Broken Glass!
"Nirvana, the one you read, is not my work. Polymath is not me!" She states taking a deep breath.
That's it! Her secret was out.
Ananya Saini is not polymath!
Well, she isn't lying completely.
"What does that mean? You plagiarized?" DJ asked, astonished.
Everyone in the room isn't different from DJ. They're shocked too. The air in the room is thick and so was their breath.
"What? No!" Ananya disagreed.
"Then?" Sameer shrinks his eyes in curiosity.
"I just fulfilled my responsibility given by my guardian," she states the fact.
DJ frowns at that.
"I wrote some parts of it," she answers, looking into the eyes of DJ. She hadn't done anything wrong.
"And the rest?"
Ananya sighs, closing her eyes and composing herself, looking at Raghavan, reveals, "I know releasing that book might get things worse but I had to release it, it isn't in my hands not to publish it. But yes, I did my best to make it look like it was written by me, Ananya Saini, and that Nirvana is completely fictional. Because if it'd been released by its original author's name, things might have gone worse than it is now! Who knows?"
She was talking to herself more than others, as she stares at Raghavan.
"So, I never involved other authors' names. To the people who didn't know there's part of truth in it, it doesn't matter even if I've involved my co-author's name. But to the people who'd realize, that is if they read it," Ananya takes a deep breath before continuing, her past has always haunted her, "that there's a truth in it, it matters! They'd have come to a decision that it was really a true incident, the original author's name would confirm that. And that's why I, to avoid that, I published it in my name. They'd think it was fictional and who would think someone, particularly an Ananya Saini, completely unrelated to the truth will write that in her book a decade later?"
"Except me!" Raghavan smirks.
She manipulated everyone with her game. It took almost more than half a decade to realize that.
"Because you're a psycho!" she utters with pure hostility and a little pity.
Three years before Nazriya's death, Nazriya went to a small village, Furus, outside of her city, Mumbai. To meet her friend who joined a Buddhist Ashram school there. The day when she had to arrest Akash Amarpali.
Akash Amarpali was caught by Nazriya when he was giving poison to Shri Tanayveer Amarsimha.
"Did you just give me poison?" Tanayveer Amarsimha smiles eating the food that was poisoned. He smelled poison in the food and he didn't know why would a 14-year-old boy who was under his teachings would want to kill him. Nonetheless, he fulfilled his wish and ate a morsel. But an intrudance came in the form of Nazriya, whose ears were sharp enough to catch Tanaveer's statement, and snatches it from him.
Tanayveer Simha smiles as he coughs and Nazriya tries to take him to the hospital. But that wasn't needed. Tanayveer's own student, who knows Ayurveda medicine treats him. Nazriya, looking at him getting better after a few hours as he just consumed a little morsel and his treatment was immediate too, knowing he was safe, questions Akash Amarpali who's in her hold all the while.
Akash Amarplai admitted it in front of everyone too, that he is the one who tried to give his guru poison and that's enough for Nazriya to arrest him.
Although Tanayveer in his feeble voice protests against that. Buddhists clearly have strong in punishment as they think this wouldn't help them get better, that it would grow more hate in them. Shri Tanayveer Amarsmiha is sure if his student is arrested, what kind of treatment he'd get from the police officers. That would increase his hate and he couldn't ever encourage that. So, he defies but Nazriya doesn't rely on him.
She arrests him only to doubt Akash later. He seemed silent and has always one answer, that he was the one who have given the poison. Other than that, nothing had explained his behavior as a criminal or someone whose mind is filled with hate.
And one day she caught him crying and cajoling instead of their inspector's mean ways, got the truth out of him.
He didn't want to kill anyone. He never added any poison to anyone's food. It was his parents Aatrey Amarplai and Kriya Amarpali who added the poison to his food and made him give him it. They're the reason he was objected to admitting his crime in front of anyone, a crime which he had never done.
Nazriya regrets arresting an innocent and gets back to Furus to arrest Aatrey and Kriya who hadn't expected a sudden intrudance of Nazriya. They get arrested. Nazriya finds the plant in their room hidden between several others, as Akash portrays. It's the proof.
Akash gets released who was about to turn 15 then.
She prepares him to send him back to his Ashram and Akash's reaction to the news baffles her.
"Why don't you want to go back?" she questions shocked.
"It's suffocating there. I can't live peacefully! If not my parents, Anti-Buddhists will catch me and will burn me alive," he chuckles sadly.
