My Hero Academia; Vigilantes based scenario

~Oc/Crush was never able to pass their hero license test so they soon gave up and dropped out of school. They still wanted to do hero work so they decided to become a Vigilante, helping people with their quirk but doing so illegally~

(Just a small Fyi for those who don't know, quirk usage if they don't have a hero ID or some sort of authority is illegal, or so they say in the Vigilante Manga— yes I know Kōhei Horikoshi did not make the Vigilante series but he still supported the manga)
