Author's Note: This story is a spin-off from the main story. Where the Ninja's travel to the Nexo Knights to rescue (Y/N). Only to discover she has a happy life with the Nexo Knights and the Ninjas become jealous of the knights.

(Third Person P.O.V)

___Nexo Knights___

Macy disguised as '(Y/N)' clenched her fist, taking a deep breath as Lloyd placed a hand on her forearm in an attempt to get (Y/N)'s attention.

Macy shifted uncomfortably and turned her back to Lloyd and Lloyd sighed in response. Lloyd left the dining hall, pausing in the doorway and looking back expectantly at '(Y/N)' before leaving.

Macy decided to sneak off to find a quiet place for a moment after being creeped out by the Ninjas. This gave the other Nexo Knight a chance to talk without her present.

"I don't like that guy." Axl said taking a bite out of a turkey leg.

"He's around the same age as us. Why don't you at least try to get along?" Clay asked, waving a hand vaguely in the air.

"I don't see you being all buddy-buddy with them!" Axl accused, taking another bite out of the turkey leg.

"I'm pretty sure we'd get on well, given the chance. I have every intention of trying to forge connections with them in a diplomatic matter after this." Clay stated and started quoting some obscure knights code to his fellow knights.

"Well, I don't like Leo or whatever his name is. It feels like he's trying to steal (Y/N) from us!" Lance complained as he to a sip from his golden chalice.

"Enough of that!" Clay said slamming his fist on the table. "We are esteemed knights of the realm and there will be no talk like that here." Clay declared to his fellow knights.

Aaron chuckled to himself while leaning backwards in his chair. "Whatever you say, super Knight!" Aaron mocked Clay.

(Third Person P.O.V)

___Nexo Knights___

Lloyd was absolutely miserable. "She's wearing their armour! Why?" Lloyd questioned the others as they were being led away by a Squirebot.

"Hey, kid. We miss her too." Jay admitted and Lloyd's eyes widened at the statement. "So just stay calm, Ok."

"Okay." Lloyd mumbled sadly. Zane and Cole merely glance behind themselves, as they left the dining hall at a considerable pace, to be brought before the Queen and King in private.

Zane caught the sight of Aaron. "I think he hates me and I'm not particularly fond of him myself." Zane admitted and Cole laughed at the admission.

"I'm sure he'll come around. In the meantime, we should make an effort to be nice to them. For (Y/N) sake." Cole instructed Zane giving the Nindroid a sad smile as he did.

"I'll do my best if that's what you want. Though I don't believe I will enjoy it." Zane replied honestly. "That's fine, Zane." Nya said patting the Nindroid on the back.

"Is it just me or is there something strange about the way they stare and gazes at (Y/N) when they think no one is looking." Kai pointed out to the other Ninjas.

The Ninjas paused for a moment and thought about it about how sometimes those nonchalant eyes would look at her intensely.

Sometimes the Nexo Knight's eyes were full of something akin to admiration or gratitude, other times full of something that they could not pinpoint.

"Ok, now I'm even more worried." Jay pipped up as the group was being brought before the King and Queen.

(Third Person P.O.V)

___Nexo Knights___

King Halbert and Queen Halbert awaited the arrival of these foreign warriors.

Queen Halbert is the perfect combination of a powerful warrior queen. She is calm, collected and polite so she can fulfil her official duties as well as a strong, skilled fighter capable of defending herself and her husband.

She is also constantly mediating between her husband and daughter when they get in their fights over Macy's future. Though it makes her heart swell with pride that Macy is a knight.

King Halbert, on the other hand, is somewhat incompetent at his job a quite timid man scarred by the dark, loud noise and can get quite nervous when he thinks of what tomorrow might bring.

He mostly relying on others for advice and hiding behind his warrior wife for any fight he was not above pettiness when he didn't get his way.

I.e. not letting his daughter be a knight, actively trying to stop Macy from graduating, shooting Roberto Arnoldi the former sculptor of Knighton's kingdom out of a cannon after the man created a sculpture that represented the Queen as a proud warrior instead of a servile wife like King Halbert had wanted.

"Greetings." Queen Halbert said in a polite tone to the Ninjas. "Greetings." Zane responded for the team and lead them in bowing to the Queen.

"Apologies our daughter is still at the dinner." King Halbert explained to them about the princess absence.

"That's fine." Lloyd said to the King showing the man a big bright smile and was about to begin diplomatic talks to the best of his ability when a loud explosion rocked the building.