"Anti-Buddhists?" she frowns.
Akash has never said about them, otherwise, she'd have arrested them too.
"They're invisible but they're there around the Ashram. I don't know how they look but my parents know and with their help only, they tried to poison Tanayaveer-ji," he answers dryly.
"I'll arrest them too." She was determined.
"You've arrested my parents based on my statement and the proof I gave, but for them, I don't think you'd ever find proof," he states the fact. They're too secretive and loyal, to their Anti-Buddhist community.
"Send me to an orphanage, away from this Maharashtra where no one can know who am I," he requests and Nazriya nods.
She sends him to Asha Orphanage and his life was changed. He's 15.
He's happy as an orphan making relationships with other kids like him.
Sometimes blood relations are not as thick as they look! He realized that and he's happy realizing it. There are no people forcing him to act and play. He's finding himself here.
After four years, he was adopted by DJ's elder sister. And his newfound relations are giving him peace. That's enough for him. He never told any of them that he was from the Buddhist community.
If anyone knows it was Nazriya who died when he was 18. Her accident was news. So, he knew!
On the other hand, Nazriya and her team in their own ways, get to know so many things, about Anti-Buddhists except for their identities. Aatrey Amarpali and Kriya Amarpali later kill themselves, not ready to give their guru's identity.
They were so honest about their evil. Only if they're that honest with their angel.
Not always you could turn your dreams into reality!
Nazriya decides to write a book on it as soon as she finds the truth, with the intention of making awareness, not to join any religious community and lose yourselves so much that it'd lead to your own devil and nowhere else.
"Take your life as it goes!" This was the main purpose of her starting the book.
She never wanted people to lead by their devils when they couldn't get what they want. And the example she chose to portray the message, was the truth! The truth that was revealed to her. That was put in front of her eyes. The evil side of Anti-Buddhism; is where the people who have been lured into their doom, just because they couldn't get what they hoped for, in Buddhism, decided to let their evil rule and join hands with the king of evil, to destroy the one who gave them the hope, the hope they hoped would make them reach Nirvana.
It's not just Atrey or Kriya, they're people like him with a mask on their faces, hiding behind the angel.
"Don't lose yourselves to their doom," She wanted to convey.
"Life is suffering! That's why you call it a life," she passed the message through Nirvana.
She wasn't against their ways or Buddhism. She was against the people, who, in the name of Buddhism, are against Buddhism and luring hopeless people, like Aatrey and Kriya, who lost their way in Buddhism, because of their own desire to own Nirvana.
What if they were never lost in the chakravyuh of owning Nirvana?
What if they'd have lived the way they were expected to live? Feeling pain, feeling love, feeling desire, feeling hate, feeling lust, feeling everything one could feel. At the end of the end, they're where they were before. Starting point. Where they'd feel everything.
So what if they're at the starting point again? Is their determination so low to not start over again?
It had led them into everything but nothingness!
Nazriya had a plot to convey the same through her book, Nirvana!
She started Nirvana, a few months later after Akash's Amarpali's exit. Ananya Saini, who was 17, was in the US and never know the existence of Nirvana. It's just her husband, Ahmad Abdul who knows the existence of Nirvana. It took a lot of time for her to develop the story.
She was a writer too. She had some Anthologies and one Novel published under her pen name, Naz!
She was such a writer who writes the climax first and develops the story from the back. It's been three years and she has written almost half of it when she gets a call from their family doctor and she loses her control, causing her death.
Ananya Saini, who was 20, visits her after the final rites.
Ahmad Abdul knows about his wife's dream, he wanted to complete it. Since he had his wife's plot and key points in the story, he takes it for writing. He sends Ananya away. He never wanted her to know about his illness. He hoped he could complete the Novel and publish it soon. Since he was ill, it was difficult for him to write for more than an hour a day.
It's been three years and he couldn't complete even half of what his wife had written in the span of three years. He knows his time is up and he writes a letter, if he can't, Ananya would fulfill their dream.
And that's the little responsibility he thrust on her shoulders when she was just 23 and came back to India after he was dead.
A very little responsibility, indeed!
To complete Nirvana and publish it. And she did, with the help of Nazriya's key points and the plot, she has written the rest of the story. It took her 2 and half years to write it, give it a finishing touch, and put it for editorial.
Finally! It took almost 9 years for a single book, Nirvana, to get published.
