Kai woke up alone in his own bed. He sat up and turned off his alarm and checked the time. It was a little past six so he knew Lloyd was probably getting ready for school. He then got up and went to the bathroom door, hearing the shower water was on and chuckled before sticking his head in, seeing Lloyd in the glass stall. "What do you want for breakfast?" Kai asked and Lloyd looked to him, smirking.

"How about you step in here with me and we can discuss it?" Lloyd tried while giving Kai bedroom eyes. "Yeah... More like not discuss it." Kai said with a chuckle. "Hmm, I never said what we'd discuss. You just assumed I was talking about breakfast." Lloyd countered and Kai shook his head. "Lloyd, I am not fucking you before you go to school." He said and was about to leave the blond be.

"Awe, come on. Just a quicky? Besides, I actually just got in not long ago to be honest and I'm sure you need to bathe to." Lloyd begged and Kai looked back at him, contemplating. He did want a shower and Lloyd tended to use up all the heat. On top of that, he couldn't afford to take a cold shower and didn't have time to wait for the water to warm back up after...

Kai sighed and stripped before jumping in. "Just bathing, alright?" He said in a warning tone as he closed the shower door, but Lloyd made so such promises as he began to do everything he could to mess with Kai, leading to Kai giving in with a sensual and low growl that sounded aggressive, but Lloyd loved the sound as he found himself being pushed into the wall while Kai slammed into him and left hickys along his back, torso, collar bone, and neck.

When Lloyd went to school that day, he borrowed one of Kai's leather jackets and had the collar popped up to hide his neck. He went to his locker and put away the things he wouldn't need for his homeroom before heading there when the bell rang.

Lloyd sat in his desk, smack in the middle of the room, and tapped his nails into the table. He was board, but not for long. His close friend in that class, Harumi, soon entered. She was an albino with white hair and was the daughter of a noble family. The two had met the school year previous to now and got along nicely. Lloyd had to admit, if it wasn't for his being gay, she was his type. She really only had a few things against her in the romance department with him. These things were, she isn't Kai, she's a girl, she isn't a guy, and lastly, she isn't Kai. The most important point to him was that she wasn't Kai though.

Lloyd only had his eyes set on the hot head that was his lover. Kai was it for him. He already knew it.

"Did you see that knew game release last night?" Harumi asked as she sat to his left. "What new release?" Lloyd asked in confusion and her jaw dropped. "Lloyd! The new release on the latest Fritz Donnagen game! Fritz Donnagen and the Dark Sludge. You actually get to fight the Sludge from issue number twenty eight!" Harumi said in disbelief. "They announced the official release last night!" She added and his eyes lit up. "Seriously? That's awesome!" He said in excitement.

"Tell me about it! Your usually a loyal viewer of the Gammer's News on NJ TV, what happened?" She asked and Lloyd blushed as he remembered why he'd missed last nights broadcast.

Kai was watching the regular news and Lloyd tried to wrestle him for the remote, failing horribly, and it turned into a make out session that grew more and more passionate until... Let's just say that Gammer's News was the last thing on his mind at that point.

"Uh... I got distracted?" Lloyd answered Harumi nervously and she shook her head. "I get the feeling I don't want to know what by." She said in a tone of defeat and Lloyd chuckled nervously.

Since their teacher treated that period as a sort of study hall, Harumi pulled the broadcast up online and showed him, making Lloyd fanboy over the new game that he'd have no trouble affording.

Lunch.

Lloyd both loved and hated lunch. Loved it because of food and his friends. Hated it because of bullies. No one dare bully Prince Lloyd, but that didn't mean his friends were safe.

Brad was often targeted for being from a poor family and only being in the school on an academic scholarship.

Nelson was picked on for his accent and not being to bright.

Harumi was a gamer, anime geek, a goth, and hung out with the Prince. Hence, the cheerleader girls hated her.

Harumi often sat in lunch detention do to the fact she often fought back. Violently. You did not piss off a girl who's father became a noble by being a top general who even trained his children how to fight.

If only the cheerleaders would learn that lesson.

It wasn't all bad as Lloyd sat at the lunch table with Brad and Nelson. Brad was helping Nelson with their shared homework as Lloyd sat with his packed lunch from Kai. He sure did love Kai's fried chicken.

Lloyd ate as he watched Brad help Nelson. It was math, Lloyd's worse subject, so the blond stayed quiet while he ate. At some point, Nelson was taking a bite of his hot dog when the ketchup spilled. Both Nelson and Brad reached for the napkins at the same time and accidentally touched hands. Lloyd couldn't help but notice that Brad blushed. So much for being straight. Lloyd then looked to Nelson, who chuckled, waving it off.

When Harumi showed up, Nelson looked to her with wide eyes and a faint blush, making Lloyd internally chuckle. "Sup Loosers." Harumi said playfully as she took her seat by Lloyd. "Who's this?" She asked, having never met Nelson before then.

"If you'd keep your ass out of lunch detention more then once a month then you'd know." Brad replied. He and Harumi never got along. Bard was a do it by the book type, brought up in a Catholic family, and Harumi was a wild card rebel that did her own thing, not mater the consequences. They were polar opposites.

