Author's Note: This story is a spin-off from the main story. Where the Ninja's travel to the Nexo Knights to rescue (Y/N) but she has a happy life and become jealous of the knights.

(Third Person P.O.V)

_____Ninjago_____

The Ninja's and their allies gathered at Borg tower. There had been much debating as to who was going to rescue (Y/N) and who should stay behind to protect Ninjago.

It was decided that the team would go while their allies would protect Ninjago should anything happen while they were gone.

"Do you think she ok?" Jay asked Cole as he was double checking his bag. "Of course she is, she's (Y/N)." Cole replied heaving his own bag over his shoulder.

"But she gave Echo her book. She's never let that thing out of her sight." Jay responded glancing over at the copper Nindroid who was reading said book with Zane hovering over him trying to read it himself.

Cole could see the worry on Jay's face as plain as day. "Jay, we will find her." Cole stated patting his best friend on the back to cheer him up.

Cole looked over to Kai and Nya the pair had sort of secluded themselves after Nya's declaration about bettering herself.

Kai and Nya were going over their supplies. Well, Nya was Kai, on the other hand, was nervously hoping from one foot to the next.

"She'll be fine, Kai." Nya told her brother while not looking up from her packing.

Kai was still nervously hoping around. "I know, it's just will she want to come back?" Kai confessed causing Nya to flinch. No one had wanted to think that question or even say it out loud.

"Look, let's just find her first then we can worry about that." Nya offered as a compromise. Kai nodded but went back to his inability to stand still.

"Alright, team are we ready?" Lloyd called out as he stepped through the door to Borg's office the Realm Crystal in his hands.

The team gathered and Lloyd opened a portal. "Ok. team, let's do this." Lloyd declared as they stepped through the portal.

(Third Person P.O.V)

___Nexo Knights___

(Y/N) awoke with a wicked headache and the sound of Lance and Clay fighting one and other. (Y/N) often clashed with these two Knights.

Lancelot "Lance" Richmond, extremely rich moreover extremely spoiled. Lance only became a knight because his parents forced him to become one because it was tradition.

Clay Morrington, on the other hand, is the no-nonsense strictly regimented leader of the Nexo Knights. He lives by the Knight's code, dedicated to being the greatest knight he can to the point of obsession.

(Y/N) stormed out of her quarters in the Fortrex to yell at the pair of squabbling knights.

"One of you kill the other one already. I'm sick of hearing you two fighting every morning." (Y/N) yelled at the two knights.

"Morning (Y/N)." Macy said walking over to her. (Y/N) gave a polite nod to the red-haired knight, (Y/N)'s head was killing her.

Macy picked up on it. "You doing ok (Y/N)?" Macy questioned. "Yeah, I just have this horrible headache since I woke up this morning."

"You did take a really nasty blow to the head yesterday maybe you should go back to bed? Macy offered.

"Macy have you ever known me to surrender to anything in the entire time I was held captive at that prison Clay loves so much?" (Y/N) scoffed and Macy giggled.

(Y/N) and Macy had an unusual and somewhat complicated relationship. Macy or as she hates to be called Princess Macy Halbert and her dad King Halbert disagree with her decision to be a knight and tried to stop her at every turn.

Including when they were youngsters by getting the others training to be knights afraid to train with Macy by causing them to believe if they so much as touched Macy he'd have them locked up in the dungeon.

So poor little Macy was left out of training with other little Knights-in-training. That is until she met (Y/N) and the rest of the future Nexo Knights.

When little Macy found out about this, she told her mother about this. Queen Halbert was furious about this after yelling at her husband, she took Macy to go talk to her teaches about this.

While Queen Halbert was talking with Macy's teachers. Macy noticed someone she'd never seen before playing with the other students.

It had been raining all week so the children were restless and just itching for some fun.

Little (Y/N) was roughhousing in the mud with other little Knight's-in-training screaming. "Bring it on you crazy brainwashed little knights."

Little Macy came closer to see what was transpiring when the other little knight scattered to get away from Princess Macy.

"Cowards!" Little (Y/N) had shouted at the fleeing children. "Um, hi." Little Macy had said to her causing (Y/N) to turn around and looked at Macy.

"Um, hi?" (Y/N) had responded back unsure of what to make of this newcomer.

"Pssst. You don't what to play with her, she a princess." One of the other children had whisper-shouted to (Y/N).

Now (Y/N) hated the monarchy since they only cared about the rich. "Rich brat, hu." (Y/N) had stated and shoved Macy into the mud.

All the other kids that had been hiding from Macy let out an audible gasp in horror for (Y/N). Did she have a death wish?

"I don't care who you are!" The young (Y/N) had declared. "I'm not afraid to fight you!"

Little Macy's eyes lit up with happiness and tackled the other girl down into the mud and the pair started to rough house.

Mud was splattered everywhere, and the pair continued to rough house. When Macy's mother came out to find her daughter was gone although she was happy to see her daughter had made a friend, decided not to interrupt them.

And from that day on Macy decided (Y/N) was her best friend whether the girl wanted her to be or not.

While (Y/N) decided she did not. She did, however, support Macy in her endeavour to defy the monarchy, despite (Y/N) hating the Knights who she says as only supporting the rich and cared nothing for the poor.

