" Come on, Annie, hurry up!" Mia called as she held Rose and Emma's hands.

" Yeah, yeah, I'm coming." Annie called, trying to pull her suitcase.

Mia looked back and smiled a little. " Oh, come on, Annie. We're not moving!"

" Yeah, but better to have and not need than need and not have."

Emma squealed excitedly. " I can't wait to paint the scenery!"

" And I can't wait to see the animals and learn all about them!" Mia added.

Rose laughed. " And I'll take pictures of you doing all that."

Blackie walked at Mia's heel and sat down on her foot when they stopped to check the directions.

" Mia?" Blackie meowed.

Mia looked down. " Yes, your highness?"

" Can you carry me? I'm tired."

Mia's face shifted from one to teasing to a concerned look. " Yep, let me just take your carrier out of my bag....."

His carrier is the one used to strap babies to your body

And.... There!" Mia exclaimed as she took it out. Emma helped put it on, and soon Blackie was looking at the world from Mia's Back's POV.

" Now, which way do we go....?* Mia muttered as she turned the map.

Rose eyed it wearily. " Let's hope this time we don't go to a naked gym or a bathroom."

Annie and Emma looked at them, confused.

" What?" Annie exclaimed, while Emma scratched her head.

" Long story." Mia said while sheepishly rubbing her head.

" It's this way!* Rose said, pointing left.

" Please, please, please.* Mia muttered as she grabbed her suitcase and bag and ran with Rose. Emma grabbed her own stuff, and helped Annie with her suitcase.

With Mia leading the way, and Rose, Emma and Annie lagging behind, everything seemed it would  turn out okay.

Except it didn't
“ Uh…. don’t we go that way?” Rose asked, pointing right.
“ Wait, what? It’s that way!” Emma pointed another direction.
Mi turned back. “ Ni, it’s straight, see?” She showed them the map.
“ I just hope we’re not lost again.” Rose shivered, and Annie and Emma cocked their heads.
But before they could explain, Mia broke into a run. “ This way!” She exclaimed, her suitcase barely rolling.
The other three shrugged and took off after Mia.
Rose was halfway when she realized Emma and Anie needed help with the suitcase.
So annie pulled while Emma and Rose pushed, and soon they caught up with Mia.
But she was staring in the window, not moving and eyes wide open, mouth agape.
“ Mia? Are you oka…….?” Emma trailed off as her eyes caught sight of the window.
There were…. People.
Exercising.
With no shirts.
“ My brain is gonna need a shower.” Emma said.
Annie nodded and shook her head. “ We did not need to see that.”
Rose stared at her friend, who was yet still a statue. “ Should we…..?”
Annie sighed, and grabbed Mia’s arm as she pulled her away.
But she still wouldn’t move.
“ Let me try.” Emma said.
She went in front of Mia and yelled, “  WAKE UP YOU’RE DREAMING!”
Mia shook her head, and saw everyone and smiled. “ Hey, gang! You won’t believe it, but I had the weirdest dream ever! I dreamt-”
“ Less dreams, more walking to the terminal?” Annie suggested.
Mia nodded. “ Good point.”
She grabbed the map from her pocket and peered at it. “ There’s the B termina- OH!” She laughed.
“ What? What happened?” Annie asked.
“ We’re in the wrong airport!”
They all stared at her. “ What?!”
“ Yep! We need to be up, not down here!”
They all sighed. “ Mia, you almost gave me a heart attack!” Annie exclaimed, clutching her chest.
Mia gave a sheepish smile and led her friends to the elevator, where she pressed level 3.
Nothing happened.
She tried again.
Nothing.
“ Maybe it’s broken?” Emma suggested.
“ Or, maybe it needs a shock!” Annie nodded at Mia, who said, “ You should get out of here. Things are about to get…. Shocking!”
Rose laughed. “ Shocking! Good one!”
Mia smiled, took a deep breath, and rested her hand on the elevator.
Then, she channeled all her lightning, the lights flickering over and over again all over the airport.
“ MIA!” They yelled. “ STOOOOP!”
But Mia was too immersed to listen. Her eyes turned blue, and all of a sudden, she was pushed away, and hit her back on the woll.
Yet she still got up. “ It’s…. Working!” She said weakly, throwing her hand up in a pump. “ Hip hip hurray!”
The girls loaded the things and supported Mia.
“ Mia?” Blackie piped up.
Mia looked at her cat. “ Yes?”
“ I think we’re in the wrong building.”
They froze.
“ What?!”

“ Which…. Way….. now?” Annie huffed, trudging behind Mia.
Mia looked at the map. “ Tha….t.a…way….”
Emma and Rose groaned. “ Blackie, why did you have to tell us?”
Blackie looked at them innocently. “ Because we were in the wrong building.”
“ We could have just used the escalator to get to the right building!” Emma complained.
Mia nodded. “ It is right next to the building we were in before.”
Annie called, “ Hwy, guys? A little help… Oh!”
She was going to slip down the hill if Mia hadn’t used her wind to steady her.
“ Thanks, Mia!” She exclaimed.
“ Go, team!” Emma called, then froze when everyone stared at her. “ Wrong time?” She inched away.
Mia shook her head with a fond smile. “ Nah, it’s fine.”
Then she looked up at the building. “ Now to get in…….”

“ Are we there yet?”Annie asked.
Mia looked up. “ Barely.”
“ How many more staircases?” Emma groaned.
Mia squinted. “ Uh…. About eight more.”
They all collapsed. “ No way am I going anymore!” Emma said, crossing her arms stubbornly.
Mia, who was the only one standing, sighed and used her wind to propel them up.
“ Thanks, Mia!” Rose said gratefully as their feet touched the ground. They stepped into the bustling airport, and finally found terminal F- 67.
“ Finally”! Annie yelled, abandoning her luggage as she went to go sit down. Emma and Rose, who were pushing, almost stumbled back.
Thankfully, Mia grabbed the handle just in time and helped roll it. “ What did she put in here, an elephant?” Mia mumbled.
Blackie, who had managed to escape and was now rolling Mia’s suitcase, shrugged. “ Don’t give her ideas, though.”
They all laughed, and settled in the seats.
“ Best friends forever?” Mia piped up, putting her hand in the center.
The others nodded and put their hands on hers. “ Forever.” They echoed and pulled their hands up, cheering.
