     tara is a bitch, and i'm not going to sugar coat it. she is manipulative and rude, always just looking out for herself. she learned this from her father, who always had a way with words to make you do whatever he wanted. she learned how to manipulate others into making them feel bad enough to listen to and follow her. she doesn't care for a lot of people and she will tell you to your face if you're someone that she cares about or not. most likely, she doesn't give a shit about your feels.
     tara views most of her relationships as transactional. she just sees other people as a way to have fun and mess around doing stupid things. she isn't in it for the connection or the emotion, she just wants to have a good time. she doesn't have a lot of respect for her own body, but she doesn't really give a crap since she can't exactly see it anyway. she is extremely independent and she doesn't like to listen to others when they tell her to stop or slow down.
     while tara is confident about her personality, she is not at all confident about her body. she likes to get tattoos because she thinks that it will cover everything up and it will be a distraction for the people looking. she acts pretty cocky about her appearance, but she's never actually seen her face. she is pretty insecure about this fact and sometimes she says self deprecating things about her body and face, though it's always played off as a joke.
     tara does not get angry easily. it takes a lot to flip her switch because she has dealt with plenty in her past. but once you manage to do something that gets her angry she will become very scary very quickly. she is already an intimidating person even when she is calm, so when she is angry it's even scarier. she may not be very tall, but she will still pack a punch.

backstory  ═ ∘♡༉∘ ═
     tara joelle loughty was born on october 22nd, 1966 (because she's "17") to ignatius and katherine loughty. kasey isn't exactly sure how old she really should be, but she appears 17 years old. she grew up with a very cruel and calculating father, who was actually the one to bite her mother all those years ago. because tara's parents relationship was never the greatest to begin with, katherine resents tara for being the product of a relationship that she never wanted a part of. her parents went their seperate ways a long time ago, but she is stuck being around her mother a lot of the time. she does her best to not be around her as much as possible, though, by being out of the house and sleeping over with other people. she always hated the idea of taking photos, but loved the actual action of it. she doesn't like that shes never seen herself, but she doesn't like to do anything other than photography, so she pretends to be okay with it.
