The Vengenstone army with its general Riot and Vangelis, Mechanic and Mr. F surrounded the newspapermen warehouse from all sides.

Everyone gathered in the warehouse, could feel the thundering footsteps of the army and the roars of the Hunters. Harhuss and his assassins stood on the roof of the building opposite, watching the approaching army.

- Why are they still inside? - questioned one of the assassins.

- Most likely they are preparing. - replied the other.

- Silence. We are waiting and anyway on the order and not moving anywhere... Miro. - said with great seriousness Harhuss, glancing at the only woman in the team.

The aforementioned girl in red armor with a cape and hood, similar to Harhuss, nervously tightened her grip on her bow, impatient. She was always the first to brawl, while Harhuss always avoided them, fighting only when necessary.

Riot stepped forward and began to speak in a thunderous voice.

- Enemies! Gather your courage and face us! You have to come out and surrender otherwise you will die!

The white asassin parried under his breath, leaning on his axe. - Be careful, because this will work on them. - he sneered.

Everyone heard his call and nervously drew their weapons.

- Quickly go to the roof! We will go out and fight. - Aya said, reaching for her blade.

- Be careful and don't you dare die. - threatened Kai, hugging Lloyd.

- We will do what we can, Kai. You guys be careful, too. - replied, patting him on the back.

Aaron walked over to (Y/N) and hugged her. 

- Take care and come back to me, Buttercup. I love you.

- I love you too, and you be careful too. You all.

They moved away from the hug and Garmadon, she and Lloyd from PIXAL climbed the ladder outside to the roof. Lloyd got a mecha from PIXAL, that could help them fight. Nindroid hugged Lloyd and (Y/N) and she herself returned to the warehouse and went out into the street with her people.

- Do you trust me? - Garmadon asked unexpectedly.

Lloyd furrowed his eyebrows embarrassed and exchanged a look with (T/N). - Now you ask that!? Do we trust you?!

- Yes. Apparently you need trust to fight together. They trust you, but do you trust me?

- I... think I trust you. - He said after a moment's hesitation.

- Do you think, you trust, or do you know you trust? - he inquired.

- I think I know, I trust you! - He groaned annoyed by the whole question.

- And you, (Y/N)? Do you trust me?

Lloyd looked at (Y/N) for an answer. She mused for a moment. She sent the good for his own way Garmadon a smile.

- I trust you. Nothing unites former enemies like a common enemy.

Garmadon smiled slightly, and Lloyd rubbed his eyes, thinking, he was hallucinating something. Garmadon changed his form into Oni and the three of them moved toward the mountain.

= Streets of Ninjago City =

The Resistance consisting of ninjas, humans, criminals, knights and Serpentine came out, ready to fight. The armies stared at each other in silence until things started to get awkward.

- Em... why aren't they attacking? - questioned the dark blue asassin.

- Maybe someone should talk to them? - asked Jay, as if he had seemingly heard this question from the assassin. - I'll go.

- It bodes badly. - said Saber with complete sincerity.

The blue ninja stood on the overturned car and grunted.

- I think, I speak for all of us. So... when I say, that violence is not the answer to everything, why don't we drop our weapons and talk about it? Because I know, that surely somewhere deep inside you you are not evil at all. - he said with a nervous smile.

The Assassins including Harhuss made a facepalm and shook their heads at his idiocy. Down below, Aaron and Clay squirmed uncomfortably, knowing, as did everyone else, that this was surely the worst speech before the war ever.

The army, after being slightly stunned, trying to guess whether, what the blue ninja said was serious or not, pointed their weapons at Jay. The boy turned pale and quickly retreated after the others.

- That probably didn't impress them much. - remarked Kai sarcastically.

- At least I tried! - defended Jay.

The Hunters let out a huge roar and went on the attack with Killow, Ultra Violet and Fugi- Dove and Ronin mechs. Teams after the now familiar battle cry went on the attack, starting to destroy the werewolves. 

= Temple of the Crystal King =

Garmadon, Lloyd and (Y/N) arrived at the mountain, where He and Harumi were located. They perfectly expected them, to come here. Big, powerful purple lightnings was appearing in the sky.

- I had a feeling, that you would come here. I welcome you, my adversaries. Enemies of the crown and majesty. Oni and the dragons. The son and grandson of the First Spinjitzu Master and the student of High Queen Aya Merciful. - He listed in a mocking voice, sitting calmly on the throne.

All three stood in a ready-to-fight position, charging their powers.

- Wertah. Demon and Master of Crystals. The work of the Overlord, which was supposed to be destroyed long ago. - bit off (Y/N) with venom.

The king rose from his throne and lifted himself off the ground with his hands behind his back. 

