(Lloyd's POV)

"Alright everyone know the plan?" I asked everyone who nodded, except for Jay

"Uhhh c-c-can you please r-repeat it? I ummm w-wasn't paying a-a-attention" Jay spoke up, I sighed as I knew exactly why he wasn't paying attention. I saw him glancing at Nya every chance he got, he really needs to ask her out already

"Okay fine" I grunted "First we will sneak our way over to the Ninjago News Network tower where my father is, then we will sneak into the building and find the armoury. There we will suit up in Serpentine armour to help us make our way up to my father, and that leads us to the final step, dethroning my father"

"Do not forget the Tornado of Creation" Sensei reminded me

"Uh Tornado of Creation?" Harumi chimed in confused

"We can not just dethrone Lord Garmadon and call it a day, we must all use Spinjitzu to create the Tornado of Creation. We will use the Tornado of Creation to fix the destruction Lord Garmadon has brought to the city" Zane explained to Harumi

"But wait, there are guards all around the area, how will we sneak past them all?" Skylor asked me

"That is where our mechs come in! They will be set on autopilot and will distract everyone long enough for us to sneak into the building" I told Skylor

"S-so we just u-u-use the front d-door?" Jay stuttered

"Thanks to Nya, we know that there is a secret entrance at the back of the building behind a dumpster" I explained to Jay

"Do we know exactly where the armoury is?" Kai chimed in, now fully cured of the Venomari venom

"Our prisoner has told us it's on the fifth floor, we will have to be as stealthy as we can as to not alert the Serpentine of our presence" I informed Kai

"Speaking of the prisoner, what are we gonna do with him once we defeat Lord Garmadon? Are we just gonna keep him like a pet?" Cole asked me

"We'll just let him go, we aren't monsters!" I told Cole

"I will be sitting this mission out, instead I will help with distracting the Serpentine" Sensei Wu suddenly told us

"But uncle we need you! You know all about the Golden Weapons and the Tornado of Creation!" I pleaded to Wu

"You all are capable ninja who I trust, and I am sure the rest of Ninjago trusts you too" Wu smiled at me

"And besides, I would much rather drink tea and watch my brother get his butt kicked" Wu chuckled as he sipped his cup of tea, we really need to talk to him about his tea addiction

"Alright everyone, grab some weapons and other tools and let's free the city!" Nya cheered grabbing her Trident of Water

I watched as the others grabbed their Golden Weapons and felt a little left out, at least Skylor and Harumi don't have Golden Weapons. Then I would really be left out!

Harumi pressed the buttons on the entrance wall opening up the hidden brick entrance, all of us except for Wu left the secret base and closed the secret door behind us

We all quietly hopped around the ruined city, jumping over several Serpentine and ducking out of sight. Clinging to the buildings we eventually reached the Ninjago News Network tower, seeing all the Serpentine guarding it

"Alright Jay, turn on the autopilot" I whispered to Jay, he pulled out some technology stuff only he and Nya would understand, pressed a few buttons and our mechs suddenly shot out of our warehouse and began circling the building

"THE NINJA ARE HERE!!! GET THEM!!!!" We all heard my father shout from the top of the building, our mechs shot off and started racing around the city, with most of the Serpentine chasing after them

"It's going good so far, do not get caught sneaking into the back" I sternly whispered to everyone

I led the others towards the back of the Ninjago News Network tower, looking out for any more Serpentine. Reaching the back of the building I saw the green dumpster where the secret entrance was being hidden, bingo!

"Cole, move that dumpster, and do it quietly" I whispered to Cole, he carefully walked up to the dumpster and slowly but quietly managed to move it enough so we could see the hidden entrance, which was really just a hole in the wall leading into a janitor's closet in the reception area

We entered the building and saw what a mess the reception area was in, torn up couches and Serpentine graffiti all over the walls and even the floor and ceiling!

"Y-yikes, remind m-me to not let t-the Serpentine redo m-my bedroom!" Jay quipped making us all let out a quiet chuckle

"Okay it's best we use the stairs to get to the fifth floor" I told everyone who nodded in response

I quietly and carefully led everyone up the flight of stairs until we reached the fifth floor, there we saw there was not a single Serpentine

"There's the armoury!" I pointed at the end of the hall, we all rushed to the end of the hall and entered the room

As we stepped inside we saw all the Serpentine armour and weapons that were hung up on the walls

"Everyone grab armour and suit up, then we can continue going up" I told everyone as I strapped on some Serpentine armour, everyone else grabbed some Serpentine armour and strapped it on

We all left the armoury suited up ready to get to the top of the building

"So how many more flights of stairs do we need to go up to reach your father?" Kai asked me

"Well since this tower is the tallest building in the City, I'm assuming quite a bit" I told Kai making everyone groan

