Terra's POV

To think, just last year, Alia was in this position, now I'm the one he loves. Alia broke his heart, and I mended it. I closed my eyes drifting off to sleep, thinking of the events leading up to this, with a cute blonde haired male cuddling me.

I yawned waking up to my alarm. I stretched and quickly got dressed into my school uniform. Maybe Lloyd was there? Even if he was Alia is probably there as well...

I brushed my hair and slipped on my shoes as my brother, Cole, stayed fast asleep. I could hear dad trying to wake him up. I really didn't wanna get caught up in that...

I noticed a familiar lock of blonde hair in the distance. As I started to approach him quickly a girl with plump ruby red lips, naturally ginger wavy hair, striking peridot colored eyes, a few freckles here and there, and a royal blue and pastel orange cheer leading outfit on approaches him first. It was Alia. Lloyd's perfect girlfriend.

I growled and muttered a curse under my breath. Alia was the most popular girl in Ninjago High. Her dad was mayor of Ninjago, after all. Alia was very clingy, snobby, flirtatious, and cold. But around adults and Lloyd she was a whole other person. She was a lot more caring, still clingy but she said she just 'couldn't bear to be without her Lloyd-e-kins', she pretended to be polite and acted a bit like a crybaby, as if she was just super sensitive to, and I mean, to EVERYTHING. Which wasn't the case at all.

I growled under my breath at Alia. Lloyd turned around and noticed me, I instantly stop growing. "Hey Lloyd..." I mumbled.

Lloyd grinned and waved at me, "Terra! Hey, c'mon over here! Walk with Alia and me, you two have met, right?" Lloyd said. Alia nodded and sweetly smiled, "yup! Terra is your FRIEND. Her and you are ONLY FRIENDS. That's all you'll EVER be! Because having FRIENDS is nice. Because FRIENDS are a good thing to have around, right Terra? You are Lloyd's very BEST FRIEND, right?" Alia said. She said it in a such a horribly sweet tone so Lloyd wouldn't know she was trying to upset me.

And it worked. I couldn't take it, I sprinted off in tears, crying. I hated Alia with a burning passion. She was such a female dog! No offense to dogs, I like them.

Alia's POV

I smirked, grinning to myself. NOBODY could have Lloyd, except me. He was MINE, as mayor's daughter I get whatever I wanted, and I wanted Lloyd. Making him mine.

"Huh? Terra, hey wait!" Lloyd said, attempting to stop her. "Lloyd-e-kins! We're gonna be late! I'm sure Terra is fine. Probably just on that time of the month! We gotta go!" I said, trying to stop him from seeing her.

"Sorry, Alia. You go to class, I gotta go see Terra. She looked upset." Lloyd replied, kissing my cheek in the process. I growled on the inside but just politely nodded and walked away.

Terra's POV

I sat down by a tree, crying my eyes out. I felt like such a crybaby! Crying over a boy and his horrid girlfriend. Alia and I despised each other, I heard someone sit beside me.

"Hey, are you okay?" A familiar voice asked.

I looked over to see none other than my crush, Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon. "I'm fine..." I mumbled, wiping my tears.

"If you say so... Why'd you run off like that?" Lloyd asked, looking at me. "I uhh... I remembered something...?" I replied, though it sounded more like a question.

"Alright..." Lloyd mumbled. "We should really get to class." Lloyd added standing up. He grabbed my hand.

For that short second I felt a spark. A spark of love. It felt as though Lloyd and I were the only two around. Nothing else mattered. And for a second, I swear, I saw a flicker of love in Lloyd's eye, for me.

The second quickly ended as we awkwardly walked back to the school in silence, starting up little mini conversations, that often in in; 'I uh...' or 'Umm.... Uh'.

Eventually, we ended up in class and it was pretty boring, like class always is.

It was lunch, and of course Alia wanted to sit with Lloyd. But I was already sitting with him so... Alia ended up having to sit with us. Can't say I was thrilled.

"I'll be back, baby." Alia said as she kissed Lloyd's cheek before getting up. She walked out of the cafeteria and I swear to you I saw Griffin Turner heading out of the cafeteria with her.

Curious, I excused myself and grabbed my phone following the two. As I was about to turn the corner I saw Alia and Griffin kissing.

I quickly took some photos and a short video as evidence. It would be better for Lloyd to know before their three year anniversary... Right..?

I hurried back into the cafeteria. "LLOYD!" I shouted making Everyone's attention fall on me. "Terra..? You okay, what happened?" Lloyd asked.

"I uh... I'll tell you later!" I quickly said, upon seeing Alia walking back the the table with us.

