(So this isn't a Nixter but I decided to start doing the diary parts Scarlet's mother wrote and will be doing a few of these for the fun. Hope ya like it, oh and this is Scarlet's mother's POV)

Day 1

Today, was the birth of my child. I wasn't sure on the gender since u told the doctor not to tell me. Nor does my husband, John, know of the gender. He was so excited, hearing of us becoming parents.

The process was long and painful. But I pushed through hearing the wails from my new son, Comet. I imagined him to have black hair like me and green as just as his father. Though, his crying shortly stopped and went to sleep.

John soon after came in, cradling his new son in his arms. "He's wonderful" he said.

I smiled upon his words, but could see a glimmer in his eyes I never wanted to see. Almost a dark expression. It scared me...