(Third Person P.O.V)

___Nexo Knights___

The Army of Lava Monsters attacked with a battle cry. "Attack! Attack now!" Jestro exclaimed, pointing to his enemies at a considerable distance with a sudden movement of his magic staff. "You're fierce monsters! Act like it!" Jestro screamed at the army.

On the other side of the battlefield, the Nexo knights hastened to surround the enemy, Clay stood firm having eluded another attack distracting the Lava Monster and giving him enough time to finish with the Lava Monster with a single thrust of his sword.

The purple and gold mist of the monster almost instantly returning to The Book of Monsters.

"No! No! No!" The jester exclaimed exasperatedly, stomping his feet on the hard volcanic stone floor of his vehicle without looking away from the battle.

Once again they were losing, his monsters disappeared faster and faster under the attacks of the Nexo Knights How could a whole army of ferocious Lava Monsters lose so easily against a group of only five members!?

Well technically six but (Y/N) was a mercenary, so he wasn't so sure she counted as much.

Speaking of which he was surprised to see her at this fancy rich people party in full knights armour no less.

Jestro's heartbeat sped up, his face heated furiously to the point of making the pale colour of his skin disappear by a very notorious crimson colour, and that heat grew even more as he watched her with possessive eyes.

He was determined to one day to steal that treasure he had wished to have from her wicked lips since he had known her.

(Y/N) disguised as "Princess Macy" growled in frustration to herself while she did her best to fight off the monsters one-handed still keeping the fan firmly in front of her face. "How was she supposed to talk to Jestro if that detestable book was watching him all the time?"

Reaching him wasn't going to be difficult, even if a good part of the army was in front of him, prepared to protect its leaders. The real problem was getting him calm enough to listen to her, preferably away from that book.

"You're doing it wrong! Can't you do anything right!?" Jestro shouted. "It couldn't be! I can't lose again!"

(Y/N) had been able to distinguish certain blind spots that the monsters had forgotten to guard but she doubted very much her presence would not go unnoticed after that.

Suddenly as someone pulled her into a pair of arms, crashing her against someone's chest. It was Sparkks the cyclops. "Hey, I caught the Princesses." Sparkks declared happily.

(Y/N) had just found her way in.

As the clash between the Lava Monsters ended with the orders of the Lava Monsters' leader ordering a retreat.

"What do you think you're doing!? Put her down now!" Clay exclaimed once he caught sight of "Princess Macy" slung over his shoulder.

The blue knight stared at him in amazement at first, as "Princess Macy" was being carried away by a giant of a monster before letting out a furious growl as he clenched his fists tightly.

While the Nexo Knights shouted at him to put the Princess down. The evil jester didn't care and just called out. "I'll only take her for a little while!" Jestro laughed as he rode away. Just as the Ninjas, the king and Queen came running into the hall to see what the explosions and fighting sounds were.

They were greeted with the sight of "Princess Macy" being carried off by the monster army.

"(Y/N)!" Queen Halbert shouted pulling out her hammer from behind her cape but '(Y/N)' stopped her from going after the monsters. "Macy!" King Halbert screamed for his daughter.

"Chill dad, I'm still here." Macy said taking off the helmet of her (Y/N) disguise. "Macy!" King Halbert cried out running up to hug his daughter.

"(Y/N) did me a favour and traded places with me at this even." Macy confessed to everyone.

"What?" The king said through his tears. "Dear, are you honestly telling me that you didn't notice that our daughter suddenly became more regal?" Queen Halbert questioned her husband with a teasing tone.

"Wait! Where's (Y/N) then!" Lloyd demanded frantically looking around the room.

"She was dressed as me and let the monsters take her I'm guessing so that so could try and talk Jestro out of this." Macy informed the Ninjas.

"I'd say I didn't see that coming..." Aaron murmured, standing over them on his hover shield while he crossed his arms. Unlike the others, he wasn't surprised at all by this. "But I'd be lying." Aaron sighed.

An awkward silence arose between them, not knowing what to say or do exactly. Clay opened his mouth to speak but was interrupted by the Ninjas sudden shouting and demands that they go rescue (Y/N).

(Third Person P.O.V)

___Nexo Knights___

Back in the Lava Lands, Jestro and The Book of Monsters quickly found themselves perplexed, confused and gaping along with the Lava Monsters. When they discover that the princess that they had captured was (Y/N) in disguise.

1.) Knight (Y/N) as I call her in this timeline has a weapon similar to Brigitte from Overwatch. Rocket Flail I believe it's called.
