A/N: I'm writing another chapter, because I'm bored :-P

The knights and ninjas had nothing to do but wait. There had been no call, disturbance or attack by Vengenstone warriors for two days.

This was another reason to be afraid and to hear various scenarios. Another attack coming? Some hidden plan?

The heroes decided to hide in Samurai X's base and trained among themselves, preparing for a possible attack from the enemy. PIXAL and Zane sat at their computers and searched various locations in Ninjago for where they were holding the Borg and looking for enemy army movements. So far, to no avail.

Master Wu, along with Misako, came over to the two nindroids and watched their actions with tea in hand.

- Still no sign of Borg or the army of vengenstone warriors?- Wu asked.

Zane shook his head with a sigh. - Unfortunately no. They're all gone like a stone into water.

- But is it possible, that there is not a single trace?- asked Misako.

- Aspheera. She could have used some kind of spell, that masks their movements. Who knows, what she is capable of when she has her staff. - said the master in a serious tone.

- This thesis, master. It may be correct. However, the radar we developed together with Ava and Robin shows no, signs of magic. - PIXAL said.

- Where could they be?- asked Misako worriedly, glancing at the map of Ninjago, on the screen.

- Literally everywhere. - replied, a passing Saber, carrying a tray of water bottles, cookies and gingerbread on his back.

Saber went to the flat platform, that served as a car park for heavy machinery, but is temporarily being used as a training area for the hero league.

As part of their training, they all fought in pairs amongst themselves. They had to be prepared for any kind of attack from the Council or the werewolves.

- Hey, everybody! I've got something for you guys to snack on. Since... I don't know...you've been training and training, you need to rest.

The warriors stopped what they were doing and turned their attention to the lion, who had placed a tray of snacks and a drink on a small stool. They dropped their weapons and sat down on the ground, grabbing their food.

- We have to be prepared for any move from this whole Council of the Crystal King, there's no time to rest. - replied Clay in a serious tone.

- Eh, calm down. You had a lot more time, when Oni, or Monstrox, were trying to destroy Ninjago or Knighton. - replied Saber, sitting down on the ground.

Lion watched happily as the heroes ate the food, he had given them. He liked to do something good for them for once, instead of them doing something good for him. 

- No, he's right Saber. We need to be ready to fight off those crystal werewolves. - Macy said, sipping her water.

- As long as we can touch them at all. - commented Kai, combing through his hair.

- Isn't there some kind of spell to... resist the power of these beasts?- asked Lloyd, glancing at Clay.

The blue knight shook his head. - We passed on the message to my mother, and she promised to go through all the magic books in the castle library with Dragov, Pola and Fred.

- Argh! I hate to be so powerless!- said Cole.

- Be patient, I'm sure, Wanda will come up with something. - replied Nya, patting him on the back.

- We would already have a solution, if (Y/N) were here. - spoke up Jay, eating a gingerbread man.

At the mention of (Y/N) everyone furrowed their brows or looked down.

- You know what? It makes me, wonder something. What tempted her to go to the evil side? - said an innocent Jestro.

Aaron, Macy and Kai facepalm and shook their heads. Lloyd, Cole and Clay grunted awkwardly, as they looked at the bottles of water they held in their hands. Jay, Saber and Nya looked at each other in amazed. Lance shrugged his shoulders and looked at his phone, browsing social media.

Jestro looked at them with a raised eyebrow and tilted his head confused.

- Did I say something wrong?

Clay sighed and put a hand on his shoulder. - Jestro... hm... (Y/N), she hasn't gone to the evil side, it's just... the power, she has....made her do it, she's... run amok. She doesn't know, what she's doing. - he said hesitantly and glanced at the others, looking to them for confirmation.

They all looked at each other, before nodding their heads with a slight smile.

- Woah. Our (Y/N) must be very powerful...isn't that bad?

- What are you talking about, Jestro?- asked Nya.

- Well... I knew one man, who had too much power and also went to the evil side... and didn't end well. Is... is she in danger of that too?- he asked with concern, looking around at his friends.

Cole choked on the gingerbread, which he was eating. Axl kept stuffing his face, unconcerned, but the others...all looked at him in shock.

- Jestro... are you suggesting...?- began Clay hesitantly.

- That (Y/N)... do you think, we... want to kill her?- added an equally shocked Lloyd.

Jestro swallowed and looked at his hands.

- That's what it looks like to me. - he muttered.

Aaron shook his head, walked over to Jestro and grabbed his shoulders to look at him.

- 'Dude...did we, when Clay was bad kill him?