Ananya when reading the plot and the story written by Nazriya and Ahman, know it'd be a controversial story. She knows this could be the reason for either creation or destruction.
It is not completely fictional! She knows that from Nazriya's overview of the story.
So, she published it under a pen name, polymath. Even if Nazriya and Ahmad had written it, she had published it under her name. She should have included Nazriay and Ahmad's names too, but she didn't.
She knows if she did, people who are aware there's some real event in it would be up for something worse.
She never wanted that. So, she did what she could. Removed the whole existence of Nazriya and Ahmad in Nirvana.
The people who'd read it, if are somewhere related to Buddhism and Anti-Buddism, would just assume it was coincidental. Since the author's name was Ananya Saini, a young ethical hacker who's nowhere related to the incident that happened almost a decade ago.
She was safe and so were people. That was her assumption.
She gives an address that was bought by her in Mumbai for the same purpose, a phone number she throws away a month later, and every single thing that could lead someone to her after publishing the Novel.
Most of the time Religious things are controversial. And when a true incident is involved, it's even more controversial.
Nirvana was not hers and yet hers. She manipulated things for her own and others' good. Her intention was good, but she did things that could be portrayed as unethical if anyone would know.
But what was she to do?
If she wanted she could abandon Nirvana and lead her life as she pleases.
But there's something called gratitude and she never wanted to abandon it which made her never back out from publishing Nirvana.
She was thankful and so was responsible, she never wanted a controversy because of a Novel. So, she became unethical in her own eyes. That made her even harder.
After manipulating things and publishing the Novel, she shifts to Ghaziabad for her training in CBI. She appeared for UPSSC too. And she was selected, so, when she was about to turn 26, she joins the training. A few months later, joins CBI in Delhi, buying a Mansion of her own, at her 26. Forgetting everything that's happened with her in Mumbai.
Until the day when she gets into a relationship with Nikhil, her colleague, a year later she joined.
Even a relationship with him couldn't get her in opening up. It took four years of their relationship for Ananya to open up about her messy past.
Nikhil never opened up about her messy past again. Neither did Ananya ever think up on her past.
Until the day she started getting those coordinates and everything pointed to nothing but Nirvana.
She wanted to catch the killer but how could she? When she doesn't even who can be the killer! It could be Anti-Buddhists, but they were never found in the same place again.
Nazriya's colleague, Anita had herself checked them personally at her request.
As soon she saw the Novels of Vishal and Nia, she understood it was all related to Nirvana.
And Nirvana? It is all related to an incident that ensued a decade ago.
And who was related to the very incident? Akash Amarpali and Nazriya Begum.
Nazriya Begum is dead! She couldn't help her. So, she asked Anita for Akash Amarpali's details who was imprisoned for a while. But since he turned out innocent, his data and pictures were wiped out from their system and Anita couldn't help with any other thing other than checking where Akash Amarpali could be. She wasn't sure if he was sent to an Orphanage. She vaguely remembers Nazriya mentioning Akash Amarpali and him joining an Orphanage. Since she wasn't sure, she checks for Akash Amarpali in his Asram but finds none.
Without any choice, she passes the information she vaguely remembers of Akash Amarpali and it turned out true.
Ananya was successful in decoding who's Akash Amarpali. But that again didn't give her the desired result, for she thought he could be the one still in contact with Anti-Buddhists, who were masked by Buddhism.
Her assumption was wrong!
Ananya nothing has to do other than think over the possibilities.
Whoever it was, know her secret and if they've known her secret, they'd have to know Nazriya too, for her secret was created by Nazriya.
Someone can know details about Nazriya only if they could visit her police station.
So, she enquired Anita if anyone visited her or if anyone from their team came across such a man. The answer was almost negative when Anita comes across a similar case, around the same time when Nirvana was released.
A case of a teenager trying to harm Ant-Buddhists who was caught in public and arrested by Mumbai police.
Raghavan! He was just a 14-year-old teenager a decade ago.
He was sent to a rehabilitation center and was released soon after his 3 years.
"Who were the other authors, Ananya?" DJ questions.
No one would have expected those names for they were left astonished.
"Nazriya Begum and Ahmad Abdul. It was half written by my guardian, Nazriya Begum and after her death, it was taken over by her husband, Ahmad Abdul!"
Ananya breathed out, for she was holding it for a long time now.
"What? Who are they?" Sameer was confused and so was everyone.
Ananya is the daughter of Asha Saini and Amit Saini, they only know that. They never heard about Nazriya or Ahmad. It was obvious it would perplex them.
