The bell rang.

"Hi."

She glanced up. "Um... Hi?"

"Won't you like to hang out today? I'm new here so maybe you could show me around." Camille just shrugged and smiled at her again.

"No."

"Wha- Why?"

"I have no time."

"Oh, really...? So... What about tomorrow?"

"No time."

"Do you have any time free?"

"No." She frowned. "Not today, not ever."

"Is that so?" Camille mumbled before going back to her seat, letting the other girl leave the classroom and go to the restrooms.

And a few hours later, the bell rang for the last time.

She got up and left the school building, going down the streets, watching her surroundings, knowing it's for the last time.

She got to the cliff, sitting there and watching the sun getting down but still not enough for it to be called sun set yet.

She sighed and looked down.

How come she used to be scared? She used to be scared of falling down. But now? No. She wanted to fall down. She wanted it all to end.

She took in a deep breath, leaning forward-

"Wait!"

She snapped her head to the side, eyeing a blonde girl running up to her.

"Don't do it!"

She chuckled, turning back towards the view, swinging her legs slowly in the empty air. "Why? No one likes me. Not even I do-"

"But I do," she spat out, falling on her knees next to her, trying to catch her breath.

"Yeah sure," she snorts, rolling her eyes. "You don't even know me-"

"But I'd love to."

There was something within her that cracked at those words. Something that made her gasp for air.

She looked at her with wide eyes. "Really?"
Camille smiled, her eyes shining. "Yeah, of course."

"But... Why?"

She didn't understand.

Why would she want to know her? Why would she try to save her? No one did... and they knew her. Why Camille, out of all people, when she knew absolutely nothing about her?

Tears started falling down from her eyes without her even realising.

She hugged the blonde in front of her, crying into her shoulder.

And Camille just hugged her back, trying to give her as much comfort as she could.
