CHAPTER 1

This story started when NXT Superstars went on a field trip together for successfully winning in Survivor Series 2019. Little that they know, it's also the start of the most unforgettable scary experience of their life.

"I still can't believe that we won!" screamed one of NXT Superstars, with long green hair and dark brown eyes, wearing her infamous Viking helmet.

The people around her snickered how enthusiastic she was.

"Ugh! Thinking about the NXT women's match barely won..." commented her Welsh brunette friend beside her, who's busy reading a book, "I don't know if we're considered lucky or not."

"What are you saying? We dominated that match!" pointed out by her arch-nemesis pink-haired, self-proclaimed captain of the team.

"Shut up Dakota!" Tegan Nox rolled her eyes through her thick glasses, not in the mood to deal with her so-called 'ex-best friend.'

"You're not even included in that match," Dakota Kai added, comfortably sitting behind them as she continues to put makeup on her face.

"You're the one to talk," Tegan retorted back.

Rhea Ripley cleared her throat, "Now now..."

She stepped in before their 'friendly' banter ends up in a harsh fight. Everyone inside the bus knows that Dakota and Tegan were fighting because of the storyline.

On the other side, The Velveteen Dream is currently watching a show on his phone when suddenly, his face bumped into the back of the seat because of the impact.

"OUCH! THAT HURTS!" He complained, loud enough that people who're sleeping woke up.

"Oh, for crying out loud..." groaned Robert Stone, in his right hand was an empty bottle of alcohol.

"Will you stop drinking, Robert?" Chelsea Green pinched her nose as shook her head in disgust.

Matt Riddle can't help but laugh after seeing Dream, "You have a lump in your forehead, bro," He pointed out. The Velveteen Dream rolled his eyes in annoyance, massaging his forehead carefully and wince in pain when he felt the lump.

The bus suddenly stopped reasoned why some of them stood up to check what's the commotion all about.

"WHAT HAPPENED?!"

"Why did we stopped?"

"Is there a problem?"

"Hey Candice, did you just fart?" Mia Yim teased, covering her nose while smirking at her.

"I didn't do such things," Candice Le Rae denied, "Why don't you do something about your growling stomach?" She suggested. Johnny Gargano laughs loudly after seeing Mia's pouting face. Keith Lee, on the other hand, patted his girlfriend's head to calm her.

Shawn Michaels, the current driver of their bus immediately went outside to find the problem. Matt Riddle curiously followed him.

"WHAT'S THE PROBLEM BRO?" He asked him while Shawn's busy checking the tires.

"I think something's wrong with the engine, also the flat tires but I can handle this, don't worry," Shawn replied, smiling reassuringly as he went back inside the bus to find the things he needs.

"OHMYGOD IT'S SO HOT! MY MAKE UP WILL BE RUINED!" Dakota roared while Raquel Gonzales kept fanning her, "I'm getting tired of this." She mumbled quietly.

"Well, that's a first," said Kayden Carter, removing her eye mask and glared at Dakota who disturbed her beauty sleep.

"A first, really?" replied Kacy Catanzaro, the woman sitting next to Kayden. "This is her third meltdown today!"

"I think she meant the first in front of her co-workers," said Fandango, removing his jacket revealing his muscular-toned chest.

"I was about to say the same," said his tag team partner, Tyler Breeze who stopped taking a selfie from his phone. "And perhaps it'd be better to save your venting for after our trip, young lady..."

Dakota heard it loud and clear, facing them, "Don't you 'young lady' me, Tyler Breeze!" Dakota retorted. "Raquel and I have been struggling to remain still in this blazing bus for nearly two hours already? Do you have any idea how hot-headed I become right now?!"

"I know what's up, you're starving," Bobby Fish pointed out, "but it's not like I can do anything about it!"

Kyle O'Reilly threw a bag of chips, "Consider that an early Christmas gift, you needed that to calm your system."

"She said it was hot, maybe because I'm here!" Adam Cole joked around while the rest of the Undisputed Era laughs with him.

Dakota was now looking murderously angry, glancing at each of them as she throws one of her shoes at Adam Cole who got hit at the head.

