"Its not scary." Lloyd stated more to himself than his hooded companion as they approached a graveyard in the mist filled forest.

"It isn't." Technoblade agreed, coddling the boy. "But maybe a little."

"But I like scary." Lloyd replied. "Yeah, that's it."

It had been an unorthodox and long term plan, but it was working for Technoblade right now and it got him to a position he wanted to be in before. He was sucking up and coddling a small and potentially orphaned child.

"I'm the son of the dark Lord, I love the dark. I- I eat this stuff for breakfast- AHHHH!" Lloyd screamed when he saw a dragon statue right above him after pointing his flashlight towards it, before immediately pretending it didn't happen.

"So what's the plan?" Technoblade asked like he didn't know already.

"If I'm going to make those Hypnobrai pay for betraying me, I have to find the Fangpyres. If there's anything a snake doesn't like, it's another snake. The mutilated tree!" Lloyd ran up to it with a grin. "Soon the Serpentine will know who their master is, and it is I! Lloyd Garmadon!"

Lighting struck and Lloyd let out a shout in fear, before pressing a button on the entrance of the tomb holding the Fangpyres inside. It opened up slowly with a loud creak, Technoblade pulled Lloyd back just as something flew out with a loud hiss, many other somethings also flying out. The two turned around, one more calmly than the other, to see a two headed Serpentine with red scales and staff in hand. "And who.." one head started, "...may I say released us.." "...from our captivity?" The first head finished.

"This man right here," Technoblade gestured to Lloyd.

"Uh, Lloyd. I released you to make the Hypnobrai pay for betraying me."

"The Hypnobrai?" "Those hypnotizing deceivers." "It'll be.." "..our pleasure."

"Oh, good. I'll lead the way." Lloyd said, "Then after that there's some ninja I want dealt with."

"If you don't mind that is."

"Sounds like.." "..you know.." "..what you want." "But the Hypnobrai are strong." "And we are few in numbers." "We need.." "..reinforcements."

"What did you have in mind?" Lloyd asked.

"Whoever's there, my son knows spinjitzu." Ed called out.

A long sound of a snake hiss could be heard along with growls.

"What is it? Why are the lights out?" Edna asked as Ed ran up to her.

"Call Jay hon, someone's broken in."

"How about we wait until he calls you." Lloyd said from the top of the trailer, broken phone in hand, laughing all the while.

"Ed?"

"Be strong Edna! I won't let them hurt you."

"If we plan.." "..to attack.." "..the Hypnobrai.." "..we'll need to grow.." "..our army."

"And, uh," Lloyd started. "How do we do that?"

"Let's just say.." "..we Fangpire bite off more.." "..than we can chew." "Have at it boys!" In an instant, more Fangpire came into view, putting their fangs into the various machinery and devices sitting about.

"My creations! They're turning them into--"

"An army?" The leader of the Fangpire asked, no towering over the couple. "You are correct." "But we can also.." "..turn people too."

"My family is never quiet." Jay stated, garnering a laugh from someone unseen to the group.

He tuned out the world around him while following Lloyd like a shadow.

"Hello, Uncle." Technoblade was suddenly paying attention to the fact Lloyd was quite a close relative to the old man leading the ninja around. "Looks like we're not the only family reunion. I'm glad you brought the ninja. I could use some help taking out the trash." Lloyd let out his instantly recognizable 'evil guy' cackle.

"If we want to turn your parents back, we need the antivenin from the staff." Nya said pointing at the two headed snake standing near Lloyd.

"Second dose, to the dirt." Cole shouted pointing at the wrecking ball that was headed their way.

"Easier said than done sis." Kai said as the dust started dispersing. "We're a bit outnumbered."

"Nobody messes with my family." Jay shouted, running up to the Fangpire ahead and swinging at them, the rest of the ninja following suit.

Sensei Wu had started playing his flute the second serpentine approached, stopping momentarily when the cloaked figure in the group didn't stop approaching him.

"Funny story," Technoblade had started now that he was about a meter or two away from the man. "I've been in a similar situation. My good friend, while he doesn't look it, he's definitely at least as old as you look. His son- you've got a nephew so close enough- his son ended up taking a darker path in life. In the end, the father came to stop his son and ended up killing him."

The flute was no longer playing, though it wasn't a bad thing as Nya had taken out the near serpentine. "And what does this imply exactly."

"Nothing much." Technoblade grinned under the hood of his cloak, happy his goal was met. "Just a funny story."

Rock music suddenly started playing, giving Technoblade an opportunity to disappear.

"Young nephew, must I teach you whose side you should be on?"

Lloyd increased the volume and made a motion saying 'sorry can't hear', though both knew full well he did hear it.

"And the hero's  win again." Technoblade murmured in a bored tone, watching the next events unfold, following Lloyd when he shouted retreat.

"Lloyd, it looks like we're being tailed." Technoblade stated just before a blue jet flew past. "But it looks like he overshot it."

The jet flew back again, this time taking the staff with him. Time to tune this out.

ahaha.. sort of rushed but at the same time mega late chapter.. dont forget the part where i'm including the comments as voices in techno's brain so you can technically control the plot haha..

yeah so i dont really have any excuses..
