Character A is a very special mermaid/man of the ocean. They go around and grant prophecies, being pulled by a string of light to these locations. They are soon captured by a certain kingdom that needs to Kill them for their prophecy. The kingdom's royal kin, character B, needs to kill them in order for this to work but they end up falling in love with them, postponing the execution for weeks.
