What are those too two options?? Are they just new seasons?? Some type of remaster???????

I need an explicit how to watch tutorial so that way I don't accidentally on purpose decide to rewrite the story again after like 5 chapters of the current one I'm still sort of planning(still hope to get a chapter out within the first week-ish of summer)
