So this Is mostly around will and George's relationship and stuff like that but I promise it will get more interesting next chapter and I won't forget about this again. :D also it's quite different from the rest of the story, but expect more: edited images (Instagram pages), and text conversations- would you mind if occasionally I dedicated a chapter to a text convo if it's pretty long, or like, a string of Instagram posts?

He said that he loves me. George pondered dreamily as he wandered back home, occasionally so deep in thought he would almost fall. He chose to ignore the no homo part, and continued daydreaming. He was bought back to the real world when his phone began to ring, so he brushed off his feelings, in straight, he reminded himself, before answering his phone.

"Alright mate." The familiar gordies voice rang out, "yeah mate you." George said casually, trying to forget about his previous thoughts. "Yeah you know that Alex kid?" He asked, almost bursting with excitement. "Uh, yeah I was just with him." He said cautiously, wondering what will could be so happy about. "He just dmed me asking if you were straight!" He cried down the phone, his voice practically reaching onto George's ear. "W- what- really? Why?" The boy cried, "I don't know I haven't replied yet, what should I say?" He asked with a thick accent, "uh- well, say-" he hesitated, he wanted to say tell him that he's gay and loves him- but he couldn't bring him self to it, he couldn't imagine the torment that he would get from Will, "well, uh- say I'm straight, obviously I'm not gay." He said defensively. "Righhhht." Will drawled sarcastically. "I am!" He cried, exasperated. Will sighed and complied. "Ok done, should I ask why he asked?", "yes! Tell me what he says." George replied a little to eagerly. "He's typing..." Will droned. They waited for a while until he finally replied. "He said he was just wondering." Will said, a little disappointed in the reply. George's head span, and he was only able to concentrate again when he heard will calling his name down the phone. "Sorry mate, bad signal." He lied as he set his mind straight. "Ok so, I just asked if he liked you..." Will spoke carefully, as he knew George would be angry. "what!" He shouted down the phone, Will tensed as he moved his phone away from his ear. Once the shouting had stopped, he cautiously moved it back, and read Alex's reply. "Mate, don't worry, he replied, he said no he was just curious." Will explained, causing George's heart to drop. "O- oh, t- that's fine." He said, his voice breaking. "You ok George? You sound really sad?" Will asked, genuinely confused. "Y-yeah, I'm fine." He said, trying to retain the sadness in his voice- yet failing.

"Are you sure your ok?! Wait- Do you like him?" Will asked in a friendly tone, to try and get George to tell him. "N-no!" He exclaimed loudly. "You k-know I'm straight! I'm f-fine." He shouted, as he felt his face go hot, and salty tears began to well up in his eyes. "George? Georgie?" Will asked, concerned as the line went silent except for a few sniffles, and desperate attempts not to start crying in the middle of the road. His house was in view, so he hung up and made a dash for it. He had short legs, so it took a while longer than he had hoped, he felt warmth streak down his face, and drip onto his black hoodie. As if it wasn't bad enough, small droplets of rain began to scatter over his freckles face, and strong wind began to lap his cold body.

He fumbled for his keys and clumsily unlocked the door and let himself in, both his parents where out, and as was his eight-year-old brother Chris, who annoyed him greatly. But this was good, he needed some time alone- he didn't want his parents, let alone his brother, to see him cry. He charged upstairs and locked his bedroom door, instantly slumping down on his bed. He changed into his pink hoodie that he had hidden in the back of his cupboard, and took off his soaking wet black one, he then pulled the very contrasting hoodie over his head. George wasn't a Jocelyn Flores and cry type of person, but right now, all he could do was cry on his bed, for the first time in years, he just cried.

Why am I so upset about Alex? I'm straight anyway? I have literally known him for a few days. He told him self, but ignoring every one of his thoughts, his instinct told him to grab his phone and open Instagram, he clicked on Alex's page and browsed through his photos, now physically sobbing. He noticed that he had one message from at least ten minutes ago, he must have missed it. He was in no mood for a conversation, but he thought he should check, in case it was Alex. He clicked on the notification to see that it was from Will. He let out a disgruntled sigh and went to close Instagram, but it caught his eye- he saw that the first few words of the text where I'm coming, which peaked his curiosity, so he clicked in and almost dropped his phone. "I'm coming over." The message read, apparently sent right after he hung up- which meant that he should be here right around now!

