Elemental power: Glitch (Glitch: being able to phase or glitch to make herself transparent to bullets and hits, however that effect drains her so she can only use it a few times in a few weeks or even a month's time. She can also use her ability to bring her blades into existence which doesn't take as much energy as her phasing. Of course by the "glitch" she can interfere and intercept things through electricity but it's very hard to do.)
Personality: Quiet, doesn't share her feelings very often, can have a bit of a temper, not easily set off but when she is set off she can be a handful, sarcastic.
Likes: singing, the dark parts of a room, sketching/drawing, writing music, helping others out, fighting bad guys, ally ways where she can hide and blend with her surroundings.
Dislikes: Love at first sight, being tested to her limits, a lot of Jay's cringe-worthy jokes, being tied up or gagged, when she gets pranked.

Other: Katie's parents died when she was young in a tragic "accident". Or so Katie says.