"I'm Nelson Smith, and who are you?" Nelson said, his accent still thick and making Harumi's eyes widen. "Are you that new country boy I keep hearing about?" She asked and he nodded. "Well... I am the only redneck in the school." He said and she chuckled.

"Well, nice to meet you. I'm Harumi Oni." She said and they shook hands. "Watch out Nels, Harumi isn't the type to get involved with in any matter. She's constantly in and out of detention. I still can't figure out why Lloyd is friends with her." Brad warned and Nelson looked to Harumi with a hellish grin. "So, you're a hell raiser?" He asked and Lloyd chuckled at her expression.

"He means, your a trouble maker." Lloyd said as if it were obvious and she nodded. "Then, yeah, I am." She said and Nelson grinned wider. "Nice ta meet ya. Out in my neck a tha woods I'm actually known for hot wiring a tractor or to and taking them on joyrides." He said and Harumi chuckled. "I like this kid." She said and Lloyd laughed while Brad groaned.

Nelson chuckled then looked to Lloyd. "Hey, why are you wearing my brother's jacket over your uniform?" He asked and Lloyd's eyes widened. "Why do you have his brother's jacket?" Harumi asked in curiosity while Brad gave him a look, having a feeling he knew.

"Um...." Lloyd said nervously. "And why is the collar poped up? I know that's supposed to look all tuff, but it just looks weird on that make of jacket. Especially since it's brown leather." Nelson asked, confused. "Also, how have you gotten away with wearing it? That jacket is so against dress code." Harumi asked and Lloyd bit his lower lip, not sure how to answer. He didn't feel right telling Nelson that Kai covered his neck in hickeys in that mornings shower. Nelson was Kai's little brother after all so that seemed like it'd be an awkward conversation.

"Uh.... Kai let me borrow it and... the teachers are scared of my dad?" Lloyd tried, knowing damn well he just nabbed it off Kai's coat rack. The damn jerk wanted Lloyd to come to school with his neck exposed as punishment for the shower.

Harumi just gave Lloyd a look then suddenly pulled thr collar down, exposing the hickeys. "Hey! What the hell Rue!" Lloyd cried, using Harumi's nickname to address her.

"What? Where did you get those?" Harumi asked while Nelson just stared with his mouth slightly open and Brad held back a laugh, his cheeks puffing up as a result.

"My boyfriend." Lloyd answered and Harumi raised a brow. "Your what? Since when and why didn't you tell me sooner?" She asked and Lloyd chuckled. "Sorry Rue, but I usually don't have a chance because you're always in detention." He said and she shrugged. "Makes sense, who are you dating?"

"Nelson's big brother, Kai. He's a detective. My dad signed a level three blessings contract for us." Lloyd explained and before Harumi could say anything, a hand was placed on Lloyd's shoulder and the four teens looked to see Kai with a visitors sticker stick to his suit. "Kai!" Nelson cried and hugged his brother.

"Calm down and stop acting like a hen in a wheat field." Kai said with a chuckle as he pet his brothers head. Nelson then pulled back and looked at Kai. "Why are you here?" He asked and Kai shot Lloyd a look. "Because my naughty boyfriend stool my lucky jacket." He answered and Lloyd grinned innocently. "I love you?" Lloyd tried and Kai gave him a look. "Hand it over or your not staying the night for the next month." Kai said and Lloyd sighed before taking the jacket off and handing it over to Kai and exposing just how red his neck was from the hickys and bite marks.

"What did you do to Lloyd?" Nelson asked as he looked to his friends neck. "Easy, somebody decided that seducing me in the shower before school was a good Idea, so I'm teaching him a lesson." Kai said as he threw his jacket over his shoulder. "You're mean." Harumi said with a small glare at Kai, whom looked to her. "Well, I've never claimed to be nice." Kai said then looked to Lloyd, who was blushing like a mad man. "Calm down, yeesh. Getting lucky is a status symbol among highschool boys, isn't it? If anything this should boost your popularity." Kai said and Lloyd looked up to him with a pouting lip.

"Yeah, not gonna work on me and you know it." Kai said before grabbing Lloyd's chin. "Besides, all I got to do is take one look at that neck uh yers and all my guilt leaves. After all, just knowing that everyone here will know you belong to me makes me proud uh myself." Kai said in a deep, husky, voice with his old redneck accent coming through underneath, making his voice sound deeper and causing Lloyd to shiver.

Harumi and Nelson looked on at the pair with wide eyes while Brad just shook his head, a chuckle on his lips and a knowing look in his eye. Lloyd was whipped and he knew it.

"Now, be a good boy and show of that neck uh yers for me today, okay?" Kai said and Lloyd nodded along, hypnotized by his words. Kai then gave a deep chuckle and kissed Lloyd, who wrapped his arms around him and kissed back, deepening the kiss before they pulled back. "Now, I'm going back to work and you lot finish your food." Kai said, going back to normal before leaving.

Lloyd watched Kai leave with this love struck expression, a blush to his cheeks, and completely blind to the world around him.

"Lloyd?" Nelson tried to get the blond's attention, but the young prince was to focused on his fantasies of the crooked cop as his friends tried to bring him back to earth.
