*Your POV*
You have finally reached the science laboratory, wearing your lab coat and hair tied up into a pony tail. Once you got in, you went over to a glass cabinet and took your own protection glasses, wearing them on.

You walked to your table, and sat on a high chair, as you wore your gloves on and waited for the others to come in. Actually, your the first one to be in here.

You just held your hands together, resting them on the table, as you scanned around the room. It was quiet, and clean. The light from outside reflecting by the glass windows. You can hear some of the chirps of the birds that came from outside. The sweet melodies and sing song voices of them. You sighed intently to yourself, closing your eyes and with a smile left on your face.

Suddenly, the door creaked open, which caught your attention making your head turn to that direction.

The figure, fully shown a familiar friend of yours. No wait. Crush.

It was Zane Julien. You stared at those bright baby blue eyes, with a huge blush spreading across your face. The both of you just had eye contact for a long moment, but you decided to break the moment.

"Uh-- H-Hi." You quietly, spoke, looking away as your blush got even worse. "Greetings, (Y/N)." He said, and smiled as he walked towards your direction, and sat on his seat. Which is beside you.

"It seems that you are the first to come in the lab?" He asked. "Yup." You nodded, and shifted a bit in your seat. "Are you alright, (Y/N)? You seem a bit fidgety."

"Y-yeah, I'm fine." You nodded again. "Are you sure?" "Y-yeah, I'm sure."

"Anyway, I remember yesterday that our subject teacher mentioned about, 'pair activity'." He said, tilting his head to the side, as he held his hands together and resting them on the table.

"Oh yeah! Yes, she did say something about that..what person in mind do you want to be paired up with?" You asked, looking at him. Good thing your blush was gone for now.

"Hm..well I noticed that our classmates have their chosen ones now. I'm thinking.." he paused for a moment, then looked away for a moment, to hide a tint of blush on his cheeks. He cleared his throat, and then he looked back at you. "I have made a decision. Can yo--"

Then out of nowhere, the lightningmouth friend of yours came. "YO GUYS AM I LATE?!" He asked frantically, sweating and panting, as his hand rested by the door that he slammed open.

The two of you glared daggers at him. If only looks could kill. He blinked, and looked at you two, then let out a sigh of relief, and slightly shrinking down his place. "Eheh...s-sorry." He said, and smiled sheepishly, as he nervously rubbed the back of his neck.

"It's alright." Zane smiled, giving a nod to him. Jay returned the smile, then he went to his seat, which is aligned behind you. He let out an exhausted sighed, and he rested his head on the table, as his table made a 'thump' sound.

"As I was saying.." Zane spoke up again, clearing his throat, as he looked back at you. "That, can you be my partner for the daily activity?" He asked, raising a brow, and at the same time tilting his head to the said, a small smile on his face.

"Really?! I-I mean...y-yeah, sure!" You nodded, slightly covering your mouth, as you looked away to hide your flushed face. Zane let out a soft chuckle, then nodded. "Thats great!"

Later on, other more of your classmates came. The quietness of the classroom already losing. Not that much. Most of them just communicated in whispering ways.

Soon enough, the subject teacher followed in. Everybody stood up from their seat, including you of course, and say their greetings. When the teacher greeted back, everyone sat back down, and also careful not to sit on a wrong position and suddenly slip off and fall.

"Okay class. Yesterday, I have told you about having a 'pair activity' including the lesson about the cell structure and its functions , am I right?" She asked. Everyone silently nodded, some saying 'yes ma'am', and some, being the sarcastic ones as ever. You gave a soft glare at them for being rude, but quickly looked back at the teacher with a calm expression.

"Good. Now go on to your partner, if you have picked one already. I made this activity easy for you, so you can finish it quick." She said, waving her hand around as she sat by the teacher's desk, and crossed her legs, as she read a book about who knows what.

Everyone stood up from their places, exchanging seats and chairs slightly creaking. You and Zane. Well. Just stayed on where you both are.

"Cells huh?" You said, and looked at Zane. He nodded in response, and just shrugged his shoulders. "This will just take a while." He said, and smiled.

"If you say so."

Then in the whole hour, you just talked it out and agreed on such things. Also finishing it without a single research.

Once the bell rung, everyone stood up. "Alright class. I'll see you again tomorrow." The teacher said, as everyone said their 'goodbyes' to her.

Almost like earlier, it happened like everything just reversed. Everyone left the room, and you just really wanted to fix everyone's mess. Wow, even though there's no experiment now, their actual wild animals.. you thought in your head, as you sighed and put some cylinders, test tubes and other more to their proper places.

"Mind if I help?" A familiar voice asked. You looked behind to see, Zane. Of course. "Oh well, not at all!" You smiled. He returned the smile, and pickle up some fallen papers.

Then the two of you just cleaned the place until there's no tint of dropped objects and misplaced stuff.
