    brix has an 'i don't give a fuck' type of personality. he does whatever he wants, whenever he wants. if someone stands in his way, he will do whatever it takes to get around them. he physically can't stop doing stupid things, and he is totally an adrenaline junkie. sure, drugs are fun. but he would rather break into someone car and drive at 140 mph down a busy road. that's what gets him excited. if you want him to not do something...good luck because he probably won't listen to you. he doesn't have common sense and he doesn't really look at things objectively. it's more like, "i want to" so he just does. if you want to be really pushy with him, he will just knock you out and go about his day. he isn't a violent person unless he feels like he really needs to be. brix doesn't get angry at people very often- only when they want to ruin his high. he isn't really a mean person, but he isn't a nice person either. he is pretty selfish and his words and actions often hurt people. he would have no trouble throwing someone else under the bus to save his own skin. he is just looking out for himself.

knows how to deal with his anger in a way that doesn't hurt people, puts his own needs first (however illegal they are), really charming and charismatic, people talk to him easily, he will be friends with anyone who doesn't ruin his high

selfish little bitch, only ever looks out for himself, has trouble forming connections with people, will do dumb things without thinking, doesn't have common sense, is a distraction and is often harmful to others' safety

backstory ═ ∘♡༉∘ ═
amory brixton johnston III was born to maxon and amory johnston on september 17th. he grew up in a rich family, but that doesn't mean that he didn't have his own problems. his parents never acknowledged brix acting out, his anxieties, or the fact that when he was 4 years old he started stealing from people. it was always thought of as a rebellious kid, or him just not knowing better. but as he grew up and he wasn't sleeping and he continued to steal random things from people, they realized that it was a problem. they never believed him that he didn't want to steal and that he had tried to stop. he was treated as a bad kid, even though he really wasn't until people treated him that way. at some point, he just stopped trying to stop stealing. he get did it whenever he felt the urge to steal, and he just acted out because that's what people expected of him.
     brix was never kicked out of any schools because his parents are incredibly rich and just payed them off. but they couldn't pay him out of jail. he had already been arrested multiple times and had always been bailed out. on his 17th birthday, he got the urge to steal a car, so he did. and then he got caught. that plus all of his other charges of petty theft, underage drinking and drugs, and trespassing and breaking and entering resulted in a year long stay in juvie, and then like...grown up jail for 2 months. he was released when he was 18, and then was sent to a rehab center to help with his diagnosis of kleptomania. but now he's back at hathaway. so watch your pockets ladies and gents, because the rehab did nothing to help him.

- literally you better watch your pockets around him, he will steal from you and you will not notice
- he likes to street race in the middle of the night
- has shot a gun before, but he missed the person he was shooting at
- when he gets candy necklaces he actually wears them and eats them off of his neck
- he's an insomniac and rarely sleeps
- he knows how to pick locks and will probably break into your house in the middle of the night
- stealing gives him the same kind of relief that sex does, so he does a lot of both
- smokes cigarettes— it's gross i know but he picked up the habit in jail
