Uta left your room  a few minutes later, the door fell in it´s lock and he had to take a deep breath. His lips were still tickling from the sensation of yours.

"What was I thinking..." he mumbled to himself
"I don´t even have the guts to kiss her when she is awake... I am so pathetic" he slowly walked away into his own bedroom and went to sleep.

a week passed since your birthday and somehow you noticed that Uta acted kind of werd. He was avoiding you, not noticable but enough for you to think that something was wrong with him. You left school earlier today because you were not feeling so well, the studio was empty and you were sure Uta was out. You walked upstairs and dropped your school bag on the bed before you headed to the bathroom and took a bath. You closed your eyes and enjoyed the silence until the door knob cracked and you looked up. Your eyes saw Uta walking in with only his sweat pants on and no top... he was wearing a pair of headphones and did not notice you because he thought you were at school at this hour. Your face started heating up like a tomato as you stared at his muscalar body that was covered in tattoos... Uta obviously did not see you, you were hiding behind the shower curtain and peak around the corner with one eye. Suddenly you noticed that he began touching his sweat pants and untied the bands that held it together, you could not take it anymore and grabbed the shower curtain with a bright red face and screamed out

"S-STOP RIGHT THERE!!" Uta finally heard you and looked in your direction, he saw you sitting in the tub holding on to the shower curtain with a red face full of shame. His eyes wandered down himself and he noticed why your expression was like this... he quickly removed his headphones and walked over to the towel shelf and grabbed one which he swung over his shoulders

"OMG (first name)! I´m so sorry I did not know you were here!"
he turned around to not accidently peak at your naked form

"I thought you were still in school..." you felt relieved that he did not strip further even if you would have enjoyed the view...

"I'm the one who should apologize... I went home earlier because I did not feel so good, sorry for not saying hello... I thought you were out" Uta slowly took the door knob in his hand and opened it

"If that´s so then I will make you some soup that you feel better, take your time in the bath" he slipped out of the door and shut it behind himself making you breath equal again.

You were fully relaxed after the bath and walked into the kitchen where Uta was preparing your soup, it was smelling delicious.

"Feeling better after a bath?" he asked turning around and looking at your lightly red cheeks

"Yes, a little" he walked over and placed a hand on your forehead measuring your temperature.

"You have a light fever, sit down, the soup is ready any moment" you nodded and took your seat on the table while Uta poor some soup on a plate.

"Hey Uta can I ask you something?" he hummed while he cleaned the dishes

"Why do you never let me do anything? I mean you always cock for me and do the cleaning afterwards... I feel really stupid knowing that you do everything..." Uta started to chuckle

"Do you seriously feel bad about that?" you nodded slowly

"I do..." Uta walked over to you and gently pet your head

"Don´t worry about it, I like doing this kind of things, I never did them before so I really enjoy it, you are my first you know... room mate" you smiled at him feeling a little more relaxed

"I never knew you liked this stuff so much... Thank you for doing this but you know what is even more fun?" he looked at you with wide eyes

"What?"

"Doing it together, I also have 2 hands so it is much more fun to do cleaning work together" he had to admit that you were right

"And besides you can´t avoid me like that" he looked at your eyes shocked that you figured that out so easily

"H-How?" you smiled

"I know you for a while, and I notice it when you avoid me" he tried to apologize and searched for the right words

"Don´t worry, you don´t have to tell me why, I just hope that it is nothing serious..." he felt calm and smiled petting your head again
"Trust me it definitely isn´t".

It was Itoris birthday and she invited a lot of people and ghouls into her bar including you and Uta of course. The humans that were present all had some conections to the ghoul world which set up the rule that no blood shedding was allowed tonight. You were scared to be in such a place that was surrounded by ghouls, it let you feel uneasy and woundable. You were standing on the side wall most of the time observing the party people dancing and drinking, you looked over to Uta who was busy talking to someone, then Renji who had to play bodyguard for Itori. You were literally alone until Hide suddenly appeared next to you
"Not enjoying the party?" you jumped as you saw his face and the thought that he knew about ghouls immediatey run through your head

"H-Hide?? what are you doing here?" you asked

"I came here with a friend who is my also my co worker" he waved to his buddy and then looked back at you

"What about you?" you swallowed nervously

"I came here with Uta... it´s the birthday party of Itori" he nodded

"I see, so why don´t you have some fun? this is a party after all" you looked down

"I am fine... I don´t really like to be in that crowd it´s so full" Hide smirked and grabbed your wrist pulling you along into the crowd, he started dancing with you and guess what it did not stay undetected for very long. Itori saw you together and walked to Uta who was still talking to someone, she grabbed his bicep and pulled him towards her

"What is?" he asked leaning his head down

"Haven´t you seen it yet?" he raised both of his small eyebrows
"Seen what?" Itori smirked

"Hide is dancing with (first name)" she pointed the direction to let Uta see you. His eyes widened as he wittnessed how close Hide was to you, he observed you and Itori cold feel the jealousy boiling up in his veins

"Are you alright with that? I mean he is obviously interested in her..." Uta tried to control his anger

"If you not hurry who knows what stupid ideas that boy gets" she whispered, then Renji grabbed her arm and pulled her back

"Itori stop" she fell into his arms smirking

"What´s up Renji?" he gave her a stare

"Don´t make him cross the line!" Itori smiled

"He already crossed it, what is wrong with it to take it further? he obviously sufferes and so does she" Renji bit his teeth and looked up to Uta whom he was about to lecture again but he was not standing on the same spot anymore

"See... I told you so" Itori said pointing her head towards the crowd.

Hide was holding you close to him, his hands touched your waist and travled down to your hips, you had no idea what intentions he had since you only saw him as your friend, besides you knew he liked Touka and he knew you were in love with Uta. Uta´s blood was boiling in his body, the picture seeing you being touched by another man made him furious. He saw how Hide´s hands trailed down your body and it let his fuses frie. He finally made it through the crowd and reached you, his hand grabbed Hide´s and removed it from your body

"Uta" you looked up to him happy to see him but your smile quickly fade as you saw his angry expression

"Sorry young boy but I need to have a word with the lady" his tone was kind of terrifying and Hide immediately stepped back nodding. Uta took your wrist and pulled you with him, you were confused what was wrong, did you do something that upset him?

"U-Uta? what´s wrong? why are you so angry?" he did not reply you he only continued to drag you with him. He walked upstairs with you where you were undisturbed

"U-Uta? tell me what´s wrong?" he suddenly turned around and slammed you against the nearest wall and blocked your exit with both his hands, his eyes stared at you while he was panting heavily

"I-I´m sorry, I could not just stand there and watch... this guy he... his hands were all over you" you realized that he was talking about Hide

"D-Do you mean Hide?" he nodded

"Yes! that kid! he touched you so obviously like he wasn´t scared at all! when I saw it I could not bare to look at it! I could not endure to see another man touching you!" his words let your heart pound, he was jealous because you danced with Hide... does that mean... he likes you to?
Uta was still breathing heavily and his face started to come closer and closer, you were about to close your eyes when Renji´s voice interrupts you.

"Uta! we have some trouble... it´s V... their here"
