The cast party is out in the night and there are beautiful lights and food everywhere. You wear beautiful outfits that are still enchanting but not crazy like your parade outfit. Up on a balcony is president Snow who gave a quick announcement before letting you mingle and eat. He sits at the top and silently watches you all. Don't try to talk to him or throw something at him he has an invisible forcefield around his balcony.