"My parent's best friends and my unofficial guardians," she gulps remembering Nazriya and Ahmad.
"They've given me the responsibility to publish this Nirvana and I did, that's it," she didn't want to retell the story again.
They'd know anyhow, how does it matter anyway!
The occupants in the room except Nikhil were none less than fish out of water.
"That's it? That's it?" Raghavan was beyond furious.
Everyone jerks at his scream except Ananya and Nikhil.
Ananya glares at him.
"Do you even because of you, my mother killed herself?" he was letting out his frustration.
"And that's why you attacked Anti-Buddhists?" her gaze was sharp.
"What else would you expect me to do? Because of your so-called loyal Nazriya Begum, they've started torturing Muslims, she's still fine. And when you released the Novel, it became worse! All my mother could do was kill herself!"
"We're not the ones torturing people out there. It's them," she grits her teeth, pointing to the ones who destroyed their lives.
"Who was the cause?" Raghavan was fast to give it back to her.
"It was a Muslim, guru-ji!" One of the followers of Anti-Buddhism whispers.
They come to the conclusion that Nazriya Begun, a woman from the Muslim community is the reason for their plan to get flopped.
They were so full of venom that they don't mind torturing their slaves, especially Muslim women.
Yes, slaves! They do torture them, physically and more than that, emotionally. They never did that before that. Now they had the reason and nobody would stop them.
One could stop if it was visible.
It was never spoken publicly or even known to other people. Invisible it was and it still is!
It's just their dark side. One would never show his dark side until they were exposed.
And that's what happened a decade later when Nirvana was released and became a religious controversy in the local villages, especially where Buddhists were present.
Buddhists who are true to themselves and Buddhism never bothered, but people who were masked, couldn't control their rage, still didn't leash out their dark side, started torturing Hindus too, because the author of the book, Ananya Saini was a Hindu.
Raghavan who was just 14 then, had to see his mother's torment and when his mother couldn't bear it anymore, she decided to kill herself. Slashing her heart with broken glass. That's what her life has been anyway.
She did, in front of her own son, and Raghavan could do nothing other than watch his mother turn into ashes.
Slaves were the only ones who were unleashed with their dark side and so was Raghavan. He overhears their conversation, about Nazriya and how she flopped their plan by arresting Kriya and Atrey.
A 14-year-old boy had to cultivate hate in his heart towards so many people, Anti-Buddhists and their guru, Nazriya Begum, and Ananya Saini.
Raghavan's first victim was their guru. But what a 14-year-old could do? He wasn't that smart to implement his plan to kill their guru well. It was obvious he was caught, he himself surrendered to the police for he know if he'd be back to Anti-Buddhist, he would never be able to avenge them.
Raghavan was arrested and when he was out of the rehabilitation center three years later, he was determined.
To become someone smarter. He had gone to school in rehab and it did help him. So, he joins an orphanage at his 17 and studied privately whatever he could with the help of a kind man who was never able to see the kid's vengeance. A year later, when he know he had enough knowledge to have a degree, he joins in the local college. He studies computer science and ethical hacking. He knows Ananya Saini is an ethical hacker.
His first target was the guru, as soon as he grabs a degree, he know what he had to do. He kills the guru. He became an expert in self-defense, and he never backed out from learning new skills that came his way.
He was done with the guru and his students were nowhere to be seen. What would they do if their guru was no more? They were always invisible and so was the guru's murder. Raghavan made sure of it.
His 21-year-old self couldn't help but research Nazriya Begum and that's when he comes across her accident news. Fourteen years old newspapers had come to use. Where it was written that Nazriya Begum a police officer was killed in a car accident.
He had no chance of killing Nazriya who was already dead. His concentration was shifted to Ananya Saini, who published Nirvana. He knows she was from the US, shifted to Mumbai, and follows the address provided by the publishing house only to be left disappointed.
"Ananya Saini? Who is she? It was never her house. It's Drasthi Jane's house," he heard a woman say who was a neighbor to an abandoned house.
Ananya Saini was so clever to buy a home in Drashti Jane's name who was her best friend in the US and the only one who helped her in manipulating things. Other than Nikhil, she was the only one who know Nirvana was never started by Ananya. Drashti helped her best friend as much as she could.
Ananya is smarter to include Drashti who stays overseas. Even if anyone would have guessed it, they can never reach Drashti just with her name.