"HEY! THE F*CK?!" Adam reacted, rubbing his head. "Why did you do that?"

"Excuse me?!" the girl snapped back.

"Come on now, Kota." Tegan sighed in clear exasperation. "All of us here dealt with this hot temperature, or at least I have. But your complaining won't get us anywhere--"

"Please stop talking," Dakota growled, clutching her fan tighter in her fingers. "You're giving me a headache."

"This again, huh?" The Ring General Walter muttered, feeling helpless to stop the oncoming train-wreck. The rest of the Imperium muttered in agreement.

"What in the world...why am I suddenly got disconnected on the WiFi?" Rhea angrily questioned, annoyed at the fact that she can't continue to scroll on Instagram.

"The WiFi hates you." Cameron Grimes weirdly commented earning a vicious punch from the Aussie.

-

"If you say so, bro." Matt wiggled his brows at Shawn and then he went back to the bus to drink water.

Matt rummaged his bag and noticed his water jug empty. He turned to his beloved friend Timothy Thatcher to accompany him to buy water outside. Timothy refused to go, shooting him a menacing death glare.

Matt Riddle pouted and then glanced at his friend, "Let's go, Stallion Pete!"

Matt dragged Pete away before he could speak.

Shawn noticed the two running away, "Don't go too far, kids!"

Keith Lee and company hopped out of the bus to play volleyball. Alexander Wolfe felt hot as he decided to open the window. Unfortunately, the ball hits his face, causing Damien Priest to evil laugh.

Everyone inside the bus freaked out when they saw Alexander's bloody face.

"Who did that?" Walter shouted, marching his way outside. Damian, Dominik Dijakovic, and Cameron pointed at Keith Lee, making Walter to scolds him.

"Let's go outside! I'm melting." Roderick Strong complained, sweats all over his body. Bobby Fish dragged Kyle O'Reilly on his seat but the national treasure pushed his hands away.

"Let's just sleep." Kyle groaned, burying his face in the pillow.

"Don't say that." Bobby poked his head. Kyle grabbed one of his pillows as he followed his friends.

As they reached outside, Adam Cole bites his lower lip, noticing Roderick's shirt drenched in sweat.

"Take it off!" The leader of the Undisputed Era commanded, couldn't take his eyes off Roddy's muscular chest.

The girls screamed watching Roderick slowly pulled his shirt up.

"By the way, where are we?" Roderick suddenly asked.

"We're in the middle of nowhere. Unfortunately, there's no signal here so we couldn't call for help." Shawn answered.

"What are we gonna do now?" Marcel Barthel asked through the window.

"Are we going to wait here or what?" Fabian Aichner questioned.

"Like we had a choice," Alexander commented.

Shawn chuckled, "I'm glad you understand the situation we're in."

"Hey Bobby, you mention it awhile ago that you had your grandma's ancestral house somewhere here," Adam elbowed his friend.

"I think so," Bobby reluctantly answered, staring at the blue sky.

"The mansion that owned by your great great great great great great grandmother?" Kyle asked, eyes sparkling with excitement.

"Just three greats." Bobby corrected while glancing at his friend.

"What are you waiting for?" Roderick shrieked out.

"Love me as you do?" Adam asked.

"There's food in there right? Perfect timing 'cause I'm hungry." Kyle said, clinging at Bobby's right arm.

Bobby sighed as the three of his friends dragged him.

Unbeknownst to them, Dakota eavesdropping at their conversation. She smirked as she thought of a plan.

-

"Hey Kyle, Bobby! Did you know that Roddy and I met a few years ago?"

"Is that so?" Bobby replied uninterested while Kyle rolled his eyes at Adam's story.

In the middle of the conversation, Dakota complained loudly, "Are we there yet?"

The Undisputed Era suddenly jumped in surprise, asking in unison, "Why are you here?"

"I followed you, duh! Well, it's not just me," Dakota confidently stated, showing a bunch of their friends at her back.

"WHAT?!"

"All of you...followed us?" Kyle asked dumbfounded.

"Not all, Kacy and Kayden stayed in the bus," Toni Storm stated.

"Timothy's not here either," Rhea added, shrugging her shoulders.

