I had originally wrote this chapter yesterday finished, but when posting it, it only posted half of this,then I tried to save it, but lost it. So, I had to redo the entirechapter. Though, I got it back and now am ready to start this storyI've been wanting to write for a long time. This is not completelyfollowing the normal canon of Danganronpa V3, since it follows theDanganronpa universe timeline, so I will explain briefly what happened:

15 students were chosen for theGofer Project. The Gofer Project was created as a colonization project for the chosen 15 students to go into space and colonize a planet from Hope's Peak Academy. This was to save humanity from the sickness spread by the asteroids that fell on earth. Though, the earth was not destroyed and never was. The 15 students ran, being they were chosen and not given a choice to go or not. The Ultimate Hunt was orchestrated by the villain of this story to bring more despair. Originally, Dean Naegi Mokoto of Hope's Peak Academy wanted to leave the students alone, but after hearing of the Ultimate Hunt decided to involve Future Foundation to locate the students and bring them to safety. Half of them were found, while the others went to Hope's Peak Academy by their own choice. Many of them still didn't want to participate in the Gofer Project, but changed their minds after a small boy named Naegi Mokoto, the son of the dean, talked with them. They all went inside the ship called Gofer and took off, but it seems it was hijacked by someone. They all went into cold sleep and never woke up, because the hijacker hooked their brains upto a virtual reality training simulator, now a killing game simulator.It was to fill them with despair and wear them down before starting the real killing game to fill them and the world with more despair.

I woke up to what looked to be somesort of large table you'd expect from an office. Wait, the killinggame is over. We won and... everyone's alive?

Yes, everyone that had previously diedor I thought previously died in the killing game were now waking upon the same table as me: Angie, Tenko, Kirumie, Rantaro, Ryoma,Kokichi, Kiyo, Gonta, Miu, Kaito, even Kaede. I was trying to processall of this as they all woke up looking as if they were under attackor something. Kaede began coughing roughly, her hands around her neckas if she was choking. Miu looked like she was doing the same thing.

"AUTA PLEASE HELP ME!" Angiescreamed, both hands on her head.

"What the hell, did someone just hitme on the head?" Rantaro groaned, rubbing his head, winking inpain.

"G-Gonta's still alive?" Gontaasked, his face and eyes told me that he was in deep shock.

"HELP ME! A DEGENERATE MALE IS TRYINGTO KILL ME!" Tenko screamed, her hands clasping the back of herneck.

"I DON'T WANNA DIE! I DON'T WANNADIE! I DON'T WANNA- AH!" Kokichi screamed, arms flailing as he felloff the chair. I never thought the day would come when I would hearhim scream like a girl. It was then I noticed that Kirumie wasshaking in terror and fear, Kaito seemed confused for the most partand Ryoma just looked around before shrugging. I think Ryoma andKaito took them dying better than the rest, mostly Kiyo since heseemed to not be doing anything, but looking around. "Hey Kaito,what the hell, you were supposed to have- uhhhhhhhhh where the hellare we?" Kokichi got up, looking around him and now deep in shock.

"Kaito, you're alive!" Maki cried,tears forming in her eyes as she ran and hugged Kaito.

"Whoa! Whoa, Maki-Roll! Easy there!I'm still trying to figure out what's going on here," Kaito said,patting Maki's back. "Like, why is everyone that's supposed to bedead alive?"

"R-Ran.... taro..." Kaede muttered,staring at Rantaro like she had seen a ghost. I guess she didn't knowyet that she had been framed for his death.

"Uh... Kaede?" Rantaro questioned,looking very confused.

"Neheehee, it looks like we've beentaken to a new kind of hell," Kokichi smirked, his finger on hislips.

"Y... You've got to be kidding me!Don't lie to me, degenerate!" Tenko glared, though her face wasfilled with fear.

"Oh, believe me, you have no idea howmuch I wish that were true."

"So, does anyone know where we areand why we're not dead, even though we were supposed to be?" Ryomaasked way too casually.

"Uh... maybe it was maaaaaaaaaaagic,"Himiko replied, though I could read on her face that even she wasn'tsure.

"Don't fuck with us! Obviously, thatkilling game was a fucking dream!" Miu concluded proudly.

"Everyone dreaming the same dream? Isthat even possible? Gonta not smart, so Gonta would not know,"Gonta replied.

"It was not a dream, dumbasses! Obviously, before the killing game, we were all in cold sleep, sosomeone must have forced us into some virtual reality shit. I thinkwe have something like that," Kokichi said as if he was trying toremember something.