Ananya has no existence in Mumbai except for the useless traces she left with her publishing house.
Raghavan was frustrated not knowing where Ananya could be and that's when his eyes fell on the old newspaper again. In which Nazriya's accident was written, what caught his eye was the writer. Nazriya was also a writer and he had his doubts.
How can a US return completely unrelated to the incident write exactly what he has heard and seen in his own Ashram? It just couldn't be a coincidence.
Raghavan, instead of thriving for details about Ananya Saini, started looking for Nazriya Begum's contacts. He never touched her part after he knew she was dead.
Dead cannot be useless, always! He tried finding her contacts. It was hard for him to find that out.
Ananya has completely destroyed everything that could relate Ananya Saini to Nazriya Begum. Even through a personal visit to their house, he gets nothing. Except for the manipulation she did.
Nirvana was never written by her.
Nazriya Begum's pattern was unleashed by Raghavan from her other books and when he compared them with Nirvana, he know Ananya was not the one who wrote the book. Especially climax, which was the reason for his Mother's suicide.
If Raghavan doesn't like anything, it's getting overruled by others. That would make him look like a spineless fool. He hates the word. That's the exact reason he was beyond passionate about learning skills and when he gets to know, all the while he was thinking Ananya Saini was the Author but turns out she is not, it's Nazriya Begum.
And Ananya was successful in manipulating him into thinking Ananya Saini was the writer.
And he saw red! It was beyond vengeance now. His hate in his heart grew to the limit that it was not about his vengeance anymore, it was about his Ego.
One's ego could destroy the world! And it did his.
He's a psycho now, whose only intention was to hurt Ananya anyhow, to an extent where she'd feel nothing.
If he has to know Ananya Saini, he has to know about her relationship with Nazriya.
He was on it!
A year passed, he was 22, and he gets nothing, not even a little of little detail he was hoping for. His hate for Ananya gets manifold. And that has no limit when he gets to know he was manipulated again.
Nazriya Begum has a best friend, and that's Asha Saini, the mother of Ananya Saini. Ananya successfully manipulated him into thinking there was a relationship between Nazriya Begum and Ananya Saini. There was never a relationship, not on paper definitely. And all this while he was looking for that exactly. The relationship which was non-existent on papers and Ananya was never in India much for people to know.
He should have looked into his own life and that's what he did, he was so lost in revenge to worry about his extended family. His mother's cousin's sister was Asha, who went against her own family to marry Amit just like his mother, Saritha. The only difference was Amit never left Asha while his father left Saritha as soon as he was born.
He was just lucky he remembered the story of his Aunt. It can't be another coincidence. He desperately hoped for that. He so wanted reasons to hate Ananya. He has no details on Ananya's mother to cross-check and from nowhere he gets to see Arya Roy's post on Instagram, tagging the author of Nirvana, Ananya Saini.
And since he knows hacking, it wasn't difficult for him to hack her account. Ananya was not naive too. As soon as her phone detected an attempt, she was notified.
Raghavan was careful from then but a few seconds of negligence was enough for him to get more details on her location.
Ananya was newly married then was proposed to by Neil, another psycho, and was a few minutes late in observing the notification. As soon as she observes it, she assumed it was Neil for Neil was a hacker too.
It was enough for Raghavan to fly to Delhi and join CBI as a technician. He's smart and it wasn't hard for him. He joined as he was bout to turn 23 and that's enough to know his Mother's cousin's sister and Ananya's mother were the same. Asha Saini! His hate towards Ananya was more than ever before now. He wanted her to see restless while he tortures her, emotionally.
She had everything and he had nothing.
She was the reason for his nothingness and he wanted her to feel nothing too.
He started tracking people who were fans of Nirvana, Arya Roy being the third victim.
He had a pattern and to meet it, he paused Arya Roy's murder a day later. He knows who read Nirvana and who hasn't. He's a hacker and it isn't hard to get into people's privacy and know what they're reading. Nusrat has read it secretly on her phone buying it on Amazon. Lolark has always talked about it, his big mouth was enough for him to know who read it and who didn't.
Torture was just a small word. He wanted hell for Ananya. So he played a game, if it was hers a decade ago, it is his now.
He took the help of Numerology, nobody would expect anyone to plan a murder based on that. It's almost out of the box and when it is out of the box, who would think that way? Especially if his clues were just a manipulation?
Broken Glass was added to his game. After all, it was the Broken Glass that has taken away his mother from him.
