓸𝓽𝓪𝓽𝓸𝓮𝓼 𝓽𝓸 𝓯𝓪𝓻𝓶?" Grian raised an eyebrow.

"𝒩𝑜, 𝐼 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝑔𝑜𝓋𝑒𝓇𝓃𝓂𝑒𝓃𝓉𝓈 𝓉𝑜 𝑜𝓋𝑒𝓇𝓉𝒽𝓇𝑜𝓌," Techno answered with a smirk.

"I should've guessed that," Grian sighed, switching back to English. Techno chuckled.

"Already getting tired of the Nether's Forgotten Language?" Techno teased him.

"It's a bit tricky one to speak, you know," Grian pointed out. He had mastered the language as well as he could, but it was still a bit difficult to speak, especially when speaking with someone who spoke it naturally.

The Nether's Forgotten Language was a language that was only spoken in the Original Nether, mostly by the people born there. It had two noticeably different, yet both correct, ways of speaking it. There was the natural way, which can only be spoken by people born in the Original Nether. And then there's the foreign way, which is what everyone else can learn to speak, yet it's still really hard. Not many know that the Original Nether has it's own language.

-----

Techno chuckled, picking up a book from the living room table. "Would you like to hear what I've learnt?" he asked Grian, waving the book in front of his eyes.

Techno has always loved to read books, especially Greek mythology, and Grian has always been a curious child. When they were young, Grian would always come ask Techno what he was reading and the pinkette would then explain the whole book to her. They both grew up, yet this habit never died.

"What is it about?" Grian inquired, sitting down on the sofa next to his brother. "The Song of Achilles?" he read the name out loud.

"Do you remember when I told you about the Troy war?" Techno asked, tilting his head. He couldn't hide the smile on his lips as he looked at his brother.

"Yeah. Is it about that?"

"Do you remember Achilles?"

"The one who was dipped in that holy water or something like that by his mother? And who died to a shot in his ankle?"

Techno stayed quiet for a second, trying to think how to answer it. "Something like that.."

"Is this about him?"

"More about his lover Patroclus, but also about him."

"I see. Then tell me how it goes!" Grian smiled to his brother. Techno couldn't help but smile back.

"Alright. You better not fall asleep," he chuckled before opening the book.

Merry Christmas everyone! Here's a new chapter after some time– I've been a bit busy writing a choose your adventure book in ao3 (Shado89, if you want to check it out), but now I'm coming back to Wattpad.

Also, I'm not exactly sure if the Greek mythology part is correct since it's been a while since I last listened to it–
