The AU starts with Garmadon as Mayor, Misako vanishes with all her stuff & a week later Garmadon is kidnapped. The 10 year old Lloyd takes it upon himself to find his missing parents after the police give Up.
He eventually runs into his Uncle Wu, a librarian who knows just who can help solve this case

Zane Julian, the doctor with several artificial limbs who is known for practicing illegal medical practices

Coleman "Cole" Hence, a night club owner known for his business with gangs

Jason "Jay" Walker, the young collage student who is a wiz in robotics and interns at a local lab

Kai Smith, the young cop who secretly works for the mob boss Pythor Chumsworth. Doing Pythor's dirty work on the side while protecting his boss from the law

Nya Smith, Kai's younger sister who just entered collage, has also gone missing, possibly taken by the same men who took Garmadon

They are the good guys, but they don't exactly have good personalities.... They have their moments and hobbies that are illegal and may blur the line between right & wrong, but they are still the hero's. They may not have good morals, but they aren't evil.