A rose with the victim's blood added a weird satisfaction in his heart. Ananya wasn't able to track him or even could think about his next victim. It gave him peace. The peace that has killed innocents.
He was a psycho! No one can doubt that if they ever read his thoughts.
Broken glass, a rose, and Nirvana! What else could be left behind for everyone to realize it's a serial killing?
He was successful!
And that's why he's able to laugh harder now. At Ananya's failure.
"You were the cause, Ananya, you!" he points to her laughing hard, finishing his story.
"You, bas-" Ananya stops her husband who was raging on fire.
Raghavan just told them about how Nazriya's arrest made the guru torture Muslims, how her Novel was the cause of his Mother's suicide, and how he was manipulated.
He never let her know she's his cousin.
What if he tells her? It would be her victory again. She'd think he was a failure, he didn't have his father, and he didn't have a happy childhood while she has.
He needs therapy again!
"Look, whatever happened is bad, I know but you've to know it was never us who's the reason for whatever happened with you," she calmly explains trying to gulp down her anger as pity overtakes her senses.
Raghavan laughs hard in reply. "Leave about who's the reason for my destruction, tell me one thing, how did you feel almost feeling from everything to nothing?"
He smirks glaring at her.
If it was mentioned he needed therapy, cut it! It can never cure him.
He's a true psycho!
Ananya fists her hand in anger, she's trying her best to be calm.
Nikhil was on the verge of breaking Raghavan's head. He couldn't control it anymore and he lungs forward, punching him on the nose.
He was so fast that Ananya couldn't stop him. Raghavan flies onto the tiles. He laughs hard, getting up, not fighting back. His intention was to attack Ananya, not her husband.
"Did you ever think there must be a connection between the victims and that I, the killer have left his clue for the next victim?" Ananya looks up at Raghavan and Nikhil was about to punch him again when Ananya stops him.
"No, Nikhil. Listen to me, please," she grabs his arms dragging him back away from Raghavan.
"What no? I'll kill him," he shrugs her hands off moving forward again and DJ gets his sense back, enough to stop Nikhil.
They're too shocked by the revelations.
"You must know by now how would it feel if someone manipulates you," he smirks, wiping the blood from his nose.
Ananya sighs, letting a breath out, closes her eyes, and opens them again.
"I'd however find it anyway. You don't need to bother," she replies.
"I'd make it easy for you!" He smiles, a maniac glint in his eyes that doesn't bother Ananya Saini.
"You just need to add the victim's name numbers too and subtract its result from the person's name number's result who got the coordinate."
Everyone wonders why he's making it easy for Ananya only to be left shocked a second later.
Raghavan shoots himself in the head in a blink of an eye.
"What the hell!"
Nobody would ever know where his other victims are! He's dead, after all! And that was his purpose, Ananya would never be able to save the next victims, and even if she did, it'd be too late. She will have life in nothingness! Worse than death!
A few hours later,
Ananya looks at the board on which the calculations were written based on Raghavan's last words.
It's been two hours since Raghavan was dead and he was taken for Autopsy by Nikhil, Nusrat, and DJ.
It's been one hour since they've calculated the connection between the present victim and the next victim.
1 - A, J, and S
2 - B, K, and T
3 - C, L, and U
4 - D, M, and V
5 - E, N, and W
6 - F, O, and X
7 - G, P, and Y
8 - H, Q, and Z
9 - I and R
First Victim: Nia Arora, 5+9+1 + 1+9+6+9+1=41, 4+1=5(E,N,W)
First Victim's coordinate: Nusrat Saeed, 5+3+1+9+1+2 + 1+1+5+5+4=37=3+7=10=1+0=1.
According to Raghavan, the next victim was selected based on subtraction.
5 minus 1 is 4, and on 4 they have D, M, and V.
Vishal Sakar was the second victim. There could be another two victims with D and M. That was their first conclusion.
Second Victim, Vishal Sakar, 4+9+1+8+1+3 + 1+1+2+1+9= 40=4+0=4(D,M,V)
Second Victim's coordinate: DJ(Dhananjay Rajpoot) = 4+8+1+5+1+5+1+1+1+7 + 9+1+1+7+6+6+2 = 66 = 6+6= 12 = 1+2 =3.
4 minus 3 is 1 and 1 has A, J, and S.
Arya Roy was their third victim, and S and J could be other victims. This was their second conclusion.
