Zane was in the warm kitchen, a nice plate of fresh gingerbread cookies laid on the counter as Zane continued making something else.

He was humming a little tune to himself as he made a batch of (F/d).

'She's going to love this, I put my absolute heart and soul into this batch' He thought to himself as he added in more ingredients.

Hearing footsteps, he looked up to find Jay walking into the kitchen, smiling as he sniffed the air.

"Hey Zane! Whatcha cookin?" He asks, reaching out to the (F/d) in progress for a quick taste.

Zane smacks his outstretched hand with the spoon, frowning "That (F/d) not for you, and it's not ready" He scolds.

Jay rubs his hand and pouts "Fine then, I'm on a low (F/d) diet anyways" He says, taking a gingerbread cookie instead.

Zane rolls his eyes at his teammates childish actions and continues cooking the (F/d).

"Who's that for?" Jay asks, curiously.

"(Y/n)"

Jay's eyes widened "What?? For christmas?"

"Correct"

"Oh geez, she loves those!" Jay says in a panicky voice, putting down the gingerbread cookie.

"I am very much aware, that's why I'm making it" Zane says, not glancing up at Jay, who was now pacing.

"No, I mean how am I going to compete with that? I mean I was going to get her a cute necklace but with that delicious smelling desert I don't think I'll be able to compete with that, plus they might be gone by now-"

Zane paused his cooking, interrupting Jay's worried rambling "Have you not gotten her a gift yet?"

"... No.." He admitted, looking down and rubbing the back of his neck.

".. Jay, it's Christmas eve, and the party is in 4 hours" Zane deadpan.

"I know! I know! It's not like anyone else has gotten her anything either, it's been super busy even though it's christmas" He whined, running his hand through his hair.

"I believe Cole pre-ordered something for her" Zane says, picking up the spoon and continuing the (F/d)

"He doesn't count" Jay says, crossing his arms.

"How so?"

"I don't know! All that's on my mind right now is how I can NOT let you guys one me up on christmas gifts! Period!"  Jay shouts, punching the air and almost knocking over a flower vase.

Zane raises an eyebrow as Jay paces around, mumbling incoherently to himself , before snapping his fingers "Got it! Haha, I got one that'll beat your (F/d)" He exclaims.

Jay dashes out the door, and Zane's gaze lingers at the door with a perplexed expression before shrugging and finishing the (F/d).

The bell dingled as Jay entered the tech store, looking amongst all the odd gadgets and parts.

He wanders the store, mumbling to himself as his eyes scanned over the shelves and glass displays.

"Whoa! Is that the new borg watch?! How cool" He fanboys, looking at the little watch in the glass display before clearing his throat and setting himself back on track.

He stops after a few minutes, spotting the item he was looking for. There was only one in (F/c), and a cool pattern.

"Yes!! I FOUND IT!!" Jay shouts, picking up the box and holding it up in the air victoriously.

Everyone was staring at him, and he chuckled embarrassingly as he gave them a tiny wave.

After pickup up a second one, this time in blue, he headed over to the register to check out.

"She's going to love this!"

Kai and Lloyd were lounging on the couch. Kai held up his phone, taking a quick selfie and sending out a chirp while Lloyd munched on sweets while watching a christmas movie.

Nya walked into the room, placing a present under the tree with a satisfied look on her face.

Kai looked at his sister, raising an eyebrow "Who's that for?" He asked

"Its for (Y/n)" She replies.

"Oh cool, what did you get her?" Kai asked, curious what his sister got for (Y/n).

"I'll tell you if you tell me what you got her" Nya says, crossing her arms and looking at Kai.

She watched as the color drains from his face

"Well- I- Uh- I got her a... Necklace! Yea, a necklace!" Kai studders, a shaky smile appearing on his lips.

Nya raised an eyebrow "You forgot to get her something, didn't you?" Kai sighed in defeat, nodding his head.

Lloyd glanced over at his dejected friend,  "I'm heading to the mall later on if you wanna go look for gifts with me" He says

"Really? Thanks Lloyd! "

Cole carefully opened the package in front of him, a package he ordered a week ago.

He pulls out a small, black box and peers inside.

"It looks prettier than I expected, she's going to love this" He says, smiling to himself as he held up the box.

He heard footsteps, and saw (Y/n) walking into his room.

"Hey Cole, whatcha got there?" She asked, tilting her head at him.

Cole slams the box shut, then quickly shoves it behind him "Uh, nothing! Nothing at all"

(Y/n) raises an eyebrow "Ok then... Well, Zane asked me to help decorate for tonight's christmas party, wanna help?"

"Sure, but don't you usually ask Lloyd to help you?" Cole asks.

