PROLOGUE

The first moment she had laid her eyes on the girl, she had thought of nothing more than just friends.

But soon the years passed, and they were not kids anymore, she was not just a friend to her. She was not just a girl who came to her house. She was one who was being loved by Taylor as more than just friends, she was the one who laid beside Taylor on her bed and thought of it as just sleeping.

It was cliché, yes, but Taylor didn't care, she loved her. She wanted to run her hands through Este's hair, taste her lips like they were the only thing worth tasting, she wanted to say the three words that they didn't just say because they were friends. She wanted to say them because she was very well obsessed with her friend.

She was the reason Este's past boyfriends always left; she was the reason nobody ever dared to date Este after the age of seventeen. They were all scared, and they should've been. She loved Este and nobody else could. She was Taylor's and only Taylor's.

Soon she grew up and left the small town they lived in, and everyone was glad for it. None of the kids ever liked Taylor except Este, which she didn't mind.

They moved to New York City, it was the dream for Este and Taylor obliged because she loved the girl. They lived there for two years before mayhem started, Este had apparently found a new boyfriend and he wasn't a teenager, he was a man who was older than them. Way old for Este in Taylor's opinion. This time, she couldn't manipulate the person, he wasn't scared of her. She had to find a way to make him leave as well, even if it took a while.

What she didn't know was that the man Este had found was not a nice man. He never had good intentions with Este.

After five months of dating apparently, he had proposed to Este, and she was so blind by the love that she had accepted it without knowing the consequences.

This ruined all of Taylor's plans, nothing was working out and if they lasted, Taylor would never have her Este again.

After seven months of marriage, the news came out and Taylor realized that she would never have Este, ever again. She knew it was all her husband's fault, he had done it and he had fun with it. He was a psychopath.

He had killed Este.