Alia held a skeptical glance to me, and had a sickly sweet smile whenever she looked at Lloyd. She had been cheating on Lloyd, but for how long?

Lloyd didn't, and doesn't, deserve this. She didn't deserve him. I bet she couldn't tell me the name of his stuffed dragon plush he's had since he was 12. Ultra. That's the dragon plush's name. I bet she couldn't tell his favorite type of candy. None. Lloyd loves any, and all types of candy. I bet Alia couldn't even tell me five things he loves. He loves Ultra, because when the world is rough he can talk to Ultra, his dragon plushie. He loves candy, even though it may seem childish, Lloyd absolutely adores candy, more than anyone I've ever met! Lloyd also loves his family, his uncle Wu, his mom Misako, and his father Garmadon, he'd do anything for them. He loves his friends Kai, Cole, Zane, Jay, Nya, Skylor, Pixal, & Harumi too(A/N shush. She's good in this.) I was also a good friend of his, best friend, actually. Lloyd always loves making people smile. He does whatever he can to make everyone happy, and it works.

If she truly loved him, she'd know all this, and more. I was awoken from my thoughts when I heard the bell ring and saw Lloyd waving a hand in front of my face. I felt my cheeks heat up.

It's been a week since I found out Alia was cheating on Lloyd, and I couldn't take it anymore!

I was talking to my best female friend, Skylor. "Sky!! I don't know what to do?!" I groaned.
"Tell him!"
"But it'll crush him!!"
"He deserves to know, Terra."
I sighed "I know but..."
"No buts! Go tell him, now! I'll watch from over here!"
"Fine. But you owe me." I rolled my eyes and started to walk over to Lloyd. I was stopped halfway by Alia and her posse.

"I know your little plan, and it's not gonna work. Now, you can hand me your phone and delete the video and photos, or I can take it forcefully. You pick." Alia scowled.

I gulped backing up, Lloyd would never believe me over her, I was such a fool! "I'll never give you my phone!" I replied with a growl.
"Girls, get her."
A girl with short, wispy, violet hair and aqua eyes laughed "With pleasure."
The other one, who had straight ebony black hair and charcoal grey eyes smirked. "Thought you'd never ask, Alia."
The last one, she had wavy chocolate brown hair and olive eyes. She threw the first punch.

They all started kicking and punching me, I attempted to fight back but I was outnumbered. 4 to one.
"Don't you dare touch her!"

I looked up to see Nya, Skylor, Pixal, and Harumi there.

Harumi and Pixal ran to help me up while Skylor and Nya death glared the three girls. "Terra? You aren't too badly injured, are you?" Pixal asked. I shook my head, "I'm fine, Pix. Don't worry about me."

"Touch my best friend again, you won't see the light of day."
"Tsk, I'm not afraid of you!!"
"Well you should be."

With that, Skylor drop kicked the girl with dark purple hair as Nya punched the chocolate brown haired girl. Harumi growled angrily, she normally was so quiet and kind, she was clearly about to kill someone.

Pixal and I ended up having to restrain Skylor, Nya, and Rumi from killing Alia and her posse.

While I was restraining them, Alia came behind me and kicked the back of my knee with her heel. This caused me to scream in pain.

Just as she did, Lloyd, Kai, Cole, Jay, and Zane all had walked into the room. Lloyd's eyes widened as I fell to the ground clutching my leg. "God that hurt!!" I winced.

"Alia..?" Lloyd managed to croak out. Alia's expression changed from anger to one of horror. "I-i.." Alia couldn't find the right words.

Lloyd's expression quickly turned to anger. "We're through." He said sternly, rushing to my side.

That day, Lloyd walked me home, not leaving my side for a second. "Lloyd you don't hav–"
"I want to."

That shocked me. But I smiled nonetheless. "Thanks Greenie." I mumbled as he brought me inside. We talked in my room for hours that night.

We were sitting on my bed and I felt myself growing more sleepier by the second. I guess Lloyd thought I was asleep, because he kissed my forehead and whispered, "I love you, Terra.." To me.

My face heated up, "L-lloyd..?" I mumbled which made his eyes widen in shock. "T-terra!! Y-you weren't m-meant to hear that!!" Lloyd said, waving his arms around.

I smiled a bit, my face a dusty pink as I sat up. "Lloyd, I love you too..." I said as I cupped his cheeks, gently connecting our lips.

Lloyd immediately kissed back.

Back to present times

"Hey, Lloyd? Do you remember when we got to together?" I asked.

"Of course I do. Alia had been cheating on me and then she attacked you. That entire day I stayed by your side. Then I accidentally confessed to you, though now, I'm happy I did." Lloyd said and planted a kiss on my forehead as I grinned.