"H-How would you know!?" Tenkoasked. "I don't... oh wait, we were in a cold sleep, huh?"

"Yes, we were! Wait, how come Ididn't remember before?" Kaede asked herself.

"Our memories must have been wipedwhen we went into the virtual reality world and since we were insidefrom three days to a few weeks, it's logical that gaining back ouroriginal memories will take some time," I concluded.

"Phufufufu you are correct!" Avoice was heard. We all looked at the screen at the end of the roomto see the hellspawn himself, Monokuma.

"What the hell do you want!? Quitscrewing around with us!?" Kaito shouted, raising his fist up.

"You guys are so mean and after bringing back all your friends from the last killing game. I mean doyou know how long it takes to bring back someone, who thinks he'sdead in a training simulation? Ah, even Junko would be so proud,"Monokuma replied, his hand on the back of his head.

"Quit the crap, lady!" Kokichisaid.

"Hm?" Monokuma replied, looking atKokichi.

"I may've not had all my memories atthe time, but I do now! You fucking hijacked the Gofer ship, MonacaTowa! I have to say, I'm impressed," Kokichi said, his arms behindhis head.

"Monaca Towa?" Rantaro asked,looking confused.

The screen changed from Monokuma towhat looked to be like a young lady in short green hair in awheelchair. Her smile would kill babies, if that was even possible.Everyone was in deep shock, though Kokichi seemed to be veryfamiliar with her. Though, it also seemed like he didn't like hervery much either. The woman laughed, keeping her devilish grin beforeshowing her sweet grin I didn't think was possible for her to make.

"Awww, so you do remember me, Koki?"Monaca, I believe, replied in her oh so sweet, sugary voice.

"I do now. I was impressed to knowyou were the mastermind, but now I'm seriously pissed off! FirstDICE, now you're going after my friends! Wait, you guys really are myfriends, huh? Now, I'm pissed off at myself. I WAS SO MEAN TO YOUGUYS! WHAAAAAAAAA!" Kokichi said, crying obviously fake tears.

"Oh please, I've seen believablecrocodile tears from Hollywood Actors receiving their AcademyAwards," Monaca said, rolling her eyes.

"Ya got me! But, I wasn't lying aboutbeing seriously pissed off," Kokichi said, his eyes looking bored,which made it hard to believe he was angry. If he was, he must haveimpressive anger control.

"I suppose I wouldn't blame you,after my little incident in Towa City. But, no matter, the entireworld will soon fall into despair, after watching all of youparticipate in another killing game. Of course, this one will bea.... little different."

"What are you talking about!? THERE'SNO WAY WE WOULD PARTICIPATE, AFTER THE HELL YOU PUT US THROUGH!!"Kaito shouted determinedly.

"That's what you said last time andwe all know how that went. You should have listened to that lyinglittle bitch over there," Monaca smirked as everyone turned toKokichi.

"Why would we listen to him?" Makiasked with cold, death eyes.

"Hellooooooooooooooo! UltimateSupreme Leader! He maybe a lying shithead, but his talent inleadership is influential. Even when you looked to the astronautidiot as your leader, you were still being led by the UltimateSupreme Leader himself. Didn't matter if you thought he was themastermind or a remnant of despair, which I thought was hilariousthat you believed that. Kokichi Ouma, a Remnant of Despair!?Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaase! They hate his guts! Him and hisorganization have been sabotaging us from day 1. Not that I blamehim. I mean my little, shall we say, incident did lead him to thedeath of his entire family, even though he technically was the onethat killed them thanks to my brainwashing Monokuma head," Monacasaid, a gasp escaping from my lips, including everyone else's. I looked at Kokichi and his face was deadpan.

"Monaca, killed Kokichi's family?"Gonta asked in horror, his voice cracking.

"YOU MONSTER!" Kaito almostscreamed. I could tell he was incredibly furious, but also showedsome pity toward the small lair. I couldn't blame him. Not only didthis woman murder Kokichi's family, but had controlled him to do so.That's cruel.

"Oh yes, and thanks to the children Icontrolled killing their families and placing the rest of the adultshostage, I got all the adults to hate them and abandon them on thestreets. Towa City is now the worst place to raise kids, because ofhow common it is for kids to be found beat up or starved on thestreets. Kokichi created his organization to bring fun and hope backto Towa City, while using his thieving skills, lying and manipulationto feed the starving, hungry children. You kids always looked down onthis piece of shit for lying and manipulating when it was the onlything he knew to survive at his home town," Monaca grinned,everyone still staring at Kokichi in horror, but also in guilt. EvenI have to admit that I was very harsh on Kokichi for his lying. Now,that I know why he lies, I feel incredibly bad. Kokichi must havefelt so alone, after Gonta's death. I wish I could've gone back andpaid him a visit to his dorm, let him know that everything was goingto be alright. But no, we all ignored him and he might've been one ofour strongest allies. I could see guilt and shame written oneveryone's faces, even Maki's. She had poisoned Kokichi. I supposeshe's starting to see that maybe they were more alike than she knew.