"For the last time (Y/N). The Knights Academy is not a prison! You were there for your own good." Clay defended the Academy he loved so much. It wasn't a huge secret that Clay wished to be the principal of the Knights Academy.

"Says you, I was held there against my will!" (Y/N) shouted at Clay. "(Y/N) you were taken there for the same reason Jestro was taken there you're an orphan it was for your own safety."

"Safety? I was dragged for my home in the forests in a net by knights and that jerk Merlock. I was fine on my own!" (Y/N) counted back.

"You were too young and the forests and swamplands are dangerous! It was for your own good." Clay shouted back.

Lance smiled watching the argument going back and forth between Clay and (Y/N).

While he and (Y/N) didn't get along he was more than happy to cheer for her to win over the uptight knight Clay Borington.

"But I didn't want to go with a bunch of strangers that kidnapped me." (Y/N) screamed at Clay.

"It wasn't kidnapping they were rescuing you." Clay said defending the actions of those Knights.

"It's not rescuing if the person doesn't need saving!" (Y/N) hissed back at the uptight knight.

"Rescuing!" Clay declared.

"Kidnapping!" (Y/N) hissed back.

"Rescuing!" Clay shouted even louder.

"Kidnapping!" (Y/N) howled with anger.

At that moment Aaron Fox and Axl walked in to see what all the yelling and screaming was about.

Axl was a titan and the strongman of the team. Who absolutely loved food and wielded a massive battleaxe.

He was the first person to actually make friends with (Y/N) when they were children.

When (Y/N) had first been brought to the Knights Academy. She was completely wild. She'd been living alone in the forest and swamplands with severely limited contact amidst people.

She'd lash out at the adults whenever they went near her although she would leave the children alone if they left her alone, they quickly learnt to leave her alone.

 The adults were starting to get worried, nothing they did worked, she didn't trust them at all, she'd refused to eat or sleep, they were worried that she was going to die.

Although Axl had solved why she wasn't eating and hatched a plan. Late at night when everyone else was fast asleep. Axl snuck into where the teachers were keeping (Y/N).

Axl being a proud big brother already knew how to hold a fussing and hungry sibling found this easy. Axl made sure to wear his armour to protect him from her bitting him and carried her into the school kitchen.

Axl then placed her on a stool and got her to watch as he started cooking a simple pie, once it was done he cut them a piece each and sure enough, he was correct.

She wasn't eating because she thought it may have been poisoned. Thus began the pairs nightly raids of the school's kitchens until the day they got caught.

"Well, if it was kidnapping then why are you a knight?" Clay said thinking he'd caught her.

"I'm not, remember. I told Macy's dad to shove it. I refuse to work for my captors." (Y/N) growled back at Clay.

"Then why are you working with us?" Aaron questioned.

Aaron Fox is a knight who enjoys endless thrills often employing his knight shield as a hoverboard to do so.

He and (Y/N) have always had a playful friendship. Him being a crazy adrenalin junky and her being a literal wild child plucked from the woods turned rebel.

Aaron took it upon himself to help Axl teach her about the world.

(Y/N) and Aaron got in a lot of mischief together growing up and often joined in on the late night food raids in the kitchen.

He also introduced (Y/N) to hover-skates the pair used to race each other, Aaron on his hoverboard and (Y/N) on hover-skates still do from time to time.

"Because Ava and Robin pay me to help you fight monsters." (Y/N) replied.

Robin Underwood and Ava Prentis are a pair of first-year student at the Knights Academy. That built the Fortrex's as the Nexo Knights mobile base of operations.

Robin is known as the master mechanic who built all of the Knights upgraded gear.

While Ava usually assists the knights from the inside of their high-tech base.

She has a knack for programming and high tech inventions and is responsible for bringing Merlok 2.0 into the Fortrex.

"Did you honestly believe you lot had brainwashed me into believing your crazy religious dogma?" (Y/N) shouted at Clay. "News flash borington you're the only one that wanted this job,"

"Aaron got himself sentenced to this, Axl needed a job, Lance got sent here because its tradition, and Macy doing this because her dad won't let her." (Y/N) continued on her tirade at the Knight.

"Hey!" Macy yelled getting (Y/N)'s attention. "What? I didn't say I don't support you in this. I'm only saying your dad sucks." (Y/N) said to Macy before turning her attention back to yelling at Clay.

Ava called out to the others over the monitor. "There's some weird energy reading close by."

"Alright, knights let go check this out." Clay declared and (Y/N) just rolled her eyes at the back of Clay's head.

(Third Person P.O.V)

___Nexo Knights___

The Ninjas were hiking, trying to figure out where to go next.

They hadn't seen any signs of others as they travelled. Maybe finding a town would be their best bet for finding (Y/N).

However, as they continued to walk, the ground began to quake, as an enormous rolling fortress pulled up and the Nexo Knights stepped out.

"This is the area the strange power signal was last recorded before it disappeared Clay informed the others as the stepped out and came face to face with some people in strange outfits.

(Y/N) looked the strangers over, thinking. "Did they all forget to change out of their pyjamas or something?"
