(Lloyd's POV)

We all looked at the ruins of the city around us, many tall buildings were absolutely destroyed, with Lord Garmadon flags resting on top of their rubble. Not a single person could be seen, did Lord Garmadon kill them all? No, that doesn't sound like my father. He has only ever wanted to rule Ninjago, not wipe out the residents. Ugh how could we have let this happen?! We really should have left something to protect the city!

"Lord Garmadon must have used our absence to take over the city" Zane said to us stating the obvious

"But we are here now, and you all have your Golden Weapons. Lord Garmadon is no match for you all now. We will easily free the city from Garmadon's grasp" Wu told us

"H-h-how will we d-do that?" Jay asked Wu

"You all must learn Spinjitzu!" Wu told us as he smacked his staff hard against the ground

"Spinjtzu? What is that?" I asked Wu confused

"It is an ancient martial art created by my father, if we wish to defeat Lord Garmadon you all must learn it" Wu explained to us

"Are the Golden Weapons just not enough Sensei?" Nya asked Wu as she held her trident in hand

"They are enough to defeat Lord Garmadon, but they are not enough to fix the city. You all must learn Spinjitzu to create the Tornado of Creation. Once the Golden Weapons and the Tornado of Creation combine, the city will be just like how we left it" Wu explained to us, suddenly this is all ringing a bell. Maybe I should have been paying more attention during Dr.Saunders' history class

"Let's hope we can get back to the Warehouse safely, Garmadon's henchmen are probably on high alert after seeing our dragons land in the city" Kai spoke up pulling his sword of fire off his back

"T-t-that is if t-the Warehouse is s-still standing!" Jay stuttered out, beginning to panic

"Don't panic Jay, I'm sure Lord Garmadon didn't touch the Warehouse. It already looked like it was falling apart" Cole responded to Jay trying to reassure him

We began sneaking around the desolate city, I looked at the others and they all shared my look of fear, Jay the most, he followed Nya closely holding onto her arm. As we sneaked across the city we began hearing strange noises, sounds of rattles and slithering. I grew uneasy as I felt we were being watched, I kept looking around with my sword at the ready, just waiting for our secret watchers to jump out and attack

We were just a few minutes away from the Warehouse when something happened, I was leading the others when suddenly an arrow was shot right at my foot missing it by an inch. We all pulled out our weapons and got ready for a fight, two mysterious figures suddenly jumped down from a rooftop and shot an arrow right at me. I sliced the arrow in half and threw my sword right at the orange archer who ducked out of the way, Zane threw his golden shurikens at the green sai user and froze them in place

The orange archer shot at us again and managed to knock me over with a powerful swing, I watched on as Nya round house kicked the green sai user right into a broken down car. Kai made a circle of fire around us with his sword before helping me back onto my feet, I thanked him and we both attacked the orange archer overpowering them. Before Kai could swing his sword of fire at the archer they quickly put their hands up to surrender

"Wait we're not your enemies!" The archer frantically told us

"Then who are you?" I asked the archer pointing my sword at them

"Me and my friend here" The archer said to us, gesturing towards the recovering green sai user "Are part of The Resistance, we are fighting against Lord Garmadon like you"

"T-t-then why d-did you attack u-us?!" Jay interrupted whilst hiding behind Nya

"We apologise for we didn't know you were the ninja, these crappy homemade masks aren't really the best" The archer laughed slightly, looking at both their suits I could really tell they were homemade

"We will need all the allies we can get, welcome to the Secret Ninja Force" Sensei Wu said to the two attackers

"Thank you, now come on, it's not safe out here" The archer said to us all as they got up and began leading us somewhere

The two figures lead us to an old and dirty alleyway, before any of us could ask any questions the green one made their way over to a brick wall and pushed in a certain brick, shockingly the bricks all moved apart and a staircase was revealed. Our two new members gestured for us to follow them down the staircase, once we were all down the staircase the brick wall closed back up behind us. We looked at where these people had taken us and it looked to be a secret hideout, with maps of Ninjago thrown up onto the walls and a table in the middle of the room, it was a small hideout but if Garmadon hadn't destroyed it I guess it's a good hideout

"Please excuse the place, we didn't think we were ever gonna have visitors" The green sai user said

"Ugh it's so hard to see with these things on!" The archer spoke out removing their orange hood, revealing that they were Skylor!