"So what?" Kokichi started, showing a smile with his hands behind his head. "You got us through another killing game and now we're in a new one. Everyone knows to listen to me now, so that's bringing less tension to the group. Buuuuuuuuuuut, I'm sure you have something up  your sleeve." His grin was enough to kill thousands of puppies.

"Correct! You know me way too well, don't you Koki?" Monaca cooed before showing a screen that showedstrange black bracelets I have just realized was around my wrist. "On your wrists, you will notice bracelets. Each of them contain aforbidden action. If you break this forbidden action, poison willimmediately enter inside you or a virus that will destroy any robotin a matter of seconds." I could feel chills running down my spine."You best be reading your forbidden action and I would not suggesttaking these off or you will be poisoned. All of you will be chasedby my adorable Monokumas and Monokubs, they're my latest additionbased on the original members of the Warriors of Hope. Isn't thatadorable?" She grinned cutely as big, very big Monokumas andMonokubs appeared marching behind her. "Each of you will run into ahostage I brought on board before Gofer took off. You remember thosemotive videos with your loved ones? Well, they're all here! Isn't that wonderful!?"

"Wh-WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!?!" Kaede almost screamed.

"Yeah, you probably should've sharedthose motive videos like... hmmmmm.... who was it that suggested everyone watch each other's motive videos together? It's on the tip of my tongue..." Monaca said in a mocking voice, tapping her chin with her finger. 

"Gonta is sure Kokichi had Gonta gather everyone for Bug Meet and Greet to also share motive videos," Gonta said. I felt fear and stupid. I know someone watched my motivevideo and now I don't know who it is that Monaca has taken hostage. Why didn't we watch the motive videos at the Bug Meet and Greet. I could have gotten everyone to agree to it.

"BINGO! And, don't worry Kirumie dear, I only brought one person you cared about hostage, since bringing the whole world would be too much work. Though, the one person I bring will effect the rest of Japan, so that should hopefully makeup for the rest of it," Monaca grinned as Kirumie began turning pale, tearsbuilding up in her eyes. I could tell she was terrified. Kokichi, on the other hand, looked like he was about to lose it. "Anyways, eachhostage has an orange bracelet and whoever finds the hostage will besynced and declared responsible. In other words, if you die, thathostage dies too. Don't worry, they don't have a forbidden action,but they will be tracked down by my monokumas and monkubs and huntedlike animals. Though, here's the catch, if those hostages die, thenthe one that the hostage was declared as his or her loved one willdie. In other words, if your loved one dies, so do you. Though, thereis a time limit on your bracelets before sleeping gas will activate. Everyone, besides one of you, will be asleep, and unless someone is killed, no one will wake up. Isn't this fun?"

"NO ONE IS GOING TO KILL ANYBODY!" Kaito yelled.

"Tell that to the rest of your fellow classmates. I'm sure some of them are wanting revenge against their killer. I mean you could always kill someone right now and that willfarther the time before the sleeping gas is turned on by 30 minutes,"Monaca said as everyone began looking at one another. Kirumie lookedat Ryoma in fear, who kept an eye on her. Miu seemed to glance atGonta in fear, who looked at her apologetically. Angie gave Kiyo adark glare before Tenko looked at her, then Kiyo, then her faceturned hot red.

"You... YOU WERE THE ONE THAT KILLED ME, DIDN'T YOU!?!" Tenko yelled furiously at Kiyo.

"Looks like the fun has already begun. Now, once you've found the missing link, the game will begin.GOOD LUCK!" Monaca said before the screen turned black.

"This... This can't be happening,"Kaede sobbed as I stared at my own forbidden action. This cannot begood.

"This is a pain, but what did that Monaca lady meant by missing link?" Himiko asked as everyone stared among each other with eyes the shape of saucers. Someone wasmissing.

"Say, where's my sidekick?" Kaitoasked, pointing out the elephant in the room.

"We should look for him," I said, scanning around. I found something under the table. "There'ssomeone under the table."

We all looked under at the same timeand what we found was shocking. Kaede screamed bloody murder at the lifeless corpse before her that was non other than Shuichi Saihara. From there, our timers started.