"Matt and Pete's nowhere to be found," Tegan added.

"Dominik is helping Shawn to fix the bus," Keith Lee shared.

"Well, we're here to bring food for Alexander Wolfe who got left behind," Walter joined in and the two Imperium nodded their head at their leader.

The Undisputed Era glanced at each other and smiled weakly.

"Where are we going anyway?" Johnny Gargano curiously asked and Adam Cole felt annoyed all of the sudden, "You followed us here without my permission?"

"Hah? Who needs your permission?" The Triple Crown Winner retorted back.

"You're not allowed to go there!" Adam Cole hissed, angrily pointing his fingers at him. Johnny Gargano smirked, "Are we going to your territory, Adam Cole?"

"...No, but it's Bobby Fish and he's my friend so you're not welcome in there!"

Roderick stands in the middle, breaking the two, "We should let them be, after all...the more, the messier...I mean- merrier!"

Adam was about to refuse when he felt a hand on his shoulder, "It's fine." Bobby Fish reassured his friend as he glanced at all of his coworkers, "It's somewhere near here so let's go?"

-

Damian couldn't help but speak while walking, "Is it just me or are they glaring at us?"

They noticed the creepy stares of the people in the background. Most people would have panicked or would have frantically searched for a way out. But they're NXT Superstars. They're used to people stares, loud places, cheers, and boos.

Keith Lee nervously speaks, "There's actually a weird rumor spreading like wildfire before...saying that there are evil spirits here."

"You mean to tell us that you're believing at those paranormal things?" Cameron sarcastically asked he reached for his handkerchief in his jeans as he wipes his sweat.

"Unbelievable, there's a reason why it's called rumors," Johnny exclaimed, noticing a truck was driving in the opposite direction, slowed down to ask something on the side of the road.

"There's no harm if we believe at those things, right?" Scarlett Bordeaux suddenly speaks, reasoned why everyone immediately glanced at the blonde.

"Wait...you were here?" Adam Cole questioned.

"Karrion Kross' also here." Kyle pointed out at the man besides Scarlett and Roderick scratched his head, "Dexter Lumis too."

Mia clings at his boyfriend, "Keith, I'm scared!"

Candice rolled her eyes as she mimics her, "Johnny, I'm scared!"

Tommaso Ciampa chuckled while The Velveteen Dream couldn't help but feel envious.

The Imperium were busy chatting while following the group. There was a light meow behind Fabian, prompting him to look over his shoulder to find the cat that was vying for his attention. He took a step back, allowing to appreciate the small creature with soft blue eyes. The white cat tilted its head, trying to find the right angle to see the whole of his figure.

Fabian quickly swept the cat off the ground to cradle the creature lovingly. His right-hand stroke it softly when a dog suddenly bites his leg.

"AAAAAAAHHHH!" Fabian screamed in pain, reasoned why the white cat hopped on the ground. Marcel shooed the dog away.

"WHAT THE HELL?!"

"WHAT HAPPENED?"

"OHMYGOD!"

Bobby noticed the commotion, he took off his scarf and lent it to Walter. The Ring General reluctantly accepted it and used it as a bandage to cover up Fabian's bleeding leg.

"Are you alright?" Marcel asked his friend while Fabian weakly nodded.

"This is nothing, don't worry." He reassures, making everyone sighed in relief.

-

"Why did you suddenly stop, Bobby?" Roderick asked, rubbing his nose after he bumped at his friend's back.

"We're here," Bobby announced, staring at the big mansion from afar. It took them an hour and a half to reach the home Bobby was looking for, having nearly gotten lost a few different times.

Rain clouds had rolled in, dark and ominous. A crackle of thunder made some of them, shivers. It was just four in the afternoon and yet it looks like it's already midnight.

Bobby Fish turned his attention back on it. There are almost no words to describe the elegance and beauty of his great (3x) grandma's ancestral mansion. The most prominent features of it are the fan-shaped front entrance glass canopy which can be seen even if you're outside of the house.

The place was anything but familiar, though it wasn't anything grand either or so he thought because when he glanced at his co-wrestlers, everyone's eyes were in awe.
