Hope you all don't mind telling a bit about an OC. I have one OC who is a male pony (MLP) that has scars of both battle and purposed harm. Plus, he suffers from both scheciopherenia(?) and PTSD. He was an adopt I've gotten a year or so ago and he was an OTA but ended up getting him for free because of what he reminded me deeply of.

A real life uncle of mine suffers from the same two mental illnesses and he used to harm himself purposely because of that and that male pony (unicorn to be exact) was a HUGE reminder of him to me. And with me being highly empathetic and having a caring nature, I linked that pony to him as a reminder. Also, I wish to raise awareness with the usage of that pony in hopes to get those in need reached out.

Nothing bothers me nor anything, just reminded me too much of personal life (not me personally but yanno-) and just wanted to share that info. One of my MLP OCs suffers from two mental illnesses and used to self mutilate and reason is because the original artist of him made me think of my uncle and that's what made me feel a connection. And after telling all that to them, they acknowledged that and gave him to me for free. Still offered to pay since it was an OTA but nope. Still was given freely and I couldn't help but thank that person. Don't remember who I gotten him from but it was awesome. Plus, I had friends who considered it before I stopped them.

So, what do you all think? Use that pony as an awareness thing for those who is in need and who truly suffers?

P.S: His name is Soldier and he is a retired military pony from Equestrian that fought under Celestia and Luna. He also has a therapeutic female dog named Emery, who helps him out. Light blue unicorn with short tanned mane/tail, an AK-47 cutie mark, green eyes and really light pink battle/harm scars on his front legs. Emery is a golden retriever.