Shitshitshit. George thought, as he realised he left the door unlocked, and will had a tendency to invite himself in. As if perfectly timed, the door opened, and George heard the brunette calling out his name. "George? Mate I'm just here to see if you are ok, you sounded really upset!" He called out, a bit louder than his usual tone, so that George could hear him. Will knew that he was probably in his bedroom, and so he made his way up stairs. The cold wood creaked underneath his feet as he grasped the polished banisters. George made sure his bedroom door was locked and waited in anticipation. "George?" Will asked softly, trying the door.

He was a completely different person, when not trying to show off to others- he was actually really nice, well, he could be when he wanted to be. George tried to be silent, but couldn't help letting out a sniffle, instantly letting will know his whereabouts. "George, mate, can I come in?" He cooed, in a hushed voice. "G- go away." He spat, trying to sound tough and manly, but failing when his voice broke half way through the sentence. He immediately felt bad, as he knew Will was trying to help, but he didn't want to seem vulnerable. "Please George, I just want to help." He said, as george felt the guilt growing in his stomach.

。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆

"G-go away, p- please." He added quietly, sounding broken. "Just talk to me george." Will pleaded as he sat down with his back to the dark oak bedroom door. "Why do y-you care." George knew the answer, he just didn't want to talk about it, and was hoping to steer Will away from the subject. "You know why I care george." He said, almost reading his mind, "because I'm your best mate." He opined, causing George to sigh. "F- fine, I'll talk to you- but can I stay in here." He asked weakly, not wanting will to see him like this. "Course you can." Will spoke with a smile that you could almost hear in his voice, radiating into George's ears, causing a small smile to find it's way onto his face.

。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆

"So- what's gotten you so upset?" He asked straight forwardly. "N- nothing." George said defensively- he didn't mean to, it was almost automatically- he wasn't use to opening up to people. Will sighed, "was it the thing about Alex?" He observed knowingly. George nodded, forgetting that he couldn't see him. "Maybe." He mumbled quietly. "Ah." Will voiced, "so- I hope this isn't too personal- but I thought you where straight?" He asked, puzzled, before adding; "obviously there isn't anything wrong with not being straight- you know I'm going out with Stephen anyway so it's ok to tell me.".

This comforted George and made him want to oven up to Will, "promise you won't bully me?" He asked, half joking, half serious. Will chuckled and responded, "of course I won't.". George took a deep breath, "well, I kind of like Alex." He avowed, "I mean, like- like." He mentioned, sounding like a year nine. "I thought so." Will claimed, as george shuffled closer to the door.

。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆

"So- obviously your not straight." Will joked lightly, which made George giggle. "No, I guess not." He said looking down, embarrassed. "Hey." Will turned to face the door and adjusted his posture, "you know, it's totally fine that you aren't straight." He suggested casually. George cringed at hearing it out loud, "but I'm suppose to be cool, and brave, and an absolute hetro alpha male." He said, trying to joke and keep a light tone. "You can still be all those things, George- you know, you haven't changed, nothing has changed." He averred, kindly. "Thanks will." He mumbled, genuinely.

"So, can I come in now? We could watch a film or something- if you want." He added, as if George was delicate and could break at any moment. "Y- yeah ok." George said as he shoved on his sun glasses to cover his puffy red eyes, and attempted to wipe his tear stained face. He unlocked the door, and will pulled him into a hug"no homo." He laughed from behind George as he embraced him. They both chuckled and will pulled away, recoiling his long arms. "Hey, why are you wearing your glasses?" He asked, as george looked down and shrugged. "Is it because you where crying?" Will deduced, which was correct. George didn't respond, but will pulled off his glasses, and placed them down on his bed side table. "Oh, George- I have never seen you cry before!" He announced, shocked. He lead him over to his bed where they sat and switched on his tv. Will hugged George, which was something they would all often do in their close friend group. He rested his arms around him as he clicked on Netflix and began browsing for a movie, allowing George to choose. "By the way I love the pink hoodie, it looks good on you." He grinned causing George to glow red. "T- thanks" he whispered, his voice laced with embarrassment. Will chuckled, and they selected a film.

。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆

"I didn't know Alex would be your type." Will commented, as the film played. "Me neither." George muttered truthfully. Will hummed in agreement as they averted their eyes to the screen. "How much do you like him." Will asked curiously, not actually expecting an answer. "Uh, I don't know- a lot." He stuttered, "a lot- a lot?" He asked, as george nodded. "Wow." He said quietly.

。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆

After the film, wills mum called him and demanded that he be home soon as tea was ready, so he bid George farewell and exited into the rain. It would only be a matter of time before George's own family arrived anyway.