Jestro shook his head. - Did we kill Wanda, when she was bad?

He shakes his head again. - Did we kill you, when you were bad?

He shook his head again. Aaron nodded his head. - 'You can see for yourself, we didn't kill any of you, so we won't kill her either...she's just not herself. For the rest...we love her too much, to even think about it.

- Exactly. We would never do that, we just need to find a way to find an anti-corruption spell. - Saber said.

- We need someone, who knows what magic means. - Macy said.

- We need someone, who knows what corruption means. - Nya added.

- We need someone, who loves (Y/N) as much as we do. - said Lloyd.

- We need someone, who is a Master of Magic. - added Kai.

- We need someone, who is on par with the First Spinjitzu Master.- said Saber.

- Yes, wait... who are we talking about?- asked a confused Jay.

- 'About someone, whose kindness and wisdom surpasses everyone else. - said Clay.

- Who is that? - asked Lance confused.

- Someone, who helped us when we needed it and... pissed us off hard. - said Aaron with a giggle.

- Aya!! - everyone cried out in realisation.

Suddenly, an alarm sounded throughout the Samurai X base. Everyone looked at each other and ran to the command centre. Master Wu, Misako, PIXAL and Zane stared at the screen with horror on their faces.

The League also looked at the screen and had the same reaction as them. From the ground above the Hiroshi's Labyrinth, a mountain began to rise. A huge, stone mountain with crystals in parts of it. At the very top stood a huge obsidian castle with several elements made of crystals. Carved into the walls of the mountain were the faces of Oni demons.

- Oh my God. - muttered a shocked Lloyd.

- What is this!? - shrieked a terrified Jay.

- The thing I was most afraid of, had just emerged. - said Saber.

- 'What is it!?

- A great fortress of evil! A temple, that will help him rise to power!- he said panicked.

- I don't even want to think about it. - Wu said, staring at the screen.

= Meanwhile, in the underground=

The Crystal King, along with his council and an army of warriors behind them, marched through countless corridors in the ground. They had been marching since dawn, and it was already high noon.

- King, I apologise for the question, but where are we going?- asked the Mechanic, panting.

- 'To the plac,e that is the key to coming to power. - he replied simply, walking ahead.

- Namely? - asked Aspheera, to Pythor, who merely shrugged his shoulders.

- 'I'm starting to get a bad feeling about this. - muttered the ghost of (Y/N).

- Same thing. - replied Peacebreaker quietly.

Finally the King stopped and with him everyone else. They stood in front of a large stone gate with a face of Oni at the very centre. There was also a hand symbol under the face.

The King smiled and walked up to the gate and placed his hand on the stone. The symbols on the gates began to glow purple. The gates, to everyone's surprise began to slowly rise.

When it opened the king and the army stepped inside, where they saw a huge hall, lined with obsidian bricks. In the very centre was a hill, to the top of which a staircase led. The walls were supported by four, massive columns with a hole in the middle.

At the very top of the hill was a pedestal, which also had a mysterious hole.

Everyone looked around in amazement, dispersing. The king moved forward and climbed up the stairs.

- Peacebreaker, Harumi come here. - he demanded.

They both climbed the stairs with a confident step and stood beside the king

- Do you see that hole in the pedestal? That's the key, the key to the creation of the mountain. All Peacebreaker has to do, is put the tip of the blade into it. The other members of the council! You see the holes in the columns, don't you? Insert the tips of the Golden Weapons there and twist them like a key in a lock.

Pythor, Aspheera, Mechanic and Vangelis went up to the columns and inserted the Golden Weapons into the holes and turned them like a key.

- Peacebreaker, insert your blade tip and do as they did. - ordered the king.

Peacebreaker drew her sword from its scabbard and stood on the pedestal. The ghost of (Y/N) shook her head frantically and looked at her imploringly. Corruption sighed and growled, as she inserted the blade into the hole. 

She turned it like a key and the chamber began to shake and the cracking of stones could be heard. The symbols on the columns and pedestal began to glow very brightly. Everyone looked around. When suddenly they were thrown off balance by a strong jolt and felt as if they were floating. The Crystal King started laughing loudly and sinisterly.

- We have done it! Rise my Crystal Temple! Let it rise, a tremendous power, that will help us take over Ninjago!

The mountain finally lifted off the ground and floated high into the sky. The shaking subsided, and the chamber was illuminated by purple light from the crystals on the ceiling.

The army, along with the king, laughed wildly, followed immediately by the council members. 

At last our plan will come to fruition!!!
