SIX
the one where she doesn't know

A cold sweat ran down Bibiana's face. Fear was all she could feel and she hated every single moment. It didn't help that she kept having flashbacks to the restroom. One of her greatest enemies was coming for her.

"Bibiana?" Cisco called out.

"Yes?" Bibiana asked, snapping out her trance. Everyone looked at her. "What happened?" Her eyes landed on Jay. "What is he doing here?"

"Patty was kidnapped and we need him to defeat Sand Demon," Barry explained.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Caitlin asked her. The girl nodded her head.

"How do we find him?" she asked.

"We're looking for any structure that promotes humidity," Jay explained. "Greenhouses, grow rooms, anything of the sort. His body will literally start to fall apart if he becomes dehydrated."

"Like dry sand," said Caitlin.

"Exactly," responded Jay. "Sand Demon always attacks on two fronts. He created a diversion, then strikes when you're distracted."

"Okay, then what do we do?" Barry asked.

"We use your speed to get to him before the distraction can happen," Jay answered.

"Jay, how do I stop somebody who can slip through my fingers?" Barry questioned.

"The way I never could. With lightning," Jay answered.

"This sounds like a job more suitable for Ms. Solace," Stein noted.

Everyone looked at Bibiana. Her eyes were fixed on the lights. Every second they flashed brighter and brighter. After every flash, there was an image. It was causing her to go lightheaded and weaker.

No.

No.

No.

No.

There were whispers that soon turned to shouts.

NO!

NO!

NO!

"No," Bibiana repeated. The images doubled and quicker than before.

She fell to her knees and started to cough until blood came out. Caitlin was immediately at her side to perform medical procedures.

"I think it's best if Bibiana sits this one out," Caitlin told everyone.

Barry had a concern look on his face. He wanted to help, but he had to help Patty.

"I'm okay," Bibiana assured them. She wiped away the blood and tried to get up. Her legs almost gave out if Barry didn't catch her.

"You need to rest," Barry told her.

Bibiana nodded her head as she was sit on a chair.

"So, if Bibiana is out then how is Barry going to pull a Zeus?" Cisco asked.

"What are you talking about?" Iris asked. She was also worried about her friend.

"Barry's gonna hurl lightning from the energy he creates when he runs," Jay explained. He seemed untouched by Bibiana's scene.

Caitlin was examining Bibiana when she tried to reply. "Because lightning plus sand equals--"

"Glass," Barry finished.

"Time to learn something new, kid," Jay told him.

"All right," Barry replied. He gave Bibiana another worried look before he noticed Joe. "Give me a sec."

Caitlin pushed Bibiana's chair into their small medical bay. Bibiana got up and laid down while Caitlin ran quick tests.

"The results should show up very soon. In the mean time, watch Netflix while we try to find Sand Demon," Caitlin told her close friend.

Before Caitlin could leave, Bibiana grabbed ahold of her wrist.

"Caitlin. Before Ronnie-" Bibiana stopped so they could both feel the pain of his name. "Before he died, he showed me the ring he wanted to get you."

"What?" Caitlin asked. Bibiana simply pointed at a single drawer before she relaxed and took a nap.

"Run. Hide. Disappear. I'll always find you."

"Your Flash won't save you."

Bibiana could hear her deep breaths as she ran through an unknown forest, trying to survive. She tried zapping out and to a safe place but it just didn't work.

"Bibiana Ai Solace. BASically ready for death. Black As Seven."

"Soon."

"Black Plague is coming."

The nightmares. The hallucinations. They were becoming worse and worse. There was no telling what anything that she heard or saw in her nightmare meant. But Black Plague was what she was going to call the person hunting her.

She quietly woke up in her sweat and noticed Caitlin walking towards the team with the hat they found. Caitlin had handed it to Jay who was dressed up. Then Bibiana noticed Barry in his Flash suit.

Confused, Bibiana watched Barry take off with Jay. Independent Bibiana was gone. The nightmares and everything caused her to realize that she needed Barry.

Fear was at its purest form at that moment. If something happened to Barry, she didn't know what she would do. The threats that Black Plague was telling her made her fear for her friends lives.

It didn't help that they were all gathered around in the cortex with frightened faces. Once their faces relaxed, Bibiana relaxed.

She got out of the bed and slowly walked towards them. Maybe it was the nap or ability to recover quickly, but she felt better with every step.

"Did we win?" Bibiana asked. Her voice surprising sounded nice and healthy.

Caitlin looked at her with surprised. Bibiana noticed the chain on Caitlin's neck with the ring that Ronnie had showed her. She remembered buying it a week after his death.

Bibiana jumped in surprise when everyone hugged her. Then came Doctor Snow.

"Bibiana... I don't know how to tell you this," Caitlin said, looking at her clipboard.

Everyone looked at it except Bibiana and stared at them. They all had confused faces.

"What? Did I die for a minute? Am I a ghost?" Bibiana asked. Ha, that would make it easier for Black Plague.

"You were perfectly healthy the whole time," Cisco answered.

"It appears that while we were indeed successful in closing the singularity, there was an unfortunate side effect," Stein explained. Bibiana did not like the theory about more than one Earth since it hurt her head.

"What are you talking about?" Barry asked.

"Using electrophotography, Cisco and I were able to search Central City for any signs of energy entering our earth from another dimension. From any 'breaches', as Mr. Garrick described them," Stein answered.

"But, of course, there isn't just one breach," Cisco added. "There's 52 of them scattered throughout the city."

"These breaches are pockets of time and space folded into and upon itself. But the most significant breach of all appears to be this one," Stein said. Cisco pressed a button to show the big breach.

"I think these breaches are making me sick," Bibiana commented.

"And where exactly is that located?" Caitlin asked.

"It's here, inside S.T.A.R. Labs," answered Stein. "And just beyond that breach is an entirely diff--fferent--"

Stein fell onto the floor causing everyone to panic. There's another sick one.

"Is he having a stroke? Heart attack? I can't lose another one," Bibiana rumbled off.

"Professor?" they all asked.
