"Kassi, darling what are you doing?" Killian asked as he cocked his head to the side watching Kassidy scrubbing at the decks.
"I'm working, Captain. What does it look like?" She asked and smirked up at him. "The cook, quite literally chased me out of the galley and I feel like I need to do something to earn my keep."
Killian smiled he was proud that she had completely shed the princess title.
"Aye. Just don't over do it and hurt yourself love." He grinned. Kassidy arched a brow at him. "I've been at this since sunrise, Killian. I'm fine."
"Well, in that case. Take a break I want to show you something. Come." He said and held his hand out. Kassidy took his hand and he helped her up. He led her to the bow of the ship and handed her his spyglass. Kassidy extending the spyglass and looked in it and gasped.
"Is that.."
"Aye, The North Mountain. We're nearly there." He smiled and put his arms around her waist.
"I've been reading out of your collection. Supposedly there are trolls in Arendelle, not like the ugly nasty ones in the Enchanted Forest. Good trolls and from what I've read maybe they can help me figure out where my magic comes from." She said.
"If that would make you happy you should seek them out. Would you like me to accompany you?" Killian asked. Kassidy shook her head.
"No, I think this is something I should do on my own." She smiled as she watched the sun setting over the mountain.
"Gods its so beautiful.." She said and turned around and wrapped her arms around him.
"Thank you." She said and pressed her head to his chest.
"What for, my love?" Killian asked.
"Showing me the world."
"Love, Arendelle hardly counts as the world, but I do promise if you stick with me you will see many." He promised and kissed the top of her head.

----------------------------------------------

The next morning Kassidy was up before the sun. Killian was an early riser, but even this was too early for him.
"Love, we have 4 hours before we are ready to make port. Please come back to bed." He groaned.
"Just look at it!" Kassidy beamed looking out the window at the sun peeking out behind the palace. Arendelle was much more beautiful than the pictures she had seen in books. She looked back at Killian who had gone back to sleep. She frowned and strolled over to the bed.
"Killian." She whispered. He grunted in response. She climbed on top of him and nudged his chest.
"Killian.." She whispered again and then squealed as he rolled her onto her back pinning her down.
"You my love are worse than a child on Christmas."
"I can't help it." Kassidy said. "I'm excited. I've always wanted to see Arendelle, I don't know why and maybe I'll finally get some answers about my magic and then I've heard about these hot springs." She said and winked.
"Aye, I've been in the hot springs, they are wonderful." Killian smirked. "However Arendelle is much more enjoyable after a full night of sleep."
"I suppose I can let you sleep." Kassidy smiled.
"You should rest up too, you have quite a journey to your trolls."
"But I'm not tired." Kassidy sighed.
"I can fix that." Killian grinned.

-------------------------------------------------------------

While Kassidy was on her Journey to find the trolls. Killian was on an adventure of his own with Smee in tow Killian wandered the market in Arendelle looking for something very specific when he stopped at a small shop selling fine Jewelry.
"What are we doing here?" Smee asked.
"I am looking for something specific. There is a stone that you can only find here."
"Well what does it look like?" Smee asked.
"Its a stone that gives off the illusion that there is dragons breathe contained inside. Kassidy was looking through my books and saw it and her eyes lit up like the sky on a clear night." Killian grinned.
Smee smiled. "So, why are we looking at Jewelry? We passed a shop with rare stones just before this one."
"I have my reasons. Just keep a lookout." Killian said and walked away from him to browse the shop, he came across a display of rings. There were all sorts of stones set in them. Moonstones, Amethyst, all dull but then he saw it right in the middle. The band was made out of silver and had designs weaved through it, but set in the middle was the stone that was ten times more beautiful that it was in the book. This was the one.
"Smee. I've found it." Killian said holding up the ring.
"A ring sir?" Smee asked with a smirk.
"Hush." Killian said narrowing his eyes.
"Shall I distract the shopkeep sir?" Smee asked.
"No Mr. Smee, I think i'll be purchasing this one." He said waving his bag of coin.

------------------------------------------------------------

Kassidy sighed. She really should have brought Killian with her. She looked at the map, she should have been in the valley of living rock ages ago.
"Miss, are you lost?" A small voice said from behind her. She turned around and smiled at the little blonde headed boy and then let out a startled yelp as she felt a nudge at her satchel. She turned and looked at the baby reindeer.
"Is this your moose?" She asked.
"He's a reindeer. And he's looking for a snack. Sven that's not polite." The boy sighed.
"Oh." Kassidy said and opened the satchel and pulled out some hard tack and held it out for Sven who snatched it happily from her hand leaving slobber behind. Kassidy scrunched up her face and wiped her hand on her pants.
"Are you hungry too? Its not much but if you're hungry it does the trick." She said the boy took one of the hard biscuits from her and smiled.
"Thank you." He said. "I'm Kristoff. You look lost."
Kassidy sighed.
"I'm Kassidy, and yes. I am. I'm trying to find the valley of living rock."
"Oh! I know the way, I live there." Kristoff smiled. "Come on Sven lets show Kassidy the way." He said and climbed on the reindeers back. Kassidy ran to keep up with the boy and his reindeer.

