Still the bad title. sorry
Lloyd, Cole, and Zane entered the room, their presence bringing a mix of relief and concern. Kai quickly filled them in on Mia's condition and what had transpired with Egalt.
Cole scratched his head, clearly perplexed. "How did she... never mind."
Nya's voice cut through the tension. "Have you found him?" she asked Cole and Zane, her eyes searching theirs for any sign of hope.
Cole and Zane exchanged a solemn look and shook their heads in unison. "Not yet," Zane replied quietly.
Nya's shoulders slumped slightly, her worry palpable. "She's not the only one who wants him back," she murmured, her gaze drifting back to Mia's still form on the bed.
Lloyd stepped forward, his expression determined. "We'll find Jay, Nya. We have to. He means too much to all of us."
Kai nodded in agreement, his earlier frustration giving way to determination. "We'll start searching again. Together."
Skyler looked up from where she was sitting quietly. "I'll help too," she said softly. "Whatever you need."
Nya managed a small smile, grateful for the support. "Thank you, all of you."
Then Nya's gaze drifted back to her sister in law. " But I'm not the one who needs help."

In the quiet of the night, Kai approached Mia's room with a small burger in hand. He gently pushed the door open and found Mia awake, looking out the window with a distant expression.
"Mia," Kai said softly, approaching her bedside. "I brought you something to eat."
Mia turned to him, her eyes reflecting a mixture of gratitude and sadness. She accepted the burger silently and took a small bite, looking down at her lap.
Kai sat down beside her on the bed, unsure of what to say. Before he could speak, Mia surprised him by leaning her head against his lap and looking up at him with concern in her eyes.
"Kai? Are you okay?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
Kai was taken aback by her question. He gently stroked her hair, feeling the weight of her vulnerability in that moment. "I should be asking you that," he replied softly. "You're the one going through so much right now."
Mia closed her eyes briefly, taking a deep breath. "I miss him, Kai," she admitted quietly. "Every day feels like a struggle without him."
Kai's heart ached for her. He placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "We all miss Jay, Mia. But we're going to find him. I promise."
Mia nodded slightly, her grip tightening on Kai's hand. "Thank you, Kai," she murmured. "For being here."
Kai smiled gently, his own worries momentarily pushed aside by the connection he felt with Mia in that moment. "Anytime, Mia. We're in this together."
Then, he burst into the doorway. "Everyone, it's Jay! He's at the front door!" Lloyd exclaimed, his voice filled with a mixture of excitement and apprehension.
Nya's eyes widened in disbelief and hope, tears streaming down her cheeks. "Jay? He's really here?" she gasped, her voice choked with emotion.
" Yes, but.... He doesn't remember us."
Mia, who had been quietly listening, suddenly cracked her knuckles, a determined expression crossing her face. "Could you say that again, please?" she asked, her tone serious and focused.
Kai raised an eyebrow, sensing Mia's tension. "Mia, what are you planning?" he asked cautiously.
Before anyone could respond, the front door swung open, revealing Jay standing there, looking disoriented and confused. Nya rushed forward, her emotions overflowing as she embraced him tightly. "Jay! Oh, Jay, you're back!" she cried, her voice trembling with relief.
But Mia's reaction was entirely different. She stepped forward, her fists clenched. "Jay," she said sharply, her voice cutting through the room.
Jay turned towards Mia, his expression clouded with confusion. Before he could react, Mia lunged forward, engaging him in a flurry of quick movements and strikes. It was clear that Mia was letting out all her frustration and emotions in the form of a passionate and intense spar.
Kai winced as he watched Mia and Jay exchange blows. "That's gonna leave a mark," he muttered under his breath, knowing Mia's skills all too well.
Lloyd, standing beside Kai, raised an eyebrow at the scene unfolding before him. "That's a bit aggressive," he commented, watching Mia's relentless assault with a mix of concern and curiosity.
" Uh, Mia? Maybe tone it down a notch." Cole called.
" Well, mister earth bender, then help me regain his memory." Mia said through clenched teeth.
Cole's expression turned incredulous as he responded to Mia's request. "And how am I supposed to do that?!" he echoed, bewildered by the sudden demand.
Mia paused momentarily, her fists still raised in combat stance. She glanced over at Cole with a determined look, her voice firm despite the emotional turmoil. "You're an earth bender, right? Use your powers, shake his memories loose!" she exclaimed, her words laced with urgency.
Cole scratched his head, unsure of how to proceed. "I... I'm not sure that's how it works, Mia," he replied cautiously, trying to reason with her. "Memories are delicate. It's not something I can just... shake out of him."
Kai stepped forward, placing a calming hand on Mia's shoulder. "Mia, maybe we should give Jay some time," he suggested gently. "Pushing him like this might not help."
Mia clenched her jaw, frustration evident in her eyes. "But we can't just sit back and do nothing!" she insisted, her voice wavering with emotion.
Lloyd, sensing the tension in the room, interjected calmly. "Mia, Cole's right. We need to approach this carefully," he said, his tone soothing yet firm. "Jay's return is a miracle in itself. Let's give him time to adjust."
Nya, who had been silently observing, nodded in agreement. "Jay needs to regain his memories on his own terms," she added softly, her gaze flickering towards Jay, who was still trying to make sense of the situation.
Mia took a deep breath, her shoulders slumping slightly in resignation. "Fine," she muttered reluctantly, lowering her fists and stepping back from Jay.
But just as they thought she was gonna back down, Mia's talking cat came.
" What's going on here?" Blackie asked, licking his paw.
" Hello, mister sassy."
" Who you calling sassy?!"
As the group chuckled softly at Blackie's antics, his attention turned to Jay, who stood nearby, still looking bewildered and unsure.
Blackie padded over to Jay, sniffing the air theatrically. "Hmm, you smell like toilets," he declared bluntly, his green eyes narrowing in mock disapproval.
Jay blinked in surprise, taken aback by Blackie's straightforward remark. "Um, thanks?" he replied awkwardly, not quite sure how to respond.
Blackie continued his assessment, circling Jay with a critical eye. "And you really look like your old man," he added casually, his tail flicking back and forth.
Mia couldn't help but chuckle at Blackie's observation. "Master Wu did not look like this!" she interjected, shaking her head with a grin. "He had a much more... distinguished appearance."
Jay glanced over at Mia, a small smile tugging at his lips. "I guess I've got a lot to learn," he admitted ruefully, feeling the weight of his missing memories.
Blackie huffed dramatically, sitting down in front of Jay with an air of mock superiority. "Well, lucky for you, I'm here to provide the feline wisdom you clearly lack," he proclaimed, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
Blackie watched the exchange with an amused flick of his tail. "You humans are so entertaining," he remarked.
Mia sighed heavily, feeling the weight of the day catching up with her. "I have to go to bed," she announced, her voice tinged with fatigue. She grabbed Jay by the arm. "And you're coming with me, big brother."
Jay looked even more bewildered. "I'm a big brother? Where's my sister?"
Mia slapped him gently on the arm, shaking her head. "You're still not the sharpest shuriken, are you?"
Lloyd stepped in to clarify. "She means she's your little sister, Jay."
Jay squinted at Mia, his confusion deepening. "Really? Because she looks like my Aunt Mary."
Mia looked shocked and indignant. "Aunt Mary does not look like me!" she protested.
Jay nodded, insistent. "Yes, she does."
Mia's frustration grew. "And Aunt Mary is our aunt. Not only yours."
Jay scratched his head, looking even more lost. "Yeah, given the fact that my newborn sister just grew."
Mia slapped her forehead, exasperated. "Is this a nightmare? Because I hope it is."
