Well, What did you say?

Well you were one of those who didn't believe in what others said, until you saw it with your own eyes.....

But Montgomery Garmadon really wasn't born, or taught evil.....and you knew this, for you have actually became friends with him.....

You two became close friends....even if your parents never approved you having an evil friend....

But you always sneaked out, and deep into the forest you both met each other, every single night.....

Flash Back

You pondered on how someone was born evil....not unless the parent was evil....'this guy can't be evil' you thought as you sat down, nearby a cherry blossom tree.

Your thoughts were interrupted as a boy took a seat next to you, it was like he came out of no where!

"Well what are you doing here out late?" He said in a soft voice,
"Just thinking..." You replied...even though you never knew this stranger, you felt like he was easy to open up to...

"I'm Y/n L/n, from the nearby village" you said happily, the boy looks confused, "wait....no screams that I'm evil?" The boy replies.
"Why would I call.....wait! You're Montgomery Garmadon?" You question, the boy smiles, "yes, nice to meet you Y/n" the boy says, you quiver a bit.

'He doesn't seem evil....' You think,
"So why do they say you're evil?" You ask curiously, "I have evil coursing through my veins....I was bitten by the great devourer as a boy....I wish I could just be normal, once more..." Garmadon says looking down, " You can fight it...." You say looking at him.
He looks back at you, a gaze that you both have looking into each others eyes.
"Sooner or later I'm gonna turn" he replies looking down sadly, you tilt your head to the side studying his expression.

"And as friends I'll make sure you don't turn" you reply with a bright smile.
"Friends?" He says, you keep your smile on, "Friends for sure....."

End of Flashback

Now here you were once again, at the cherry blossom tree, waiting......

Your hair was flowing in the summer breeze, your white sundress flowing as well as you waited on the hill in the middle of the forest waiting for Garmadon once more.

But he didn't come.....

You waited for hours, and soon it was getting really late.
He didn't.....did he? Was what went through your worried pounding head, he once showed you the Monestary so you knew where you were headed.

You ran up the steps, not even caring what you're parents would say when you got back, knocking on the door rapidly, and the bright red doors opened slowly, and there was his father, on the steps, silently crying, holding a note.

You walked over the poor elder and he gave your he letter, and read what it said.

I'm sorry Y/n, I tied, I know you tried, but I can't help it, you know I'm evil. And the day has come and now I'm fully turned....

Don't look for me, you know I'm already gone, but know this.....

I love you Y/n, M/n, L/n,

Goodbye father, Wu, and Y/n.....

Your eyes swelled up at the words I love you. You couldn't hold back any tears and now they're all spilling, you looked up, the moon was at its peak, and the dark illuminated the sky, your face grew determined and you turned around to the elder who was sobbing over the loss of his first born son.

"Where is he?" You said, the elder looked back at you.
"He's leaving to train under a dark master. He's probably already gone by now....by boat to be exact" The elder replied, you knew that the dock was just past the forest, and you hanging in the forest all this time, you knew the quickest way through to get to the dock.

You folded the letter neatly and placed it beside the elder and you took off into the forest.

Time Skip....

As you cleared your path and saw the water you also saw a boat, you ran up to see Garmadon.

"GARMADON!" You yelled out as you fell, but someone caught you, you looked up to meet gazes with him. You straightened yourself up and looked him in the eye, his now once hazel eyes, we're now pure red.

"Please don't do this...." You said letting a tear trickle down your cheek. He didn't look sympathetic at all.
"You know I have to go" he replied normally, no emotion at all, heading onto the boat, you took no time in turning him around and planting your lips on his incredibly soft lips, it took a while, but he did kiss back, and in the moment his once red eyes, turned back to the soft, warm, gentle hazel you knew and loved.

You both pulled away at the exact same time. His gaze meeting yours like it was the first time you both met in forever.

"You-you-cured me" he said surprised. You smiles as your foreheads touched.

"True love can overpower anything" you reply.
"You knew this....didn't you.." Garmadon says, you nod. He takes your hand and intertwines it with his, you lean on his shoulder as you both walk into the forest.

Soon you both find yourselves back at the same cherry blossom tree, where you first met, right then and there he kissed you once more, with more love and passion than the one before, his arms wrapped around your waist, and your arms wrapped around his neck, bringing each other as close as possible and the pink pedals gracefully fell around you both.

Garmadon rested his forehead on yours once more.
"Be mine?" He questioned, you smiled.
"Forever and always yours..."