Third Victim: Arya Roy, 1+9+7+1 + 9+6+7 = 40= 4+0= 4(D, M, V)
Third Victim's coordinate: Ananya Saini Nair = 1+5+1+5+7+1 +1+1+9+5+9 + 5+1+9+9 = 69= 6+9=15= 1+5=6.
6 minus 4 is 2 and 2 has B, K, and T.
Tina Dutta was their fourth victim. There could be another two victims with K and B. That was their third conclusion.
Fourth Victim: Tina Dutta: 2 + 9 + 5+1 + 4+3+2+2+1 = 29 = 2+9 = 11(Special Number)
Fourth Victim's coordinate: Kaustav Indrani(Tech K Bro), 2+1+3+1+2+1+4 + 9+5+4+9+1+5+9 = 56= 5+6=11.
Kaustav gets it because he has a special number.
11 minus 11 makes it zero making them give no clue about the next victims.
Ananya realizes there could be six other victims already in his den and they had no idea.
He is dead and his address was fake too, just like how Ananya's was! Akash and Lolark who came the minute Raghavan shot himself dead go to his address, in the hope of getting something useful.
Ananya tries hacking into his system and mobile but nothing allows her to do it successfully.
Sameer and Raina were busy looking at the profiles with those letters who are probably interested in Nirvana.
K is helping Ananya in hacking Raghavan's systems.
They were able to hack into it a few minutes later, only that it asks for a password.
"Password?" Ananya whispers.
"What it could be?" K thinks.
Even to hack his system, they needed a password and they couldn't hack the password itself.
"He has a chip installed somewhere," Ananya informs sighing, caressing her forehead.
"But we checked the room thoroughly, Ananya. Even in the server room, there was nothing," K explains.
Ananya nods and develops a code and they see the code passing only to realize a second later it was failing.
Plug in the chip!
The screen shows them and they frown at each other before realizing that he had an authentication set up in his system with a physical chip.
"We need to check for it in the server or tech room, again!"
Ananya gets up already.
"There's no need I think," Nikhil comes in saying.
"What do you mean by that?" Ananya frowns at her husband.
"Here's the chip, we got it from his stomach!" he huffs.
"What?" Ananya was shocked.
Raghavan is smart. Why would he leave a chip in his stomach when he knows they can get it out and it'd be so easy for them to authenticate?
There's something fishy!
He's manipulating her, just like she did.
Nonetheless, she takes it from Nikhil, "I'll check it."
She inserts it and the system is authenticated. And that doesn't end there.
The files in the system get corrupted as soon as the computer turns on. Raghavan's phone has nothing on it.
They disconnected the VPN from both devices a long time ago.
"I'll try to recover it." K starts coding away.
"He's so clever!" K exclaims. Ananya takes a deep breath.
"What does that mean?" Nikhil asks Ananya.
Ananya wasn't in the mood to answer, so K does it on behalf of her.
"He has programmed a code in such a way that even if I want to recover it, I'd need a password he set up," K explains.
"What if the password was the page numbers he used?" Raina pipes in who was hearing them all the while.
Yes, page numbers!
Raghavan has left the second victim's name on the first's victim's name number and vice-versa.
In Nia's book, Vishal Sakar's name is on the 5th page and 5 is Nia's name number.
In Vishal's book, Nia Arora's name is on the 4th page and 4 is Vishal's name number.
In Arya Roy's book, Tina Dutta's name is on the 4th page and 4 is Arya Roy's name number.
In Tina Dutta's book, Arya Roy's name is on the 11th page and 11 is Tina's name number.
It was another thing they were able to deduce. Adding to it, he left his name on four books reversing the logic.
In Nia's book, AN is on the 4th page and 4 is Vishal's name number.
In Vishal's book, AV is on the 5th page and 5 is Nia's name number.
In Arya Roy's book, GA is on the 11th page and 11 is Tina Dutta's name number.
In Tina Dutta's book, RH is on the 4th page and 4 is Arya's name number.
He reversed the whole logic for his name.
And Ananya tries the password, but it doesn't work. She tries it again converting them binary and using 9's and 10's complement on the password, but it doesn't work again.
"What the hell!" she curses.
She is hopeless and that's what Raghavan has always wanted.
"Anu, look, you can do it. Just calm down and think," Nikhil cups her shoulder and she leans her head on his waist, sighing and pressing her head.
Nikhil presses her head and gestures to K to order coffee, he nods.
Ananya was lost in her thoughts, there was something that she was missing.
