It was only a week away....

Prom night....

You hoped on Wu asking you....he was your friend after all...you both could've gone as friends....but you wished for more.....

He was serene....tranquil....what was the word?

Oh yeah....perfect.....

He wasn't like any of these energetic, perveted, and annoying guys...

He was the quiet type....which you liked...

You laid eyes on him ever since you almost ran him over with your bike.....

Yeah....that sounded pretty bad...but it was an accident! Which he forgave you for and it was an instant besties, all through high school! And now,
Maybe prom!

"Y/N!" You heard your name being called....

"Wu!" You called out happily. Wu looked extremely happy...which made you happy...

"Guess what?!" You said with news.

"What?" He replies.

"I'm gonna sing at Prom! I got a week to prepare a song!" You say happily.

"That's great Y/n! Now you guess what?"

"What happened Wu?" You asked curiously.

"I finally got the girl of my dreams! Misako and I are finally together! I'm taking her to prom!" Wu declared, you smiled, but in the inside...

Boy did your glass heart shatter....into a billion of heart broken pieces....

"I'm so happy for you two..." You say hugging your best friend....a tear of sadness fell from your cheek, you lost him....

"Are you okay Y/n?" You heard Wu ask as he wiped the tear away.

"Yeah...I'm just really happy that my best friend found true love...and taking her to prom...." You say smiling as best you could.

"Wu!" You hear Misako calling out to him, you try to smile as he leaves.

You take no time to go home and shut the door, falling onto your knees and let it out.....

"Sweetheart?" You hear your mom call out.

"Oh mom!" You cry out, your mom looks sorrowful for you and embraces you in a hug.

Time Skip: Night of Prom....

You stood in your sliver heels, hair done, your locket placed on you, all ready in your dress, glancing at yourself in the mirror.

"You look beautiful!" Your mom says playing a hand on your shoulder.

"I should go..." You say placing down the written song on the counter. Your mom nods.

Momentarily.....

You arrive at the school...walking in, everyone seemed to notice you,

All eyes were on you....

"You look fabulous Y/n!" Erika says,

"Thanks..." You reply chuckling.

There was a tap on your shoulder,

"Y/n?" Wu said stunned. You nod.

"You look....stunning...beautiful..." He says gazing at you, causing your cheeks to spread a pink tint over them.

Misako probably seemed to notice this, because in matter of seconds, she pulled Wu away for a slow dance....

"Y/n...your turn to go up!" You heard Erika call you.

"Wish me luck...." You say...

"LETS HEAR IT FOR Y/N!!" Erika yells, making everyone cheer. You roll your eyes.

You slowly make your way backstage, there was a crew back there, working the lighting, and one handed you a microphone,

"Good luck kid!" He said. You smiled before walking out on stage.

The music played and everyone seemed to be waltzing...Misako with Wu and Erika with Garmadon......