We all continued to trudge up the flight of stairs until we were at least at the 50th floor, once we reached it we saw a bunch of Serpentine, they immediately turned and looked at us

"Uh oh, Jay convince them we're really Serpentine!" I told Jay as I pushed him to the front

"M-m-me?! W-why?!" Jay stuttered out

"Your stutter might fool them" Harumi whispered to Jay

"Hey! Who are you?!" One of the Serpentine asked us

"Uhhhh we're S-S-S-Serpentine of c-course!" Jay tried to imitate the Serpentine's speech

The Serpentine narrowed their eyes as they looked us all up and down, after what felt like ages they finally stopped

"Hmmm okay, now ssssstop sssssstanding around actually do something!" The Serpentine yelled at us making us rush off up the stairs in our perfect disguises

Every time we went up a floor we had to make our way past waves upon waves of Serpentine, we almost lost Jay a few times. We eventually managed to get to the 99th floor, and that's when trouble started

"Sssssstop right there! Nobody issssss allowed beyond thisssss point!" A Serpentine told us, stopping us just before we could get up to my father

"Not even ninja?" I smirked as the Serpentine looked at us confused, we all tore off our Serpentine armour and tackled the two Serpentine guards

"Phew, that armour was starting to get uncomfortable" Nya said wiping some sweat off her forehead

"Alright everyone, this is the final step of the plan. We need to be on the top of our game, once I manage to overpower my father we will do the Tornado of Creation" I explained to my team who all nodded eagerly

"Ninja-Go!" We all said in unison as we kicked down the door to the rooftop and ran out to face my father

"NINJA?! HERE?!" My father yelled out shocked

"That's right Garmadon! We are here to stop you!" I said to my father as I pulled out my sword, ready to battle

"Ha! You think I'm just going to let you take all this away from me?" Garmadon said to me as he admired his destruction "I am not going down without a fight!"

"Do not worry my Lord, we will not let thesssse ninja ruin your hard work!" A Hypnobrai general said as he grabbed his Serpentine staff

"Calm down Skales, these ninja are nothing for an Anacondrai warrior like myself!" A long necked Anacondrai called out to the Hypnobrai

Garmadon lunged off his throne and our blades clashed, sparks flying off the swords. I looked to my left and saw Zane freezing some Serpentine solid with his Shurikens of Ice, looking to my right I could see Jay and Nya both trying to take down Skales

I focused my attention back on my father as I pushed him back with my sword, he swung at me but I easily back flipped over his sword and swung it out of his hand, he growled at me and knocked me back, as I fell back I could see Harumi and Skylor taking on the Anacondrai

Picking myself back up I blocked an attack from Garmadon and swung back at him knocking him back a little, as he fell back he lost hold of another one of his swords, now only having two, I decided to speed things up by spinning into my green Spinjitzu and spinning towards Garmadon

Garmadon countered my Spinjtzu with his own knocking me back but I spun right back at him, we kept spinning into each other until finally I knocked him out of his Spinjitzu and onto the ground

"Alright ninja! Time for the Tornado of Creation!" I yelled out at the others spinning into my green Spinjtzu once more

I could see everyone else spinning into their Spinjitzu and we all combined our Spinjitzu tornadoes, creating a massive and golden tornado, sucking up some of the destroyed city

"The Tornado of Creation?! No! No! No!" I heard my father cry out as the tornado began fixing the city, a bright golden beam absorbed the city, I opened my eyes and saw the city was completely fixed. As if the First Spinjtzu Master himself snapped his fingers and Garmadon's reign never happened

"You pesky ninja! You have ruined all my hard work!" Garmadon yelled at us

"Oh don't be so upset Garmadon, now that you have freed us Serpentine you have a much stronger army at your disposal, you'll be back on this tower in no time" Pythor wickedly told my father

Suddenly a Serpentine themed helicopter flew up to the tower and called to my father, Garmadon, Skales and Pythor hopped into the helicopter and they all flew off towards my father's Volcano Lair

"Ugh we let him escape!" I groaned removing my ninja mask

"Hey it's okay Lloyd" Harumi spoke to me putting her hand on my shoulder "We can get him another time, all that matters is that the city is back to normal"

"You're right Rumi" I smiled at her as I embraced her in a hug

"S-so what n-n-next?" Jay asked

"Well now that my father's reign is over I think it's time we can put our feet up and relax" I told Jay "At least until my father comes back with another evil plan"

"One things for certain, no matter what happens we'll continue to be ninja and protect this city" Nya said in her usual upbeat tone

We all threw our ninja masks back on and quickly fled the scene before any news choppers started swarming us, we made our way back to the secret base to celebrate, while we were celebrating I looked at all my friends having a good time

Another things for certain, these guys aren't just my friends, but my family