- I have to tell you, that I admire you. You are so stupid, to push yourselves and your people so hard to death. How much do you care about this pathetic piece of land, that you are sacrificing yourselves, to save it? Maybe it's time, to finally give up and give in. Maybe this world needs fixing. I will bring peace to all the kingdoms. In the end, the land will be, what I wants it to be.

Garmadon sent him only a bored look, before firing a powerful ball of power at the demon, sending him to the ground. (Y/N) smiled and took to the air, and with her Garmadon.

(Y/N) flew up quickly and grabbed him by the horns and slammed him into the crystals. The king hit the crystals, which cracked under the impact.

Werath stood up and fired a powerful beam at the princess, who created a magical red shield. Garmadon hit the demon with the ball of power, sending him to the ground.

- Something wrong, your majesty? Easy to hit? - sneered Garmadon with a wide grin.

- But of course, not. I'm just warming up. - hissed the king and quickly rose from the ground.

He summoned magical power in all four hands and sent a powerful power beam at the two flying enemies, who responded with fire.

(Y/N) wrapped an arm around Garmadon and both teleported away. They appeared behind Werath, and Oni kicked him hard in the back. (Y/N) hit him, sending a powerful power beam at the demon, knocking him to the ground.

- Haha! Nice (N/N)! - laughed Garmadon, punching her in the shoulder.

Lloyd, meanwhile, came out of the mech and wanted to somehow convince Harumi to come to his side. Harumi, however, took out her sword and the two began to fight each other.

Lloyd, seeing the fallen king, kicked Harumi in the stomach and hit her with ice, immobilizing her. He walked quickly into the mech and with a powerful hand hit the slightly stunned king, making him hit more crystals.

- Not bad, Lloyd! - exclaimed (Y/N), landing with Garmadon on the ground.

- Meh. Not bad. - muttered Garmadon, shrugging his shoulders.

The king got out from under the mass of crystals and sent the heroes and Oni a terrifying look.

- You decided to fight on the side of the ninjas!? After all you have done!? - roared Werath at (Y/N) and Garmadon.

- Yeah, and that's why we attacked you. - said Garmadon boldly, obviously laughing at him.

(Y/N) stifled a laugh, and Lloyd shook his head with a slight smile at this audacity of his father. The king loaded his fists with power, preparing to strike. - So die with them!!! 

Lloyd stopped the King's attacks with fire missiles from the mech. The King shook his head and sighed.

- These mechs are some kind of junk. Do you really think, they will help you? This form is like a controller for me, a scepter, with which to command and conduct my crystals. So I can make them into anything!

The crystals rose into the air just, as Werath did, and a moment later they surrounded and attached themselves to his entire body, forming something like a sharp ball.

- Anything? You mean like what? - questioned Lloyd. The boy looked at Harumi, who was watching the transformation with a little fear.

-  Harumi, please help us! Together we can defeat him!

- I'm sorry Lloyd, but the war will end only, if one side wins. And that will be the Crystal King.

- The girl has undergone a big brainwashing. - muttered Garmadon to (Y/N), who reluctantly nodded.

- It looks bad. - said (Y/N), as light began to form from the crystal.

Suddenly, the crystals exploded and a great big stone monster that resembled a centaur was created. In his hand he held a huge spear. Garmadon, Lloyd and (Y/N) swallowed, stepping back slightly.

- Why did you ask!? - said Garmadon reproachfully.

The monster sent Oni a cruel smile and fired a missile at Lloyd, knocking him to the ground followed by (Y/N) and Garmadon.

- So helpless. So stupid and pathetic. YOU!!! - Werath yelled at (Y/N), who was behind Garmadon.

A magical purple aura lifted the dragon off the ground so, that it was in front of the monster's face.

- I gave you power and life, and I can take it away from you. I will take from you, what I didn't take from you the first time. Aya told you, that I am Master of the Crystal, but I am also one, who takes the soul... I will absorb all the power and life energy, you have in you.

(Y/N) tried to break free from the power, but to no avail. Lloyd and Garmadon sent each other worried glances, Harumi even wore a frightened expression.

The monster opened its powerful jaw and began sucking in air. (Y/N) began to scream in agony, as she felt, something pull the energy out of her. Red energy mixed with yellow energy began to emerge from (Y/N)'s body, and her eyes glowed purple.

- (Y/N)!!! - shouted both Garmadons.

Garmadon fired a ball of power into the monster's face, forcing it to stop the process of taking energy. (Y/N) fell with a considerable rumble to the ground unconscious. 

Garmadon quickly took to the air and was about to strike a blow, when he was also zapped by a lightning bolt, that electrocuted him. He fell to the ground. Lloyd was also struck by lightning in the mech and had to evacuate when it caught fire and exploded a moment later.

They both stood in front of (Y/N) to protect her from the attack and looked at each other with determination. That's the end of the game.
