Kai's p.o.v (Zodiac)

Landing in the court yard, Smith takes the armor of the golden master and melts it down. I give the heat to the coals so Smith can concentrate on the forging.

The Nunchucks of lightning for Jay. The Shrunkens of ice go to Zane. Smith takes the Sword of fire and Nya takes the Scythe of quakes. The monks sound the alarm, we go to the cliff.

Faith walks out, sword in hand. "You should be resting, Faith." Lloyd says. "If Ninjago falls, I'd rather be fighting on my feet with my friends." She says. I nod in agreement as the Oni get closer.

Wu stands beside me, I reach for my new found earth powers and stomp the ground. As it cracks, I lift and send the boulders down on Omega. All hell breaks loose than. Wings glowing gold, I divebomb Omega and slam into the ground.

Garmadon fights alongside me as we push Omega back. We were doing great until Omega slams his staff into my chest, right at the scars. Crying in pain, clutching the spot, Omega grabs and throws me into the air.

A tenden wraps around me, I'm thrown to the monastery. Slamming into the gold dragon, I'm lefted dazed but get up. Coughing, taking to the air just enough to jump the wall, the ground rumbles as the earth digger comes.

The hatch opens, Cole jumps out. "You started the party without me." He says, kneeling on the hood. "We..you....we thought we lost you." Jay said. "It takes a lot more than that to kill me. Is that my old Scythe." Cole said.

"Sure is, and you can have it back." Nya said, throwing the Scythe. Cole pulls his hood up, jumps and catches the Scythe. Slamming it into the ground, the Oni are slammed backwards as I bearly get off the ground. We retreat to the courtyard and Cole barricades the door.

Sinking to my knees, my ribs hurt, it's hard to breathe. Wu places a hand on my shoulder, I gasp for breath, coughing up blood. 'Not good, Omega broke a rib and it's punctured a lung.' I think as Lloyd yells about a tornado.

"The tornado of creation. It was a miracle it worked the first time." Smith says as Cole kneels beside me. He rubs my back as I continue to cough. "Okay, I'm only guessing, but what's there to lose." Lloyd said.

"How about Kai Zodiacs life, he's not doing good." Cole says. I grint my teeth, suck up the pain and stand. I've had worse. "Lets show...these Oni we will not back down." I say.

One by one, all spinjitzu into the tornado. I'm the last one and I black out. Opening my eyes, I see the first spinjitzu master. "Well done, Kai. You have shown you are ready." He says. FSM walks over, placing a hand on my shoulder. A silver light glows from his hands, my gi turns from golden/red to golden/silvery-white.

"You've shown courage in the face of fear. Hope in the face of dought. Warmth in the face of cold. But, you have shown the love it takes to fill a heart whole once more. Return to the ninja, they are waiting." He said as I disappear.

Coughing, Wu and Garmadon sit me up. Lloyd looks at me as the others do. Standing, I look at them all. Garmadon is the man that I know in my realm.

(I had to, I hated the Oni Garmadon)

Garmadon backs away, bowing low. "Thank you Kai Zodiac, you saved Ninjago and restored me to my glory. I can never repay you." Garmadon said. I rise his chon, hugging Garmadon. He's shocked stiff but soon returns the hug.

Pulling away, a flash is seen. When it dissipates, the FSM is here. We all bow in respect, a hand on my shoulder has me looking at hem. "Rise, master of fire, Ultimate Spinjitzu Master. Me and you are equal." I than realize, he's mine.

"I can only stay but a few. Would you like for me to pass a message to your loved ones. It'll be a while before you can go home." He says.

"I can't say what I want in a few minutes. Can you give Cole and the kids this instead." I pull out my sculpture of mama and hand it to hem.

The first spinjitzu master looks it over, marveling at the work. Looking at me, he smiles."I'll see that they get it. This is a beautiful piece." He says and disappears.

Turning my head to the sky, tears falling. My heart breaking that I'm so far from my family. The gang come in close, hugging me. I take comfort in their presence. I want my family but I'm not able to get home right now. Stay strong babies, love, I'll be home as soon as I can.

Cole's p.o.v

Three days sence Kai's gone missing. Three days I've moved the kids to the monastery. The guys try to give me comfort but, I want Kai in my arms.

"Cole..Cole, come quick." I hear Lloyd. I run outside, the spirit of the first spinjitzu master in the courtyard. "Cole Brickstone." He asks. I nod. He holds out something that strikes fear in my heart.

I fear the worst as I take the sculpture of Seianna. "Kai is still alive. But, is stuck where he is. I asked hem if he had anything to say.

He said he couldn't say what he wanted to in just a few minutes. So, he gave me that to you, hoping you would know what it ment." He says.

I look at the sculpture, it's the one he always carries. He's telling me more than what can be said. With tears in my eyes, I tuck it in my pocket. "May I know the meaning of it." The FSM asks.

"He..Kai made that when he was...was a slave. He made it so he would never....never forget the mother he had been ripped from.(tears fall, soaking my cheeks.)" Jay pats my back "He..Kai was the one who survived where others would have died. He's a fighter so I know he'll come home." I wrip my eyes and cheeks.

"I'm not afraid of Kai being away, he can take care of himself. I'm more afraid for the kids sake. But, we will fight for Kai. He gives us everything even when he has little to nothing. Kai brought us together and he us with us."

I finish as the FSM begins to dissipate. "Kai is a fighter, I know. It's why I gave hem the power of the Ultimate Spinjitzu Master. He knows the true meaning of hardship. I must go but, Kai loves you all." He waves, disappearing.

I turn my head to the sky, taking comfort my husband is safe and is fighting for what's right.

'I love you, Kai Zodiac Brickstone. I always have and always will.' I turn to the kids, walking over and picking the twins up. They hug me as Bella and Milly hug me.