"Ah, yea, I looked around for him but he's out last minute Christmas shopping with Kai." (Y/n) explained, looking back to the hallway.

"Ok, ok then, yea I'll help, as long as I get to hide the mistletoes" Cole says with a chuckle, hiding the box while she wasn't looking.

"Perfect! Thanks Cole"

Later in the evening, when all presents were finally found and wrapped, the christmas party started

It wasn't a very big one, just a few people the ninja knew were invited. A few close friends of (Y/n) were invited, too.

Especially one kid in particular

And some that probably weren't, as Robin stands in the back with everyone wondering who invited him.

They let him stay nonetheless, but kept a good eye on him to make sure he didn't steal anything.

But, everyone was enjoying themselves.

Little did they know that a certain lot of 5 were scheming to themselves.

Each of the fruit colored ninja, figuring out a way to catch (Y/n) under the mistletoe

The perfect excuse to a christmas kiss

The first to attempt was Lloyd. He noticed a mistletoe on the ceiling that led from the living room to the kitchen.

He walks up to (Y/n) "Hey, wanna get some hot chocolate with me?"

"Sure!"

They walk over to the doorway, Lloyd "Casually" Glances up. "Hey, would you look at that"

"Look at what?" (Y/n) asked.

The others took quick notice, and Jay yelled out "The decorations! Good eye Lloyd, don't they look pretty?"

He nudges Kai, signaling him to play along if he wanted to keep Lloyd from having the first Christmas kiss.

"Yea, they look awesome" Kai says, gesturing to the cute little decorations everywhere.

"Oh, thanks, me and Cole did them" (Y/n) Says with a smile.

Lloyd sends a glare to the others as (Y/n) walks away from the mistletoe and to the hot chocolate.

Jay and Kai high five, smiling

The second to attempt was Kai, who was walking over to (Y/n), where she stood under a different mistletoe.

"Hey there, did you notice-" Kai started, before being cut off.

"That Zane made some really yummy cookies, you should try some" Lloyd shouts from the kitchen, peaking at the two.

"No, let me try some" (Y/n) says, making her way to the kitchen.

Kai glares at Lloyd, who stuck his tongue out at him.

The third attempt was from Cole, who had 2 pieces of cake in his hand as he made his way over to (Y/n).

"Hey (Y/n), want some Cake?" He asked, standing under the kitchen mistletoe

"Sure" She said, walking over to where he was standing.

(Y/n) makes her way there

Zane, who was holding a cup of punch, "accidentally" tripped, knocking over Cole and spilling the punch all over him.

"Oops, my apologies Cole, you should go get cleaned up" Zane said, grabbing his now soaked arm and helping him up.

Cole grumbled and glanced back at Zane, who was smiling innocently but held a mischievous glimmer in his eyes.

Jay had been talking to (Y/n) casually, taking small steps towards the mistletoe.

It was slow, but sneaky.

'She won't know till I point it out, just a few more casual steps to go' Jay thought to himself.

A few turned to 3, and 3 to 2, and 2 to 1.

Just as Jay took that last step, Cole walked up behind (Y/n) "Sorry to interrupt, but I need to borrow you two for a bit" He said.

"What for?" (Y/n) asks.

"We're playing a fist to face tournament and we're short 2 players" Cole explains, gesturing to the tv.

Jay glared at Cole, he knew what he was doing

Alas, (Y/n) already agreed, and was making her way to the couch.

Last, but certainly not least was Zane.

He had been waiting for the perfect moment to approach her, while she was under a mistletoe.

Now was his chance, she was leaning on the wall munching on the gingerbread cookies

He got up from his spot on the couch and walked to her

The others noticed and were quick to stop him.

Jay grabbed his arm "Oh no you dont" he said, gripping tightly.

Zane protested, and tried to get away but Kai grabbed him too

Soon enough, they were all arguing amongst themselves.

That is, however, until the magic words were spoken

"Hey, we're under the mistletoe"

They all froze, turning to see a familiar little boy pointing to the mistletoe that hung above (Y/n)'s head

"Oh, I suppose we am" (Y/n) comments with a giggle.

"Nelson..." Jay whispered, eyes wide as they watched the scene before them.

"I guess that means someone has to kiss you," Nelson says.

"Yea I guess so" (Y/n) hummed, "Or it could be the other way around" She bent down and gave him a lil kiss on the forehead, ruffling his hair affectionately like a caring older sibling.

All of the ninja groaned collectively as (Y/n) walked away from the mistletoe and towards Nya.

"What, did you guys want a kiss~" (Y/n) teased, looking at them with a smirk on her face.

They all flushed red, eyes wide.