"Raina?" Ananya suddenly lifts her head and calls for Raina.
"Yes, Madam?"
"Get me those four novels."
Raina is already walking toward Ananya to give it to her.
She goes through the pages again and thinks of something.
She calculates Raghavan's name number.
Raghavan Sharma = 9+1+7+8+1+4+1+5 +1+8+1+9+4+1 = 60 = 6.
She goes to the sixth page and notes down the 11th, 4th, and 5th letters.
A, N, Y
She gets only three letters.
She for the last time tries a password, although she didn't think it'd work, she enters the password. It didn't work as she expected. She tries it again, converting them into binary, but it doesn't work.
They had the last chance now!
K takes over Ananya thinking of something and tries the password again.
"Wow!" K exclaims while Ananya who never expected this would work sat dumbstruck.
The password was nothing but her name, Ananya, not exactly Ananya, though!
"A1011N111A"
It is the exact password.
K immediately recovers the files and it took some time.
Meanwhile, Ananya sighed in relief, they had their coffee, and the files recovers.
From this point, it was easy for them to hack into his accounts and social media.
He had so many people's details on his file who admired Nirvana. From them, they shortlist the persons with the letters they have.
It wasn't hard to locate those who were not missing.
But the people who were missing for one day are six. And they don't know the location, and that's when Ananya goes through his computer and types a code that gave away his Icngonito history from where she tracked his quick order of a vehicle on one website, again with another of her code.
Soon they were able to track the vehicle and the stops it passed through which made them assume a few locations a little away from his fake address.
And that's when Akash arrives with the news as interesting as the flashback of Ananya.
"Whatever address he gave wasn't fake. It was his true address only, it's just that we misinterpreted his bio information," Akash explains.
Ananya frowns at that. And so does everyone, except DJ and Nusrat who just entered.
"The address he has given us was on his Kailash Sagar's name who has helped Raghavan in the orphanage," Akash takes a pause before exploding a bomb, "and the house was bought by Raghavan in the name of Kailash just like-" he was cut off by Ananya.
"Me!" she whispers.
"Yes!"
"And I think we have got a lead. We met Kailash and he'd say Raghavan would be away in the night for 3-4 hours."
Ananya immediately searches around the house for places where he could travel for 1 hour.
And a place comes under her radar from which she has shortlisted.
They soon go to the place only to be left disappointed.
The place and a few places around it have nothing.
Raghavan wouldn't die so easily if it was easy for Ananya to find them.
It was already night and they are too tired but know even a minute delay could kill six people.
But there are no more leads now.
They're on the way to CBI when their car tire gets punctured.
It was then that Ananya comes across land that looked weird.
And a warehouse can be seen a bit away from the land.
She walks towards the way when Nikhil stops her who's been observing his wife for a long time now.
"Where are you going?" he asks being a protective husband.
"I think there's something weird there," she points towards the warehouse.
Nikhil looks at the same place and sighs, "I'm coming along!"
Ananya knows there's no way she can defy her husband.
They go together and they find nothing.
That's when Ananya finds a secret pit opening to a whole new room and what they saw shocks them.
Six people! Ananya and Nikhil found them in horrible condition with cuts all over their bodies. He left them to die from bleeding.
Four of them are already dead as it's been more than 10 hours and two of them have a slight pulse.
Nikhil immediately calls DJ and informs them about the place.
Six of them are rushed to the hospital.
Ananya and their team were able to save two people and the rest of the four, couldn't live.
So what if Raghavan was not fully successful? Ananya will always be guilty even if she tried her best.
And that's what Raghavan has wanted.
But what he didn't know was, Nikhil was always there for Ananya and if not soon, with time, he'd make sure his wife is out of her guilt.
That wasn't her fault!
Situations made it look like hers!
Ananya soon understand that ANA was not just for the password. It was also a coordinate, 15 E, 51 N.
Everyone is back in their home.
In the span of three days, so much has happened and they're too drained out.
Ananya and Nikhil freshen up and hits the bed soon and sleep almost instantly without their dinner. Only to wake up late in the morning with their tangled limbs and arms, preparing themselves to have brunch as they drop a mail for their late arrival.
Raghavan is out of their life and her husband was enough for Ananya to come out of the shell she'd be in for a few weeks.
She never knows Raghavan is her cousin, better for her as it would've added more guilt.
Ananya Saini, though, looks so hard; is a soft woman in the hearts of the hearts.
