"Hello Luna." [Y/N] repeated my name with a smile. I smiled back at her.
"Well let's go!" She yelled, before grabbing me and yanking me toward her door. I almost tripped over my own foot, but stumbled to regain balance. I follow her inside and sat on the couch. She sat next to me.
(Luna in the story is a girl so I swear if you guys are like "Luna x [Y/N] best ship 10/10" I will probably be disappointed XD)
"So... David told you everything?" She asked, staring at the ground.
"Almost everything." I nodded, and stared at my hands. "First thing to do to put your heart back together. What did you do for Delirious? Like what did you change in yourself for him?" I ask.
"Um... I don't think anything." She answered, and I nodded.
"Good that gives us a head start. Anything he gave you?" I ask.
She nodded and held out her hand, a beautiful promise ring on it. It was a silver ring, with one single heart made of diamond in the center. I pulled it off her finger and studied it. On the bottom of the silver ring read 'Love is a beautiful thing'. I scrunched my nose up in disgust.
He didn't love her. He threw her away like she was trash. He's gonna regret every life decision he's ever made. I'm gonna make his life h**l.
"You're gonna have to get rid of this if you want to help yourself. Holding onto this will always remind you of Delirious and the past, and will pull you a few steps back." I told her gently. She stared at the promise ring. "Or you know, you could keep it just not wear it." She nodded at that, so I gave it back to her.
"Anything else?" I ask. She walked over to her room, it looked like, and came out moments later with a small little teddy bear. "That is the cutest teddy bear I've ever seen." It was a baby blue teddy bear with the words 'Rawr!' on its stomach. "You're gonna have to give it back to him. Actually never mind, I'll give it back to him. In the rudest way possible." I smirked.
I stood up, and reached out my hand toward [Y/N]. She gladly took it and I pulled her into her feet. I led her outside, and turned to her.
"So, do you know where Delirious lives?" I ask. She nodded.
"It's not too far away, we can walk there." She answered with a smile. I smiled warmly back. We began to walk down the sidewalk, side by side.
"So ... how did you get away from the crew?" She asked. I grew quiet, my lips practically glued together. I wasn't sure if I was ready to share that information. I let out a small sigh.
"I cut like you did." I answered, pulling up my sleeve to show scars all the way up to my elbow. "David found me, dying, in my house. And he practically saved my life. He told me he cared about me. And that gave me hope. So, I stopped cutting. He told the crew what happened and they were horrified. Like I had said, Evan pretended I wasn't a person. He pretended I was invisible. And that was fine by me. Delirious, still does too, acts like a jerk to me. I some times just want to punch him in the nose." I shake my head. [Y/N] stared at the scars on my arms, and ran her finger over one. I pulled my arm back and pulled my sleeve back down. "I've changed. I'm okay now."
"But those scars... they're gonna be there for a while." She pointed out worriedly. I laughed an insane laugh.
"They make me look bada**." I smirked. She giggled in response. "And it'll scare off Evan, that's for sure." She shook her head playfully.
"You may be a girl but you don't act like one." She stated playfully.
"DID- DID YOU JUST ASSUME MY GENDER?" I yelled playfully. "I could be GENDER FLUID for all you know!!!" She rolled her eyes at that one.
"We're here." She sighed, staring up at a house. I followed her gaze and stared in disgust at the house.
"Let's get this over with." She nodded and handed me the teddy bear. I walk up his steps, her right behind me. She gripped onto my sleeve in fear of what might happen. I stare down at her. (Luna is kind of tall for a girl. In the story she's taller than me and at David's shoulders.)
"We'll be fine." I tell her simply, and walk up to the door. I knock quickly, and step back to wait.
The door flung open to reveal Delirious. He narrowed his eyes at me, looked over at [Y/N], his eyes softening. I put an arm in front of her to push her behind me protectively.
"Take back your stupid teddy bear, ye jerk." I say, thrusting the teddy bear into his chest and pushing him backwards. He stumbled a bit, and held onto the teddy bear.
He walked toward us, his eyes fixed on [Y/N]. She began to take a few steps back.
"Stay the h**l back." I growl, narrowing my eyes at him. He completely ignored me, and continued to walk towards [Y/N]. He was directly in front of her, towering over her. I stepped in between them, turned with my hands in my pockets, and kicked him right in the place that doesn't shine. He fell onto his knees then onto his side. I stared down at his body in disgust.
"I told you. Stay the h**l back." I growl, before gripping onto [Y/N]'s hand and dragging her back down to the sidewalk. I didn't let go of her hand until the house was out of sight. I then turned to her.
"That was freaking epic!" She yelled, pumping her fist into the air excitedly. I chuckled.
"Come on, let's just get back to your house before Delirious chases after us." I grin, and we walk, side by side, back to her house.
