As i walked back to class because the bell was going to ring any minute i decided to go to the restroom first but on my way there i heard syd in the hall way i was about to walk down so i decided to stop and listen before i turned the corner.

"I told you already. She won't be another fish in you're pond bradley!" syd said pretty mad. "Listen. Syd. I don't want to hurt her in any way. Plus, I get you are looking out for her or whatever this is but just because you-" And he stopped talking because i decided to start walking their direction. "Oh look who it is. The one an only Rachel Rivvers" Bradley said smiling as he looked me up and down. "Brad" i said smiling to him. "Syd" i looked at her and smiled. "Did you hear anything?" Syd asked me and i put on a fake smile and said no just so they wouldn't worry. "Okay" She said as she just walked away squinting at Bradley.

"You know. I didn't think you'd get so popular so fast" He told me just before i walked into the restroom. "How am i popular?" i asked him as i walked back towards him. "You're the fall of the school" He said putting a toothpick in his mouth and smirked. "Am i? Because i haven't heard anyone talk about me besides when i heard them talking about how much you talk about me Bradley Lewis" i said just trying to get him to flirt back. "Mhm. Well. You're not wrong there" he said and just before he put his hands on my waist right as the principal was walking towards us.

"Oh my god. Bradley and Rachel. Bradley Lewis this is the new girl and Rachel Rivvers. You are literally the new kid. How are you so comfortable with a stranger" He said walking in between us shaking his head so bradly wouldn't have his hands on me.

"Well. I should get going because things were kinda rising a little too soon" i told him as i pulled my pants up. "And Rivvers! Pull that damn crop top down! Plus! It's almost one o'clock and class will be starting soon!" The principal yelled at me from down the hall and so i did but barely just to satisfy him. "Bye bradley" i said smirking at him as i walked into the restroom.

-After School-
"Thanks for the ride stan" i said smiling as i got out the car. "Of course" he said putting on some sun glasses "Bye syd" i said smiling and waving bye to her and she did the same as stan drove them off. I walked into the doors of my home to only find my dad asleep on the couch and my mom was gone at work. I had no siblings. My dad had no job, my mom was the only hard working one these days because back then just before i was born my dad got into a bad accident that paralyzed him sadly... That's why i have no siblings.

I went straight upstairs to my room and payed on my bed and put on some shorts and started reading through my magazines i had since i was about six years old. "I'm home!" I heard my mom yell from downstairs. As soon as i got downstairs she greeted me with a hug. "So how was your first day? And we're theres and cute boys?" She asked me holding my hands. "Welll. Today was pretty decent and i already made friends so i'm grateful for them and yes i did meet a cute boy today. And he's interested in me mom" I said smiling as i let her hands go. "His name is Bradley but brad for short but i definitely like bradley better and he is so dreamy mom" i said leaning against the wall and put my hand to my forehead and sighed to be dramatic which made my mom laugh. "I love your new crop top" i told my mom and she spun in a circle. "really?" she asked and i shook my head yes.

My mom had me when she was just fourteen years old so we're technically best friends and she's the best thing i have in my life right now that keeps me going. "Just because i just turned thirty doesn't make me old okay?" she told me and i nodded yes as i laughed which i just so happened to wake my dad up. "Aye! My baby's are home!" He said sitting up and placing his feet on the floor. "Hi dad" i said smiling as i teared up hugging him.
