Kai's p.o.v

Gentle shaking has me lifting my head. Zane is knelt beside me, plating sparking and our of place. Groaning, I roll over, sitting up. Standing, the mech is a few feet away. Pain erupts in my wings. Looking, both are smashed, broken beyond belief.

Zane touches my wings, ice casts forming but it hurts hem. The Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu lays on the ground not far. Zane takes it and we walk to find shelter.

Coming on a cave, we fight an ice bird and Zane shields the cave with ice. My shoulder makes itself known as it's bruised and dislocated. Zane pops it back in, making a sling out of my shirt.

Smiling, I hand Zane the tools he needs, not once noticing the stoy away in the cave. "In order for me to figure out what's wrong with the mech, I must run a diagnostic. Meaning..." Zane says, hopping off the mech.

"You have to plug yourself in. I'll keep watch." I tell hem. Zane smiles, the cable in hand. He hooks it up and the diagnostic begins. I hear something as something else wracks me upside the head.

I fall over, the stranger pulls the cable from Zane and I black out, again. Opening my eyes, I'm held between two warriors. A man clad in armour is before me but, I recognize Zane's eyes from anywhere.

"Mmma mmhhmm." I struggle in their grasp, ice chains around my hands, a cloth shoved in my mouth. "This formling needs to be shown obidance, make hem bow, ice emperor." The man from earlier says.

I'm turned around, wings pulled to the side and Zane touches my wings. They grow heavy with the corrupted ice, he touches my neck as well. A collar forms on it.

Turning back, Zane tugs my hair, leading me up the steps of the throne and he sits down. "Kneel, pet." Zane growls. Fear heavy in my heart, I kneel as ordered.

Grabbing my hair again, Zane makes me lean into his leg. He combs his cold metal fingers through my hair. As long as he's not hurting me, I'll play along.

Weeks turns to months. Months to years. Years to decades. When I came here, time lost its effect on me, I don't age. I haven't moved much from the spot Zane has me at. My wings have long since gone numb. Anytime Zane gets up, I stay, unless ordered to follow.

Than, my hope soars as two of the blizzard warriors bring in Lloyd. He looks at us, eyes going wide at me. I shake my head, Zane jurks the handful of hair he has making me hiss in pain. I look at Lloyd, silently pleading for hem to leave.

Wu and Pixal are trying to reach the never realm. I'm kinda hopeful that they will. A portal opens and several figures walk in. Five look like the ninja and two like me and Wu.

Cole walks up, he looks around. "Has one by the name of Kai Zodiac Brickstone come here." We three look at each other.

"We are trying to bring them home. An old foe of ours, Aspheera, sent Kai Zodiac and Zane to the never realm. The ninja foolishly followed. Now, we fear the never realm is too far for us." I say.

Cole growls, his arms light up as his lava arms activate. A little girl comes up beside Cole, she takes his hand. "We'll get mama back. And bring your friends home." I smile at her attitude.

Kneeling, I poke her nose, she giggles. "You must be Milly, your mama has told us a lot about you four." I say. "Yes sir, I'm the second child to be adopted by mama and daddy." Milly said.

"Your more than welcome to stay while we try to bring them home." Wu tells the group. They nod, staying to help with the tea to bring the group home. Cole touches a necklace every now and then.

He sees me looking at hem. "Kai bought it for me when he gave us our memory sculptures. It was also the day I purposed to Kai and he said yes. Kai gave me a family I never thought I would have. And, I'll do what it takes to bring hem home." Cole said.

I touch his hand "Kai purified me after the Oni Garmadon was brought back. He gave me my family so owe hem big time. I'll help you in anyway I can." I tell hem.

Cole smiles and we get to work. Hang on gang, we're going to bring you home.