"SKYLOR?!" Kai shouted out absolutely shocked just like we all were

"You know me?" Skylor asked Kai confused as he suddenly embraced her in a tight hug, he stepped back and took off his mask revealing his identity

"Kai?!" Skylor said in shock

"Oh g-great g-g-going R-Romeo! Now t-they know our s-secret identities!" Jay stuttered at Kai as he too removed his ninja mask

"Jay! No one said to remove your mask!" Cole yelled at Jay pulling off his mask to confront the teen

"Oh hehe s-s-sorry Cole" Jay sheepishly apologised, me and Nya both face palmed and joined the rest of them in talking of our ninja masks

"Lloyd?!" The green sai user called out to me, I turned around and saw that they were actually Harumi! I immediately ran up to her and embraced her in a hug

"I was so worried about you Harumi! Ever since I saw the city in this state I immediately thought you were a goner!" I cried out to my girlfriend as we embraced each other

"Me? A goner? You should know that I can handle myself!" Harumi replied with a giggle, "but I was way more worried about you guys, none of us had seen the ninja in like a month and thought Lord Garmadon had gotten to you all!"

"Well we're here now and that's all that matters, and we're ready to stop my father!" I told Harumi confidently

"I'm afraid it won't be as easy as walking up to the front door" Skylor objected, "your father has made the Ninjago News Network tower into his own fortress, and it's heavily guarded by serpentine"

"S-S-S-SERPENTINE?!" Jay interrupted beginning to freak out

"Yes, it seems in your absence Lord Garmadon freed all of the Serpentine tribes" Skylor explained to us

"How can this be? I owned the only map to the Serpentine tombs and it was destroyed along with the Bounty" Wu chimed in puzzled

"Wait Sensei, I do remember kicking my father into your chambers!" I told Sensei

"He must have stolen the map before the Bounty was destroyed!" Cole spoke up

"Ugh this is all my fault!" I groaned as I slumped onto the table

"Oh come on Lloyd, it's not your fault" Harumi said placing a hand on my shoulder

"If I didn't knock my father into Wu's chambers he would have never had gotten is hands on that map!" I groaned holding my head in my hands, I really messed this whole thing up!

"Oh come on Lloyd, you had no idea that map was in there!" Nya said trying to reassure me

"We can argue over who's fault it is tomorrow, for now we should get some rest, it's getting pretty late and we'll need all the energy to think of a plan" Skylor said interrupting my moping session

"W-w-where will we r-r-rest?" Jay asked, Skylor and Harumi lead us over to another staircase in the wall which lead down to a sleeping quarters with about enough beds for us all

"Why so many beds if it's just you two in the Resistance?" Kai asked Skylor and Harumi

"It's always good to be prepared for new members, now pick a bed and let's call it a night" Harumi told us as she and Skylor both threw themselves into bed, we all picked a bed and began to fall asleep

(No one's POV)

Lord Garmadon looked at upon the ruined city with a wicked grin, which was soon wiped off his face and replaced with an angry stare once Skales, the leader of the Hypnobrai tribe slithered in alongside the last remaining Anacondrai, Pythor P. Chumsworth

"What is it now Skales? I already signed your stupid healthcare insurance!" Lord Garmadon shouted at Skales

"Yessss I know my lord, but I have newssss for you" Skales told Lord Garmadon

"And what is it?! Can't you see I'm very busy looking at my fine work!" Lord Garmadon shouted back

"What Skales is trying to say is that someone has infiltrated the city" Pythor told Lord Garmadon

"What?! Who?!" Lord Garmadon asked jumping out of his throne

"We do not know, all we know issss that they arrived here on dragonsssss" Skales explained to Lord Garmadon who immediately knew who it was

"Ugh it's those pesky ninja! Make sure every Serpentine is on high alert for fruit coloured ninja!" Lord Garmadon ordered, Skales bowed and slithered away to alert the other Serpentine tribes

"I believe the ninja have teamed up with the Resistance, one of the Constrictai saw them meeting up with the amber ninja and the jade ninja" Pythor told Lord Garmadon who grew angrier and angrier

"I will not let these children take away my empire! You make sure every one of those snakes are on high alert!" Lord Garmadon yelled at Pythor as he towered over him, Pythor wasn't faced at all

"Understood my lord" Pythor replied as he bowed and left Garmadon to look at the destroyed city once more

"I will find you green ninja, and I WILL destroy you!" Lord Garmadon shouted across the city in rage, he had finally won and he wasn't going to let the power out of his grasp