When they came to a clearing they stopped.
"This is it." Kristoff beamed. Kassidy looked around confused. There was not much here but a bunch of rocks covered in moss.
"Are you sure?" She asked and then watched as the boy walked around talking to the rocks.
"All..right then." She mumbled.
"Wake up guys! Someone is here to see you!" Kristoff said patting one of the rocks. Kassidys eyes widened as the rocks started to move. She drew her cutlass as one rolled right at her, and when it sprung to life she let out a startled shriek and fell backwards.
"I didn't mean to startle you princess." The rock troll smiled.
"Princess?" Kristoff asked confused.
"How..did you know?" Kassidy asked. "Who are you?"
"This is Grand Pabbie." Kristoff said.
"I know a great many things." Pabbie smiled. "I know that you've come looking for answers about your magic."
"Yes. If you have them."
"I have some." The troll replied. "I just recently helped a little princess, whose sister has similar magic as you. Al though yours is more contained, and more powerful."
"Where does it come from?" Kassidy asked.
"The same place as hers. Same bloodline, Same Magic."
"Same blood line?" Kassidy asked confused. "I have family here?"
"Your mother's family. Yes." Pabbie smiled. "I didn't imagine you'd be aware that this was a homecoming." He said.
"No... I didn't I don't know much of my mother. She died before I really knew her." Kassidy frowned. "This..magic. Is it good?" She asked.
"It can be. You'll have the choice to do remarkable things in the coming years Princess, you must choose for yourself, then whether your magic will be good, or bad. You are powerful, and you pass that on in sorts to the life you carry inside of you."
"The.. I'm sorry what?" Kassidy asked.
"You did not know?" Pabbie asked.
"Know what?"
"You are with child Princess."
---------------------------------------------------------------

Kassidy had met Killian at the hot springs as planned. She looked at the pile of his clothes in the grass beside the spring and watched him float around. She sat down quietly on the bank unlacing her boots lost in thought. How was she to tell him this news? How would they have a baby on a ship? Would he still want her?
She pulled her boots off and stood looking around to make sure they were not being watched before stripping the rest of her clothes putting them in a pile beside his and stepping slowly into the hot water. It felt amazing. She waded over to Killian and ran her hands over his arms placing gentle kisses on his shoulder. He looked over his shoulder and smiled at her.
"Hello love." He said and turned around resting his hand on her hip under the water pulling her close to him.
"How did your journey go?" He asked.
"It went wonderful. I met a boy, who talked to a reindeer and he helped me find the trolls because I got lost. He actually lives with them." She said.
"Did you get the answers you were hoping for?"
Kassidy nodded.
And then some. She thought.
"Turns out, I have royal blood all around. Arendelle was my mother's home, Grand Pabbie said that I share a bloodline with the royal family here. Their daughter has powers similar to mine. I went to look into that but the castle gates are shut off to everyone." Kassidy frowned. "But.. it's a start. At least I know..." She said trailing off as Killian placed kisses all over her neck. She put her arms around his shoulders and her legs around his waist and he floated towards the bank with her.
"How was your journey in the market? Did you find what you were looking for?" She asked.
"Aye." He smiled and reached up on the bank to his pile of clothes rummaging through it. Kassidy was thinking of how she would bring up that she was with child and every option just seemed not so great. She was truly terrified he was going to leave her in Arendelle and she'd never see him again.
"So.. Grand Pabbie actually told me something else.." She said.
"Hold that thought for just a moment." Killian smiled. He had something in his hand but Kassidy couldn't see it.
"This isn't really the proper way to do this.. And I know that you must have dreamed this day would have been much different for you had you not met me, but I love you and I want to spend every day for the rest of our lives together. Just you and me and the open sea." He said and revealed the beautiful ring in his hand.
"Marry me?" He asked.
Kassidys eyes welled. She held him tightly.
"You really want to marry me?" She asked.
"Aye...if you'll have me." Killian said giving her a hopeful smile.
"Of course I will." Kassidy said. Killian grinned like a fool and slipped the ring onto her finger. Kassidy held his face in her hands and kissed him.
"I love you." She said.
He wiped a tear from her eyes.
"I love you too." He said and returned her kiss. "Now what is it you wanted to tell me?" Killian asked.
Just you and me and the open sea.
Kassidy shook her head. "I..I forgot." She said. He pulled her close to him.
"That's okay love, I'm sure you'll remember."
Oh.. I'm sure I will..
