It's been too many days since the events that happened at the Shadow Temple where the Blood Moon ritual was performed, said temple disappeared in the blink of an eye after stopping Ras and his followers.

After the ninjas helped Euphrasia and her people build part of the islands of the Cloud Kingdom, they returned to the Monastery to plan their new strategies to locate the Shadow Temple and Ras, who is still loose was a clear threat to Ninjago and the other Kingdoms. When they checked that Egalt and Rontu were okay, after being turned into stone by the Blood Moon, in gratitude the two Dragon Masters offered the Ninjas their guidance and knowledge about the Source Dragons.

Things were not going well at the Monastery for the Ninjas and their allies, especially for a certain wild girl, Master of Heat. The Ninjas may have gotten the victory over Ras this time, but for many it wasn't a sweet victory, Ras managed to snatch two valuable people from the Ninjas, they lost Kai, the Red Ninja, and Bonzle, the spell that Cole lived with when he was living with Geo and the little Spitz and Fritz in The Land of Lost Things.

The real problems started after Wyldfyre got frustrated when he didn't receive any new news about rescuing Kai.

She spends her time angry, burning things at random and Lloyd didn't know what to do with Kai's wild student anymore. Everyone somehow tried to give her some comfort, but when trying to do that they ended up in two things: engulfed in flames or with the growing fear of making Wyldfyre angry again, at least Nya was the only one who didn't end up with flames of fire around her body.

Arin had to go to the Crossroads several times to buy new clothes since Wyldfyre burned part of his wardrobe in the room he shared with Sora and Riyu. Even some dragons from the stables below the Monastery were afraid to approach Wyldfyre, the others did not understand the language of the Dragons but upon hearing Wyldfyre's growls and roars they assumed that they were not pleasant things to hear.

Right now Lloyd was in Wu's study trying to restore the burned scrolls again thanks to Wyldfyre's fire.

- I can't believe he burned them again... - Lloyd murmurs as he finishes rewriting one of the scrolls and continues with the next.

- Everything okay? - Nya's sudden voice interrupted Lloyd's thoughts as he began to restore a new scroll.

- Something like that - Lloyd admits defeated - Wyldfyre burned the scrolls again. He wanted to find things that could help Kai escape from that strange realm, but...he found nothing, he got angry and burned the scrolls –

- Let's try to be patient with her, Lloyd. Wydlfyre just misses Kai, like everyone else, only she shows her anger and sadness in her own way – Nya answers as she approaches Lloyd.

- But I wouldn't want anger to be their only confrontational feeling in Kai's absence, we've been through this before, with Zane, with my uncle Wu, my father and... with you - Lloyd was obviously referring to the times they thought they had lost a member of their team.

They know that Kai isn't really dead, he was just missing, like Bonzle...

But even so, his absence affected everyone, Lloyd missed him too but he still had hope of getting him back. But he didn't unleash his anger and frustration like Wyldfyre did, Lloyd learned from his own experience that all that anger wouldn't lead to anything good, it only brought suffering.

But Lloyd knew that Nya was right, he knew that Wyldfyre was..."different". After all, she was raised in a wild environment with dragons, she knows very well that it was even a challenge to give her writing and reading classes so that she had a decent intellect.

- Lloyd, you just have to give her time, sooner or later she'll have to calm down, besides, she's trying to open up a little to me, she doesn't say much but I give her time. Maybe you could also try to talk to her more -

It wouldn't be a good idea, Lloyd thought as he walked through the halls looking for Wyldfyre, he thought that what he was doing now to try to give Wyldfyre some comfort would be a mistake and would make him more upset but he remembered Nya's words in the process: he should try to talk to Wyldfyre.

Lloyd knew he wasn't Kai, but maybe it would be worth a try at least, at least he thinks that's what Kai would try.

Lloyd went down to the stables and there he saw as always Wyldfyre practicing her fireball throws with various objects that she herself placed around the stables.

It seems that that caught Wyldfyre's attention, she cautiously looks at Lloyd trying to figure out what he had for her.

- Is it food? Because right now I'm hungry – normally Wyldfyre didn't receive things from the other Ninjas, Kai was the one who always gave him some random things, that included food, books and some weapons that Wyldfyre uses during his training.

- Is this one of those technological boxes that you and the other ninjas use to watch boring things? – she answers with some anger, but she also seemed to be somewhat confused when she examined the tablet better.

With my breeding robot I had enough... – Wyldfyre commented that last while he returned to the stable of his dragon Heatwave.

Lloyd seemed to be satisfied with his achievement, at least it was a start. Maybe Wyldfyre will finally change and manage to open up a little more with him in the future and with others as she did with Kai.

Days later, Lloyd seems to be about to give up on Wyldfyre, but not in the way many believe, Lloyd would not abandon her to her fate, but he believes that it is useless to try to convince Wyldfyre to appease his anger. During the following days after Lloyd gave him the tablet, it seemed that things had calmed down in the monastery, Wyldfyre no longer destroyed as many things as usual, sometimes Lloyd even heard her from the stables or outside the monastery as she used the tablet when recording meaningless voice messages or when she tested the tablet's camera with anything she saw, she even took several photos of the things she herself destroyed or burned.

At least she didn't take up Kai's habit of taking pictures of herself.

But after resuming lessons again to continue Lloyd's Ninja training, things got worse again. Wyldfyre seemed to get frustrated feeling that Lloyd's training wasn't going to get them anywhere, and after unleashing her flames again in the monastery Nya and Cole had to intervene by using their powers to put out the flames, Wyldfyre returned furiously to the stables.

But after several hours of not hearing any explosions, Lloyd checked the stable and discovered that both Wyldfyre and Heatwave were nowhere to be found.

They both know deep down that Wyldfyre will be fine, she has Heatwave and they don't doubt that she's someone strong, reckless, but strong. Besides, Kai was the one who trained her after all, a comfort that at least gave Lloyd and Nya.

- Just... – Lloyd begins as he lets out a tired and deep sigh as he sits on the couch. And Nya also sits with him – I just wouldn't want something bad to happen to her, we're not as close as Kai was with her, but... I still worry about her. She's also a member of our team, I'd hate for something bad to happen to her –

This seemed to be a great achievement for Lloyd, he even noticed how she lived more with Arin and Sora, in addition, Sora showed Wyldfyre a device on how to understand the language of dragons.

Right now Nya was fixing Wyldfyre's hair since without her wooden brooch Wyldfyre's hair really was a mess.
