Dear journal,
I just don't know what to do about Shinseki and Chuichui. They are sleeping next to me now, I know Shinseki wants to make sure Chuichui eats pretty much the same amount as her and I understand everyone gets attached to their dòngwù, weather they act like it or not. But she can't give all that food to an animal that could easily collect food, being fruit, for itself. Right now we are living in a tree hut, that I prepared weeks before we had to travel. We are about seven hours from grandma's house by train. I have my dòngwù in resting stage on my left arm behind my elbow, while in resting stage it is in like, a cocoon that looks like a transparent scar. At first it actually hurt like a bad cut but its the old ways warriors would hold there secret weapons, and then attack. Shinseki hasn't figured out the "resting scar" yet but she will. It just depends on the dòngwù though. Such as how my dòngwù likes hiding to act like I don't have her, so she can be a surprise protector, hopefully that won't have to happen though. Shinseki's dòngwù on the other hand, is very skittish and doesn't like to leave Shinseki's side, though if she was in resting stage she would actually be closer, and more helpful if we got attacked on our travels, because then the attackers wouldn't know what dòngwù it is instead of straight off seeing it to be a weasel. My dòngwù though still has to come out of resting stage but my black bear can at least go away from me to hunt, plus she brings back food. She is a great help to take care of Shinseki.