"What? Don't think I was oblivious to all your attempts tonight" She laughed.

"Then why'd you not say anything" Jay whined

"Because, I liked watching you guys fight, it's funny" She giggles

They all sighed, "But, if you guys still want a kiss" She said.

Their heads snapped up, looking at her with wide eyes. "Yea?" They said.

She held out her hand, "5 bucks" She said with a smirk.

They all stared at her. "You kidding?" Kai asked, (Y/n) shook her head. "Nope, not kidding, 5 bucks for a kiss"

Needless to say, they all gave 5 bucks for a kiss that night.

The next morning, everyone woke early, courtesy of Jay and Lloyd getting excited.

(Y/n) sat sleepily on the couch, a cup of her favorite warm drink in her hand as she watched the presents get sorted out.

Once everyone had sorted out presents, they drew names for who gets to open their presents first.

"And the person is... (Y/n)" Zane says, looking at the little paper he drew from the christmas hat.

"Oh, me" (Y/n) says, setting her drink aside and looking at the pile of presents before her. 'Which one do I start with?' she wondered.

She reached for a present wrapped in green, accented with gold. The wrapping pattern was pretty, but the way it was wrapped wasn't the best. On the tag, it read "From Lloyd, To (Y/n)"

"I had some trouble wrapping it, that stuff's hard to do" He said, scratching the back of his neck.

"Don't worry, I know how you feel" (Y/n) says with a chuckle, peeling back the wrapping, revealing a large white box.

"Rubber snakes aren't going to jump out of me if I open this, right?" She asks, looking at Lloyd. He shook his head, and she hesitantly opened the box.

She found the latest edition of her favorite comic series, along with a lot of merchandise from some of her favorite fandoms, ranging from t-shirts to action figures, and a bag of her favorite candies.

"I've been looking everywhere for this comic, they're all sold out at doomsday's! Thanks Lloyd" She says, grinning from ear to ear.

Next, she picked up a blue bag, filled with baby blue tissue paper. The tag said it was from Jay, and she curiously took out the paper and pulled out a box.
She turned it and read the label "Bond touch bracelets... What's that?" She asked, looking at Jay.

He grinned, "Take it out and put it on! I'll show you" He says excitedly. (Y/n) opened the box, taking out the (F/c) bracelet and putting it on.

Jay stood up and sat next to her, pressing a button on the bracelet. "It's super cool, it links to another bracelet, this one" He shows her the bracelet he was wearing.

He tapped it, and (Y/n)'s bracelet vibrated. "Whoa, that's so cool" She says, tapping the bracelet and making Jay's bracelet vibrate.

"I know right!" He says, eyes lighting up. (Y/n) nods and smiles, "Thank you, Jay" She says, pushing away the empty box and bag.

"Oh, before I forget, let me get your gift" Zane says, standing up and heading to the kitchen.

A moment later he returned, a box in his hands. "Merry christmas (Y/n), I made these for you, I tried to perfect the recipe as best to my abilities" He says, handing her the box.

(Y/n) looked inside, finding (F/d) inside it, the very sight of it making her want to drool and devour it right at that moment.

"Thanks Zane, it looks delicious" She says, smiling up at him. He nodded and sat down again as she grabbed another gift.

This one was wrapped up in red, a nice blue ribbon running across the box. The tag indicated it came from Nya.

She opened the box and peered inside of it, taking out Two metal objects. "What are these?" She asks, looking at them curiously.

"That one's a metal fan, I remembered you really liked mine and made you one too. And that other one is a taser, you can use it on missions or on one of the guys" She explains.

(Y/n) chuckles, holding up the taser "You guys better be careful around me now" She joked, putting both items down. "Thanks Nya"

She grabbed another red box next, except this one had a gold ribbon and was from Kai. She opened the box, and pulled out some cute pajamas. "Ooh, these look nice, Thanks Kai" She says,  grabbing a smaller box inside.

She opened it to find a pretty ring with a nice red ruby in the center. "This looks so pretty, thank you Kai" She says with a grin.

Kai waved his hand "Don't mention it" he said. 

Last was a black box with an orange ribbon on it. The tag said it was from Cole, and she opened it to find a small black box and a (F/f) cake next to it.

"Yum, the cake looks good, thanks" (Y/n) says as she picks up the little black box, opening it. Inside was a little pendant in the shape of her favorite mythical animal, with a (F/p/s) embedded into it. 

"This looks so pretty, thank you Cole" (Y/n) says, smiling. Many gifts were shared that night, many memories, and of course, many christmas treats were shared too.

Aye I think that's the longest and most fun one shot I've written in a while :D

Yea sorry for not being too frequent on updates, life's got me kinda tied up
