(Koko's POV)

"Now have those reports on my desk by tomorrow or you're fired!" My angry boss yelled at me as I left his office, ugh that guy is always angry 

Making my way through the boring office I got to my desk and started on the reports, I hate this job but at least it pays the bills. It's the only job that would even consider hiring me, being the ex wife of Lord Garmadon isn't the easiest thing in the world, and I know it isn't easy for Lloyd either. But we've been able to get by so far

Working at the office isn't the best, I'm shoved right in the corner with the printer and it's very old so the noise keeps me from doing my work. Making me only 1 sick day away from losing my job

The work day finally ended just as I finished those reports, letting out a sigh of relief I grabbed my bag and left the office as quick as I could, needing to get home and cook dinner for Lloyd. Lloyd has been sort of distant lately, always sneaking out at night and spending a lot of time with his friends. Don't get me wrong it's great he has friends now, it just feels like he's hiding something from me. But what could he be hiding? Has he suddenly joined his father?! No that doesn't sound like my Lloyd, he hates his father!

Walking down the streets of the vibrant city I felt uneasy, as if I was being watched. Sure a lot of people look at me because I'm the ex wife of the person who destroys their city every day, but this time it felt different. Every time I walked past an alleyway or dark area I could feel a pair of eyes on me, looking at where I could feel the eyes I couldn't see anything. All this worrying about Lloyd might be making me a little crazy, but can you blame me? Sometimes he comes back with bruises all over him!

Deciding to just ignore my feeling of being watched I continued my way home, back to mine and Lloyd's apartment. It's a small place but it works for us, the city is pretty crowded so we're lucky to even have a place to call home

Stepping into the apartment I hung up my bag and let out a tired sigh, looking around the small apartment I couldn't find Lloyd. He must be out with his friends again, guess he'll pick up dinner on his way back. Throwing myself onto the couch I began to relax, switching on the TV I felt my eyes begin to close, might as well take a little nap. What's the worst that could happen?

(Nobody's POV)

A Constrictai rushed through the Volcano Lair, as fast as his short stubby legs could carry him. Other Serpentine turned their heads as they sped past them, who knew a short little Constrictai could be that fast? Eventually the little Constrictai found where it was looking for, he turned around quickly and dashed into the room 

"LORD GARMADON! LORD GARMADON!" I FOUND HER!" Chokun, the small Constrictai panted 

"Ah well done Chokun!" Lord Garmadon congratulated Chokun "Where is she?"

"She's living in a small apartment in the City" Chokun continued to pant 

"Do you have the slightest idea how little that narrows it down?!" Lord Garmadon shouted at the frightened Chokun "I need the exact location!"

"IT WAS STREET 70751 AND APARTMENT 71019!" Chokun yelled back at Lord Garmadon who smiled wickedly 

"SET COURSE FOR NINJAGO CITY!" Lord Garmadon yelled out at his Serpentine IT group who began setting up his giant shark mech, you would think he would change to Serpentine themed vehicles but I guess it's too expensive to make stuff Serpentine themed 

"But uhhh before we go, can I please have a giant ham sandwich?" Chokun nervously asked Lord Garmadon who just glared at him. Chokun gulped and decided it was best for him if he just left Lord Garmadon alone 

(Lloyd's POV)

"You're gonna have to try a lot harder if you want to defeat the Green Ninja!" I teased Harumi as I easily dodged her sai attack 

"Guess we can say your elemental power is speed!" Harumi grunted as she swung her sai at me but I gracefully flipped over her weapon 

Swinging my sword at Harumi I knocked one of her sais out of her hands, she then lunged at me and knocked me back a bit. Jumping up into the air I sliced down at Harumi but she casually rolled out of the way and kicked me right into the wall of the Warehouse! Groaning as I picked myself up I barely dodged Harumi's flying sai, letting it hit the wall of the Warehouse. I charged at Harumi now that she didn't have a single weapon, but I was caught off guard as she spun into Spinjitzu, thinking fast I used my sword to jump myself into the air and land behind her. Once she unspun and looked confused I ran up behind her and knocked her right onto the ground! The Green Ninja wins again! 

