PoV: Sonic

I hated Monday's. They had seven periods in stead of six. It ment the classes were shorter, but I was stuck with Silver and Shadow at the end of the day.

"You're so adorable," Silver was pulling my ear.

"Silver cut it out," I pushed him away.

"Maybe should pull you in a closet and suck you off again," he whispered.

"No!"

"Sonic! Hallway, now!" The teacher ordered me outside.

I'm saved! I ran out and sat in the hall. I had time to myself. Maybe I should sneak out. I could see mom and dad early today.

I stood up and quickly forged a hallpass on a post-it note.

"Sonic!"

"EEE!" I jumped an drew a line straight through my pass.

"We got sent out too," Silver pulled me onto his lap.

"You were making a hall pass?" Shadow picked up my post-it note.

"I wanted to leave early on my own," I said.

"Let's take you out then," Silver picked me up.

"No put me down! I hate getting picked up! Let me go! Don't carry me!" I pushed myself out of Silver's grip and Shadow held me instead.

"Relax, we wouldn't hurt you," he rubbed my ear.

"I doubt that," I let my head fall, They're planning something.

"You're so cute," Silver poked my nose.

"Stop calling me that," I covered my face with my backpack.

"Sonic, we're here," Silver took my bag.

Shadow finally put me down. We were in a little pizza shop.

"You have an obsession with food," I said.

"Well, no one can cook," Silver answered.

"You guys eat this. I don't feel like gaining weight. I'm going to make real food," I walked out.

"Isn't all food real food?" Silver followed me.

"Not that crap," I counted what was in my wallet, they've been making me eat out so much my fur's getting Polly. Well, at least I have plenty of cash for groceries.

I walked to the grocery store and grabbed a cart.

"We should get instant ramen," Silver said.

"Instant coffee is better," Shadow replied.

"No ramen, and I pick the coffee," I said.

"What? Why not?" Silver whined.

"It's not good for you. Pick out some vegetables and fruits," I picked up a tomato, "Are they out of the vine tomatoes?"

"Vine tomatoes?" Shadow looked at me, "What's difference?"

"Vine tomatoes are sold with the vine still attached to about six other tomatoes," I found the ones I was looking for, "See. They have a better flavor and stay fresh longer without preservatives."

"You know a lot about food," Shadow picked up a yellow onion.

"Shadow I need a white onion not a yellow," I picked up a white onion, "And I know a lot because I cook for myself."

"There're different onions?" He looked at the three types they offered.

"Shadow, there's different milk. There's different versions of everything. Let's go get skin milk," I started walking and spotted Silver out of the conner of my eye, "Silver put the cup noodle back."

"How'd you know?!" He dropped it.

"Cause you're acting like a child."

The rest of the time was equally annoying. Shadow asked questions, and when we got to the coffee alle seemed to have no idea what to pick. Silver kept trying to sneak junk food into the cart. I wound up letting him buy one candy bar. I wasted all my money on food in the end. It was only Monday, I had four days until payday.

We walked home and Silver practicly ate his candy whole. I felt like a babysitter. Mephilies and Scourge helped with the bags, but they seemed equally as curious as to what all of it was. I put everything in the fridge and cabnits except the rice, green peppers and ground meat. I picked out the seasonings and oil. I felt like I was on a cooking show with all of them watching.

"How have you all been alive until now?" I was afraid one had high cholesterol or diebeties.

"I work," Shadow said.

"Work," Mephilies had the same answer as Scourge.

"I live off them," Silver's answer scared me.

"You're all hopeless," I sighed.

I chopped the peppers into the found meat with some onion. I molded it into burgers and cooked them in the oil as the rice steamed in a pan of water with lavender. I made the sauce for the six burgers and set out six plates and six bowled.

I scrambled an egg and mixed it in with a bit of honey. I place the burgers on the plates and poured the sauce over them. I filled the bowls with rice and the eggs. I set out forks and cleaned up.

"Dinners ready," I stretched and took my seat.

"..." none of them were eating.

"What's your problem?" I glared.

They all spoke in sync, "It's healthy."

"Fine, then I won't make dessert," I ate my burger.

They started eating after that. Though they didn't know I got fully organic, all natural, no processed ingredients, bean paste fried sticky rice pastries. I knew for sure, because I made them.

"Its good!"

"Its delicious."

"You did wonderfully Sonic."

"Make it again tomorrow."

"You guys are so weird with food," I washed my dish and ate one of the fried sticky rice pastries.

Once they finished eating they left the place a mess. I didn't give them any pastries until they cleaned.

"Only one? We did all that for one?" Silver whined.

"If it's a problem then let me leave and find someone else," I said.

"Don't be mean!" Silver pushed my back onto Scourge. I was stuck between them, "Sonic."

"Let go!" I couldn't pull myself from them.

"No way," they squeezed me.

"Why me..."
