'Zane, a slightly less robotic look, please.  And Jay, please wear something different. You look ridiculous!' I yelled and Nya chuckled.

Jay ran off to change his clothes and Zane acted... no idea. Something. But it worked, so I wasn't complaining.

 "Does everyone have everything?" Cole asked.

 'Yes Yes.' Kai said.

 "Hey Lloyd." Jay said, running back with something better on, 'can you do something about your eyes? They are completely bright green! Then we will certainly stand out and that is something we do NOT want to do.'

 'Er... Jay?,' I said, 'I can't change my eye color. But okay, I'll try.'

 I tried really hard to make my eyes less green.

 'No.' Nya said. 'That does not work.'

 We walked to our new school, the Big Pine Academy.

The next day

We ran down the hallway and arrived at the classroom, panting.

 "Pfiew." Kai gasped. "We're still on time."

 "Hey, you're new, aren't you?" asked a blond-haired boy.

 "Oh no." said the pale boy with black hair next to him. "This is going to take all day."

 'No it isn't.' said the blond boy.

 "No, longer."

 'We are indeed new.' I replied.

 'I'm Will, that's my friend Nico and that's Percy and Annabeth. And you are?'

'I'm Lloyd. That's Jay and Nya. He there is Zane, and the two panting are Cole and Kai.

 "Hi." Cole said.

 "Where are you from?" Will asked.

 "Um..." We looked at each other. Exactly the question we had been afraid of.Lucky for us, we didn't have to answer that question.

The teacher came over and opened the door to the classroom."Hello everyone." Said the teacher when everyone was seated.

Three girls in the front started to sing. "Hello everyone, how nice to have you here."

 "SILENCE!" the teacher yelled. 'Okay, we have 6 new students. Cole, Jay, Kai, Lloyd, Nya and Zane. I'm Mr. Apple Turnover.'

Kai hid his laughing behind a cough.

"Today's lesson is about long division."

 In front of me Nico plopped against the window and stared out bored.

 I listened to Mr. Apple Turnover, until Nico sat up in shock and nudged Will.

Will leaned across the aisle and nudged Percy, who also informed Annabeth.

 I looked outside and what I saw there I did not expect to see here.

 I nudged a sleeping Kai and said, "You have to see this."
