Chapter 4

"Jihann, sit down properly." Tumingin ako sa kanya mula sa paghahanap ng songs sa ipad ko pero hindi ako gumalaw para sundin ang utos niya. When will he ever get used to my clothes? I ignored him and continued browsing my ipad.

"Jee..." Saway niya ulit sa akin habang patuloy lang sa pagdadrive.

"I am comfortable this way Ian." Narinig ko pa ang buntonghininga niya bago tumingin sa pagkakaupo ko sa passenger seat ng kotse niya. I was sitting on folded legs while still wearing my cheerleading skirt. The skirt is hitching up and my mid-rise short shows.

Itinigil niya ang kotse sa gilid ng daan at iniabot ang jacket sa backseat ng kotse at ibinato sa lap ko. I raised my eyebrows at him in amusement.

"Seriously?" Hindi makapaniwalang tanong ko sa kanya. Dalawang linggo na kami yet hindi pa din siya sanay na ganito kaiksi ang skirt ko. Para bang hindi niya ako sinusundo araw araw na ganito ang suot.

"Seriously." He said flatly and continued driving. Nagkibit balikat na lang ako at itinuloy ang ginagawa ko. Nung makapili na ako ng kanta, isinuot ko na ang earpods at ignored Ian. He's used to it. He doesn't mind that we don't talk that much while he's bringing me home. Frankly, ako ang hindi sanay sa tahimik na byahe. Siegfred and I usually chat our way home or sometimes we even ended up parking on the side of the road just to make out.

But then, Ian is not Siegfred. In fact, their attitudes are poles apart.

"By the way Ian, hindi mo ako kailangang sunduin tomorrow. I'll be attending Zack's party after class." Sabi ko habang hindi tumitingin sa kanya pero ramdam ko ang pagtingin niya sa akin.

"I presume, you're not asking my permission. You're merely informing me." I looked at him this time. Nakakunot ang noo ko nung makita ko ang parang galit or inis na expression sa mukha niya.

"Yes. I am telling you that I'm coming to Zack's party. Is there any problem?" Lalong nangunot ang noo niya pero hindi niya sinagot ang tanong ko. He maneuvered the car to the parking space allotted for my unit. He turned off the engine and unlock the doors then went out of the car. I scrambled for the seatbelt and immediately went out the car too. What's wrong?

"Ian!" I called after him. Nagmamadali akong sumunod sa kanya as he climbed up the stairs to my unit. We usually don't use the elevator since my floor is just 2 floors away from the parking.

"Ian, what's the problem?" Malakas na ang boses ko habang mabilis din na umaakyat sa hagdan while matching his long strides.

"I don't know." He sound mad and frustrated. Hindi na ako nakapagpigil, hinawakan ko ang braso niya para mapatigil siya sa pag akyat. Tumigil nga siya at humarap sa akin tapos bumuntonghininga.

"What do you mean?"

"I don't know Jihann. Hindi ko alam kung dapat ba akong magalit dahil ngayon mo lang sinabi or magpapasalamat ako dahil sinabi mo pa sa akin." He brushed his hair with his fingers obviously showing his frustrations.

"Obviously you're mad." Kitang kita naman sa itsura niya na galit siya at frustrated. "Why?"

"Seriously, hindi ko alam kung saan lulugar. Hindi ko alam kung normal lang ba sa'yo na hindi nagpapaalam kapag may pinupuntahan. Ako kasi nasanay na nagpapaalam sa akin ang mga past girlfriends ko. So naturally, I would get mad upon knowing that you've decided without me." Oh! So that was it. Umakyat ako ng isang step para magkapantay kami at lumapit ako sa kanya. Enough, para magdikit ang mga katawan namin. I put my arms around his nape and smiled at him sweetly.

"So, you wanted to have an upper hand in this relationship?" I said too sweetly and I saw him swallowed as he look at me.

"It's not like that Jee. I just wanted to be informed." Nilapit ko pa lalo ang mukha ko sa mukha niya at nagsimula nang mamula ang buong mukha niya. Lalo akong napangiti.

"I'm going to Zack's party. Are you coming or not?" I bit my lower lip and again napalunok siya. I suppressed my smile.

"Di ba dapat ang tanong mo ay kung papayag ako o hindi?" Umiling ako at nilapat ang labi ko sa labi niya pero agad ko ding inalis.

"No...babe. I'm going to Zack's party and it's either you come with me or I'm going alone."

"May lakad kami ni Dad tomorrow evening Jee." Naramdaman ko na ang paghawak niya sa bewang ko at mas idiniin ang katawan niya sa katawan ko. I really enjoy teasing him. Isang linggo pa lang kami pero alam na alam kong hindi niya ako ma resist. This guy is totally smitten by me.

