Mia's loss
Listen to the weekend whip radio edit 🤫🤫🤫😂😂🫣😅
Mia glanced back at Jay and Nelson, lying motionless on the couches. Then she looked at her friends.
Her family.
She sighed, and looked at both Jay and Nelson.
" You know, I wish we had more time. But crime never gave us a break. Jay, let Nya be me. And Nelson, stay strong. I'll come back to you. I promise."
She sighed, and kissed her brother and boyfriend. Then, she walked out the door. Jay stirred, and watched his sister go out the door.
Outside, Mia was about to jump to the sky. She turned back to the NGTV station. Tears welled up in her eyes.
" Love you Jay, Nelson, Nya, Kai. Love you Lloyd, Cole, Zane, and Master Wu. You're my family."
Then, she sighed, and flew up to the sky, while saying, " don't forget me, Blackie. I love you more than words can express."
She spun, and her eyes glowed a faint pink. Nelson and Jay sat upright, and the water was being drawn out.
Nya was the first to wake up. " What's happening?!" She cried, grabbing Jay.
" The water is being drawn out of their lungs!" Zane replied.
" But... How?" Kai asked.
Bento looked at the sky, and saw the girl.
" She is attempting to merge with the wind! But it is an action she can not return from!"
" We must stop her before it's too late!" Nelson exclaimed, running to the door. Nya followed, Jay in hand.
----------------------------
Nelson was looking around her room one more time. The walls, the embroidery.
The pictures on her wall.
He choked back a sob. Jay entered the room.
" Hey " he said.
Nelson looked back. " Oh, hi, Jay. Sorry, it's just... Hard. You must be having a harder time." Nelson managed.
A lump formed in Jay's throat as he watched Mia ascend into the swirling vortex. He remembered countless afternoons spent with her and Nelson, blowing bubbles in the courtyard, a carefree escape from the constant threat of evil.
He looked at Nelson, whose eyes mirrored his own pain. A silent understanding passed between them.
Jay rushed to his room, returning moments later with a small, intricately carved box – a gift from Mia on his tenth birthday. Inside, nestled in velvet, lay a vial filled with a rainbow-hued liquid. It was their special bubble solution, the key to countless laughter-filled afternoons.
"We can't bring her back," Jay said, his voice thick with emotion, "but maybe this can remind her of home."
Nelson took the vial, his hand trembling slightly. He nodded, tears welling in his eyes.
Together, they gathered everyone in the courtyard, the familiar space now a canvas of grief. Cole filled a large bowl with water, and Nya, tears streaming down her face, dipped the vial into it. The iridescent liquid swirled, creating a shimmering broth.
Zane stepped forward, his voice heavy with respect. "Mia, wherever you are, remember us. Remember the laughter, the friendship, the bubbles. Remember you are loved."
With a shared breath, they blew on the shimmering water. A hundred, a thousand tiny bubbles, shimmering with the colors of their love and loss, rose into the sky, carried by the wind towards the swirling vortex where Mia sacrificed herself.

Mia was laughing, carefree, when she saw a kite in the sky. The kite looked oddly familiar. She wanted to see who owned it.
She quickly flew to a place where she could observe. A black cat, a young boy with a purple sweater, and a boy with brown hair, freckles, and blue clothes were flying it.
The car was mumbling, " We used to do this every year."
The boy wearing purple nodded. " It was her favorite thing to do."
" She loved you, Blackie. You too, Nelson I hope you know that."
Hearing Blackie's name, she gasped. " Blackie!"
Memories came back. Embarrassing ones, sad ones.
Ones that made her smile.
"Blackie?" Mia asked timidly, stepping out of the shadows.
Blackie's head whipped around towards her. "Mia!" he cried.
Mia nodded, and Blackie had already launched himself into her arms.
"Sassy as ever, I presume?" she asked, kissing his head.
Then she saw Jay and Nelson.
"Oh, guys!" she exclaimed, flying into their arms. The boys returned the hug.
"Mia, we've missed you!" Nelson exclaimed, hugging her tightly.
Mia smiled. "I told you to stay strong."
Nelson shook his head. "It's hard."
Mia smiled. "Not anymore."
Blackie, overcome with happiness, knocked her to the ground with such force that she went crashing onto Nelson's legs. Nelson collapsed on top of her and hugged her, and Jay couldn't help but join in, piling onto Mia.
Mia laughed, then felt a sharp pain in her head. She touched it, and felt... hair?
She grabbed a bunch, and to confirm her suspicion, it was hair.
She looked at her arms. See-through skin had returned to her normal skin, and clothes had materialized.
"It's... I'm..." Mia sputtered.
Jay smiled. "You're home."
( Senario two- Mia went to Jay and Nelson and told them to drain her elemental power and blah blah. now the ninja and nelson and nya are prisoners.)
Just as they were about to be taken away, Mia came crashing from the roof, landing on her feet and one hand (Euphrasia style). "I don't know if you all know this," she announced, "but the Wind Ninja's back, people. With a lot more anger than she left with."
"Mia?!" Kai, Jay, Nya, and Nelson cried out in surprise.
Mia looked up at them. "When I said I had errands to run, I didn't actually mean errands."
"Yeah, we figured," Jay replied. "You're not much of a one to sit down and watch us get sent to jail."
Mia surveyed the crowd. "Okay, people," she announced, lightning flickering from one hand and water from the other. "We have one of two options." A mini tornado of water or a mini tornado of lightning?"
Nya exclaimed, "But that will wipe them out!"
Mia smiled wickedly. "Yep. Out of very existence."
Everyone gasped.
Mia turned accusingly to the judge and the police officers. "Now, you may not remember this, partly because you have amnesia—"
"Mia! Language!" Jay scolded.
"Okay, I'm not saying any bad words," Mia snapped. "Then, she continued," she corrected herself, "as I was saying, because you have memory loss – is that better, Jay?"
Jay nodded.
"Good," Mia said. "Anyway, but I remember clearly. You... people... locked my brother and his team up because someone made a wish that they would go to jail." She stopped and nodded. "Yes, I still remember the aftermath. He would have panic attacks every second, thinking Nadakan was back."
The commissioner gasped. "Nadakan? Don't be a fool! Nadakan isn't even alive anymore."
Mia hissed dangerously. "Oh, right. I forgot. Because my brother, my beautiful, lovely, handsome, lightning-wielding—"
"Get to the point, Mia, pleeeeeeeeeease," Jay begged.
Mia rolled her eyes. "Fine. Because my brother made a very special wish. A wish that let him keep his Yang, and a wish to make everything back to how it was."
The commissioner snorted. "I may be old, but I don't have amnesia. Arrest her!"
In that second, Mia made a bold decision. "Have it your way," she said, lightning flickering on her hand.
"Mia, no!" Jay exclaimed, reaching to stop her.
But the decision was made. Mia directed the lightning at the commissioner, the officers, and the recording cameras.
The officers and commissioner fell to the floor like a blanket.
Mia smiled. "Now that's what I call a job well done."
"Mia!" Jay yelled, hugging her. "Please don't do that again."
Mia kissed her brother's head. "You wish is yours to keep."
Jay rolled his eyes. "Okay, not really, don't do it again. I mean... Just please don't risk your life."
Mia shook her head. "That's basically what we do every day."