"That is it for today's training!" Sensei Wu told us as I helped Rumi back onto her feet 

"Sorry about that Rumi" I scratched the back of my neck as I apologised to Harumi, worried I may have hurt her 

"Oh it's fine Lloyd" Harumi smiled at me "I wouldn't want you going easy on me just because I'm your girl"

"And I didn't go easy on Kai just because he's my guy" Skylor giggled as Kai groaned from pain 

"I already told you I got distracted!" Kai whined at Skylor like a child making us all laugh 

"B-By what? A m-m-mirror?" Jay chuckled, but stopped after a glare from Kai 

"So you guys up for some classic video games?" Cole asked us all 

"Of course we are!" Nya said pumped up and ready to beat us all 

But lucky for us the Garmadon Alarm went off just as we started up the game, never thought I would actually be relieved to hear that my father was attacking the city. Rushing over to our monitors we could see my father and his new Serpentine army arriving in their shark themed vehicles, I also never thought I would see Serpentine attacking the city in shark themed vehicles 

"It has been awhile since your father last attacked the city Lloyd, perhaps he may have an actual plan this time" Zane said to me as he pulled on his ninja mask 

"Lord Garmadon actually having a plan?! Okay Zane I think Jay and Nya need to look at your shiny Nindroid brain" Kai laughed pulling on his black and red ninja mask 

"B-B-But how will we f-f-f-fight him? Our m-mechs were d-destroyed!" Jay stuttered with his black and dark blue ninja mask already on

"I believe I have the answer to that" Wu chimed in 

"What is it Sensei? Did you get us new mechs?!" Nya asked Wu excitedly 

"Oh no Nya, you already have your new mechs" Wu smiled at us 

"Huh?!" We all said in unison, completely confused as to what Wu was saying 

"Your Golden Weapons can do a lot more than just help you harness your elemental powers" Wu explained to us 

"Don't tell me I have to ride this like a broom stick" Kai groaned as he looked at his Sword of Fire 

"Oh no Kai you won't have to" Wu chuckled as he led us out of the Warehouse "To unlock your Golden Vehicles you must let your heart guide you, we will start with you Jay"

"M-M-Me?!" Jay said startled 

"Imagine you are taking flight and your Golden Weapon will do the rest" Wu instructed Jay

Jay gulped and paused for a moment, he closed his eyes for a second and then began to spin his Nunchucks of Lightning around. They began to spark and lightning surrounded Jay as he began to levitate in the air, suddenly he shot up into the air and a blue jet formed around him! It looked so cool!

"WOW! T-THIS IS SO C-C-COOL!" Jay cheerfully admired his new jet "See y-y-you guys in t-the city!"

Jay suddenly shot off at the speed of lightning towards my father and the city in his new Storm Fighter 

"Alright my turn!" Kai eagerly said as he closed his eyes just like Jay, Kai twirled his Sword of Fire all around him with flames on the blade. He jumped into the air and striked the ground making a  bright red motorcycle appear with multiple golden blades attached to it 

"Now this is a motorcycle sis!" Kai said to Nya, and Nya did not like Kai insulting her motorcycle "Hop on Sky!" 

Skylor hopped onto the back of Kai's Blade Cycle and they both raced off towards the city, leaving a trail of fire behind them  

Zane stepped forward with his Shurikens of Ice in his hands, throwing them up into the air Zane shut off his bright blue Nindroid eyes. Just as the Shurikens began to fall back down Zane switched his eyes back on and he leaped into the air after the Shurikens, he took hold of the Shurikens and aimed them at the ground with ice beginning to shoot out of them. With a bright flash of light an icy snowmobile appeared with Zane riding on top 

"This is most excellent" Zane admired his new Snowmobile as he revved it's engine and shot off quickly, as if he was gliding on ice 

"Let's see what this Scythe has in store!" Cole smirked as he closed his eyes

Cole spun his Scythe of Quakes all around him making earth and rock rise around him, he jumped up and slammed his Scythe of Quakes right into the ground making earth surround him. Rocks flew up into the air as a large four wheeled vehicle appeared, with golden spikes on the front and completely black with golden stripes decorating the large black spikes on the sides 

"Alright now this is rock and roll!" Cole cheesyly cracked as he started the engine to his Tread Assault and zoomed off after Kai and Zane, almost shaking the entire city with the large tyres 

"Guess we're saving the best for last" Nya said closing her eyes like everyone else

With her eyes closed Nya suddenly backflipped right into the air and aimed right for the water, opening her eyes just as she was about to splash into the water Nya's Trident of Water glowed bright blue as water splashed around Nya and suddenly she was seated inside of a sleek looking silver and aqua coloured speedboat with gold highlights 