"Very well then...you're coming." Inalis ko na ang mga kamay ko sa batok niya pero hindi ko inalis ang pagkakadikit ng katawan namin. I love being this close to Kriztian. I love feeling his warmth. Pero kailangan naming maghiwalay dahil alam kong may CCTV dito and I don't want to create a scandal. Tumalikod na ako at nagsimulang umakyat.

"Jee!" He called after me pero hindi na ako lumingon hanggang sa makarating kami sa floor ko. Binuksan ko ang pinto at pumasok kami sa loob. Pagkapasok niya, humarap ako sa kanya, pinning him to the door. Ipinulupot ko ulit ang mga braso ko sa leeg niya.

"Alam kong gusto mong sumama. Ayaw mong mag isa akong pumunta sa party na yun. I know how possessive you are and I don't want you wondering what I'm doing at that party while you're doing some business with your Dad. Ipagpapaalam kita kay Tito Tamako." Nakangiti nang sabi ko.

"You don't have to do that. Kaya kong magsabi kay Daddy." Hinapit niya ako palapit sa kanya. Alam kong nagpipigil lang siya kanina sa hagdan and I'm excited to know how far he can go this time.

"Let me. Nagpapabango ako sa parents mo. Gusto kong isipin nila na ideal girlfriend ako even if I'm not Ian." Napabuntonghininga na lang siya at napatango. As a reward, I tiptoed and kissed him on the lips which he answered immediately. When our kiss started getting intense, I pulled away.

"So, susunduin mo ako tomorrow sa school?" I said smiling at his expression.

"Yes." His face inched closer but I deliberately avoided his lips. No...not yet.

"Next semester, preppy, make sure to sync your class schedule with mine. Nakakapagod mag drive from office to school." Nakita kong tumaas ang kilay niya.

"Baka naman nakakapagod maghintay sa akin while I'm stuck in the traffic on the way to school. Coz' I don't really mind driving for you." How could he read me so easily? Inaamin ko na minsan nakakabagot maghintay sa kanya. Maraming beses na gusto ko na lang magtaxi para makauwi ako kaagad dahil ang tagal niyang dumating because of traffic. Pero kapag naiisip ko na nagmamadali siyang umalis sa office para lang masundo ako, nawawala kaagad ang pagkainip ko.

"Ganun pa din naman yun." I pouted and I saw how his eyes darkened as he looked at my lips.

I pulled him closer and our lips touched. This time I didn't pull away when our kiss deepened. I opened my mouth when his tongue seek entrance. His hands are now gently caressing my sides while pulling me closer towards him.

"Are we going to have sex Ian?" I asked while trying to catch my breath after that mind blowing kiss.

"No..." there's uncertainty in his voice.

"Why not?"

"Because I know that you're just teasing me. Testing my limits. You're a witch." Naramdaman ko ang pagpisil niya sa tagiliran ko na parang nanggigigil.

"What if I am not teasing you? You know, I wanted to do it with you." I tried to reach his lips but he avoided my kiss. I wasn't insulted, instead, I smiled at him. How I love his self control.

"I wanted to do it with you too, babe. But not this time."

"Why not?"

"Because I like you way too much to ruin you." Saglit niyang inilayo ang katawan ko sa katawan niya.

"You will not ruin me. You'll make me whole. I'm sure of it."

"Jee, when will you stop teasing me?" I smiled at him.

"Until you give in. Until you stop acting like a prudent virgin. Until you can no longer take it. Until you burst in your pants." Lalong lumaki ang ngiti ko nung nakita kong lalong namula ang pisngi niya. Ibinaba ko ang kamay ko at hinawakan ang umbok sa pants niya. He jerked at pushed my hand away.

"You tease." He hissed at me but his eyes turned darker.

"C'mon Ian."

"Jee, I know something that you think I am not aware of. " Napatigil ako sa paglapit sa kanya at napatingin sa mukha niya. Pero saglit lang kasi naisip ko na tactic niya yun para hindi ko siya akitin.

"Hmm?" I raised myself and sniff the side of his neck. Why is he so tall?

"You're acting like a certified tease but the truth is, you're still a virgin." That totally stopped me. How the hell did he know? I thought my acting was very convincing. I nearly believe myself, that I am no longer a virgin.

"You knew all along?" Fuck!

"Siegfred told us everything before he left." That bastard. He really wanted to ruin me?

"You knew yet you allowed me to tease you? Why tell me now?" He looked at me with unquestionable desire in his eyes and pulled me towards him. God! I can feel his arousal in my stomach. Napalunok ako sa ginawa niya.

"Because I am about to give in and I don't want to act like a prudent virgin anymore. I am telling you because I can no longer stand your advances and as you can feel, I am so ready to burst in my pants. I am telling you so you will stop teasing me and so I could hold on longer to the fact that the only thing that's stopping me from taking you is the knowledge that you're innocent despite that wicked mask you're wearing."
