Silence filled the classroom.

You loved it. Those noises and chatters that used to be here, are now gone for the sake of lunch time.

You quietly ate your lunch, at the same time reading a book for your Trigo and Calculus subject. "Hmm..." you hummed to yourself, having a bit of a hard time. You re-read the solution of the problem. Soon you understood, and moved on to the next page.

Until someone barged in, almost making you drop the food you were eating. Your eyes wide, you looked at the person who just got in. The figure was a brunette. He wore a blue hoodie with a black shirt under it, which had a lightning sign on it. Then some ripped jeans and blue sneakers.

It looked like he ran a marathon, since he was panting hardly. His chest heaving up and down wildly. He let out a sigh then weakly walked to his seat, and plopped down.

Then he looked at you.

It was a moment of awkward silence, and you decided to break it away. "Are you okay..?" You asked, as you raised a brow at him. "Well....after all of those running and escaping, and barging in of different rooms, I'm perfectly fine!" He said with a grin, as his breathing pace slowly turned normal.

"Wait, your my classmate?" He asked, as he rests an arm on his desk. "Well. I go to this classroom after all." You answered as you shrugged, and returned to eating your food. "Oh, well, sorry for not noticing you. Uhm....since we haven't had a chat for a while, I'll introduce myself then!" He said with a grin.

You looked at him for a bit, then nodded, "Sure, sure." You say, words a bit muffled from the food inside your mouth. "My name is Jay Walker. I am the master of jokes and puns." He said, and grins as wide as ever that Jeff would be.

"Nice to meet you, Jay. I'm (Y/N) (L/N). The one who just stays in her shell and read books.." you explain, and continued on eating your food. "Nice to meet you too, (Y/N)." He said and chuckled, leaning against his chair.

You just nodded then looked at him. "Haven't you eaten yet?" You ask, making his eyes widen. "Uh..I kinda forgot to put some in my bag since I was in a hurry.." He said, as he smiled sheepishly. You furrowed your eyebrows, and you let out a soft sigh. "Here." You say, handing him over a sandwich.

He accepted, a grin slowly formed on his face then he cheered. "Thanks dude!" He said, as he hugged you all of a sudden, making you flinch and your eyes widen. You look at him, wide eyed and fixing your glasses to its right position. "U-uh..no problem." And you smile to him. "Your the best! You know. Even though we just met, I think I'm gonna have full interest in ya!" He said, letting go of the hug and soon eating the food you gave him.

You were still surprised. You didn't notice that certain warmth on your cheeks. You shook your head, a small smile on your face, as you just continued eating your food.

*Jay's POV*
Full interest in her?

FULL interest in her?

Jay your being ridiculous you just knew this girl right now!

But,

There is, of course, a thing about love at first siiIIAAAAAGGHH NO

Jay calm the fuck down and you can think it over back in the monastery.

I sighed quietly and shook my head, and took a bite of the sandwich. I suddenly turned to look at (Y/N), then blushed softly, with a smile forming on my face.

I shook my head again, then thought for a moment, and murmured.

"I...I think it is love at first sight.."

*Your POV*
You finished your food, but then you were sure you heard Jay mumble something. You looked at him and raised a brow. "What is it?" You asked, making him flinch and look at you.

"O-oh uh, n-nothing! Nothing!" He frantically says, waving his hands around in front of him. You were sure you saw pink tint on his cheeks.

You paused for a moment then shrugged and put your book back in the bag. You heard him let out a sigh. You just decided to leave it and proceed on reading your book on your next subject.

But then while reading, you have been pretty much thinking about him.

You slightly puffed your right cheek, as you blushed more and heaved a soft sigh.

I think this boy will interrupt me in my studies..

You thought and chuckled quietly to yourself and continued on reading.
