United we Fall

" Hey boss. A bunch of people who apparently don't care for my natural beauty are here to see you." Cinder walked away, and Ras stepped into the doorway.

Mia lunged at him but was held back by a struggling Cole and Nya. " Okay what did you do to my brother?!"

" Me? Oh, I did nothing. I simply helped him when others did not." Ras answered cooly.

" Help?! You call brainwashing my brother ' help'? Oh, I'll show you help!" Mia yelled.

She turned to her animals, ( yes yes my cousin wanted me to include you know who and stuff and since I'm finally 13 I decided why not besides she's staying with us until Jan (remember she's home schooled) so I'm like sure.)

Lights turned on, and Lloyd looked around nervously. " Mia....."

Mia was not listening.

" This is not polite ninja attitude. Perhaps you ca-"

Mia shot him a look. " One more word out of you and I will not hesitate to do ' you know what '."

Zane backed away. " Apologies. I did not mean to make you angry."

A yawning brown haired boy with freckles yawned. " Lord Ras what's going on?"

" I told you to stay in your bed!* Ras barked

Mia ducked under Ras and ran to Jay, standing in front of him.

" Oh. It's you." Jay said with no effort to hide his hate.

" Jay." Mia said steely. " I don't care what happens to you, but you are going to remember."

" Remember what? The fact I don't have My-"

Mia held her hand up, and lightning came out of it.

Jay blinked. " Wait, you're not-"

" No I'm not. That's the one you fought." She pointed to Nya. " I am your sister."

Jay rolled his eyes. " Oh right. As if I would be your-"

Suddenly Roby and Bleckt ran in. " What's going on?"

" This... Girl came in and is bullying my student." Ras answered.

Mia turned with that glint.

" Oh no." Lloyd whispered.

( Okay the next part with the attacks me cuz wrote bcz I don't even know the attacks properly.)

Mia pointed a finger at Ras. " Pikachu thunderbolt! Charmander fire spin! Bulbasaur Squirtle wait for me. Let's go!"

Charmander and Pikachu obeyed, but Ras easily dodged.

Mia smirked. " I was hoping you'd do that. Now, guys! Now! Bulbasaur grab his-*

Mia didn't need to say nothing else.

Charmander used his fire to surround Ras, and Squirtle used his water to make smoke.

Ras coughed as he waved it away.

Then two vines grabbed his feet and whipped him around everywhere.

Roby and Cinder's eyes widened. " Okay that's enough!" Roby yelled.

Cinder used his smoke power to try and sneak up to Mia, but Blackie was ready.

With Pikachu.

Who jumped into the air and shocked Cinder with 100,000,000 volts of electricity.

( Okay now I'm back)

The ninja blinked.

" She's dangerous." Cole whispered.

" I did not need to see that." Lloyd agreed.

Nya sighed. " Too bad my brother's in Nether Space."

Lloyd raised a brow. " Why?"

" He woulda enjoyed this."

Roby crossed his arms. " Call your animal off or they will be arrested from my security bots!"

Mia stomped up to Roby and grabbed his collar. " You idiot! Don't you know anything?"

Roby blinked. " I do."

" Don't you know you paired the couple together??"

" What couple?"

Mia punches his face. " Nya and Jay of course! Ever heard of Jaya? No?"

Mia grabbed a medallion from her pocket. " See this?" She asked as she ducked Ras. " This is the medallion Jay gave Nya! They're married! How else do you think I can control Fire Water and Lightning as well as my element which I'm not telling you? Hm?"

Charmander got his owner her bag, and Mia took a scrapbook out and threw it at Roby's nose. " See?!" She yelled as she pointed to a picture. " That's me and that's my brother! That's Jay when he was ten! And that's our parents who were killed in a car accident by some stupid truck driver! That's him holding me!"

" That's not enough evidence to-"

" EVIDENCE?!" Mia yelled.

Mia's shout echoed through the room, silencing everyone present. She stood there, trembling with rage, her hand clenching the medallion as if it were her lifeline. Her piercing gaze shifted back to Roby, who now looked more than a little unsettled.

“Evidence?!” she repeated, her voice sharp enough to cut through steel. “Do you seriously think I’d come all the way here, fight Ras, and show you all of this just for fun?!”

Ras smirked from the shadows, brushing soot from his cloak. “Oh, little one. Such passion. But do you really think a sentimental trinket and a scrapbook will change anything? Jay is mine now.”

Mia whirled to face him, her eyes blazing with raw fury. “He’s not yours! He’s my brother, and I will get him back if it’s the last thing I do!”

Ras chuckled darkly. “You think you can take him from me? He’s already forgotten you. Forgotten everything.”

Jay, still standing stiffly behind Ras, frowned slightly. Something about Mia’s fiery determination was tugging at the edges of his memory. He watched her with a mix of confusion and... was it recognition?

Mia took a deep breath, calming herself just enough to speak. “Jay,” she said softly, taking a step closer. “You can’t tell me you don’t remember. Remember the kite we built together? You held the string while I ran. Or how you told me bedtime stories when I was scared of the dark? Or that time you taught me to ride a bike even though I crashed into a tree?”

" And almost broke your nose." Blackie meowed.

Mia shot him a look. " Stay outa this will ya?"

Jay blinked, his brow furrowing. “I... don’t...”

“Yes, you do!” Mia interrupted, her voice cracking. “You do, Jay! You sang me to sleep when Mom and Dad were gone! You held my hand at the funeral and told me we’d be okay. You’re my brother, Jay! You promised we’d always stick together!”

Jay’s breath hitched. Images began to flood his mind—bright and fleeting, like snapshots from another life. A little girl with pigtails clinging to his side, a laughter-filled day flying kites, and whispered promises under the stars.

“No,” Ras hissed, stepping forward. “Don’t listen to her, Jay. She’s manipulating you.”

Mia didn’t flinch. She held her ground, locking eyes with her brother. “Jay, please. You’re not like this. You’re not cruel. You’re kind, and funny, and brave. And you’re mine. My big brother. Please, come back to me.”

Jay’s hand moved instinctively to the medallion Mia had shown. His fingers brushed against his chest, where a faint indentation of the same medallion once hung.

“I...” His voice wavered. “Mia?”

Ras growled, stepping between them. “Enough! You’ve meddled long enough, little girl!”

But before he could make a move, Pikachu leaped in front of Mia, cheeks sparking with electricity. “Pika... CHUUUU!”

The blast sent Ras stumbling back, smoke rising from his cloak. Mia took the opportunity to grab Jay’s hand, holding it tightly.

“Jay,” she said, her voice firm now. “I’m not letting you go. Not now. Not ever. You’re my brother, and we’re getting out of here. Together.”

Jay stared at her, and for the first time, his eyes softened. He squeezed her hand. “Mia... I think I remember.”

Ras roared in frustration as the room erupted into chaos. Nya and Lloyd sprang into action, engaging Roby and Ras’s henchmen. Pikachu and Charmander held their ground, ready to protect their trainer.

Mia grinned, tears of relief streaming down her face. “I knew you’d come back to me.”

Jay smirked faintly. “Well, someone has to keep you out of trouble.”

Mia laughed, pulling him into a tight hug. “Don’t you dare forget me again, you moron.”

Jay chuckled, ruffling her hair. “Never.”

" That's great and all, Mia, but HEEEELP!" Lloyd yelled.

Jay raised a brow. " Why are you guys still a magnet to trouble?"

Mia nudged his elbow. " Because we're ninja. And ninja are always magnets to trouble."
