Lost Child

Alzenara quickly became like a daughter to me. Despite the rough exterior the world saw, she looked past it and saw something worth trusting. Over the years, we grew close, sharing stories, dreams, and even our fears. Yakuki adored her too.i guess Yakuki just loves to find misunderstood people or what?

Alzenara had an infectious curiosity and a zest for life that brought warmth to our days. However, her longing to find Morro never faded. She spoke of him often, and I could see the pain of their separation in her eyes.Years passed, and Alzenara grew into a strong and determined young woman

Despite my pleas for her to stay, she eventually decided to resume her search for Morro. It was a tearful farewell. I gave her a pendant Yakuki had made for her, hoping it would protect her on her journey.Months turned into years with no word from Alzenara. Every day, I hoped for her return, but deep down, I feared the worst.

I decided to search for her myself. I scoured the lands she had planned to visit, asking anyone who might have seen her.My search led me to a desolate, charred area, where the remnants of a fierce battle lay scattered. Among the ashes and bones, I found a small, singed piece of fabric—a part of the cloak she wore when she left. Near it was the pendant Yakuki had given her, now blackened and cracked. My heart shattered as I realized what had happened. Alzenara was gone, leaving behind only bone and ash.

The loss was profound, a wound that would never heal. She had been like a daughter to me, and now she was another victim of this harsh world.Returning home with a heavy heart, I buried the pendant in a quiet spot near my and Yakuki home, a small grave for a lost child. Yakuki and I mourned her deeply, our home feeling emptier than ever.As I write this, the pain of losing Alzenara still lingers.no kid would see me like She Did. Rest in peace, Alzenara. You will always be in my heart. My dear daughter...