"Sweet! I think I'll call it the Aqua Speeder!" Nya happily cheered 

"Got room for one more?" Rumi asked Nya 

"Hop on girl!" Nya told Harumi cheerfully, Rumi jumped beside Nya and the two of them sped off leaving just me and Wu behind 

"So uh Sensei, do you happen to have a new vehicle for me?" I gave my uncle the best puppy dog eyes I could but he just shook his head, shattering my hopes for some sort of cool Green Ninja Mobile 

"I am afraid you will have to face your father on foot for now" Wu told me as he made his way back inside the Warehouse, letting out a sigh of defeat I pulled on my black and green ninja mask and started to climb on top of the Warehouse

Hopping from rooftop to rooftop I looked below me and saw the others battling the Serpentine in their new shiny vehicles, I really gotta get myself a Golden Weapon. I started to look for my father's giant shark mech, which shouldn't be too hard to find, after a few minutes of jumping on  rooftops I managed to find it. Pulling out my sword I leaped down on to it ready to fight my father, but he wasn't there? 

I readied myself in case it was a trap, but Garmadon didn't pop up at all. Looking everywhere I thought he could be hiding there was not a single trace of him, hopping down from the mech I looked around at my surroundings which were very familiar. Turning my head to the left my eyes widened, this is the apartment block where me and my mom live, and Garmadon's mech is just parked outside?! 

Practically kicking down the door to mine and mom's apartment I saw exactly what I didn't want to see, Lord Garmadon standing in mine and mom's apartment 

"Lord Garmadon!" I angrily yelled out, pointing my sword right at him 

"Ah Green Ninja, you are just in time to see me reunite with my long lost son!" Lord Garmadon growled at me "Now where is he Misako?!" 

"I already told you Garm! I'm not telling you where he is!" My mom defended me as she stomped on my father's foot making him jump back 

"Fine! We'll just make him come to us!" Lord Garmadon snarled as he suddenly picked my mom up, charged into me knocking me over and running out of the apartment 

I can't let him get away! Quickly getting back up I chased after Lord Garmadon who seemed to be heading for the roof of the apartment block, running up all the stairs would be a pain but it'll be worth it to save mom! As I was hurrying up the stairs Garmadon turned around to face me and started to throw snakes at me! And not even those fake snakes Nya pranked us with, they were real snakes! I dodged the snakes by jumping over them, ducking under them and wall jumping out of the way, I even managed to hit a few back at Garmadon but he avoided them all and just kept running up the stairs with my mom in his arms 

Finally reaching the top of the staircase I kicked down the wooden door that led to the rooftop and saw Garmadon holding my mom in his arms still, it filled me with so much rage! 

"Alright Garmadon! Put the woman down!" Aiming my sword right at him, ready to strike at any moment 

"Not until Lord Garmadon Junior comes to join me!" He spat back at me, does he really think I would join him after he turned my life into a living hell?!

"There is no way your son would join you! You ruined his life!" I yelled at Garmadon 

"Oh but he could get revenge on everyone who wronged him!" Garmadon shouted back at me 

"If I were him I would get revenge on you for turning his life into a living hell!" I spat at Garmadon, holding myself back from attacking him "Now put the woman down and we can settle this!"

"As you wish" Garmadon evilly smirked, he suddenly threw my mom into the air as he pulled out his silver katanas, I have to save her! 

Leaping into the air I grabbed my mom and rolled onto the rooftop holding her close to make sure she didn't get hurt 

"Are you okay mo- m'am?!" I corrected myself just in time

"Yes I'm fine" Mom smiled at me, I let her go and stared down Garmadon 

We both charged at each other clashing our blades together, sparks flying. Slicing my blade at Garmadon he jumped to the side and kicked me down, I could feel myself swelling up with anger. Flipping back up I spun into my green Spinjitzu and raced towards Garmadon, he saw my Spinjitzu coming and spun into his own destructive purple tornado, our Spinjitzu clashed sending us both tumbling back a bit. Our furious eyes locked as we both got back up, Garmadon growled at me as he threw two of his katanas right at me, thinking fast I used to same technique I used against Rumi and jumped over them with the help of my own sword. Garmadon was caught off guard by my move so I took the opportunity to quickly charge at him and swiftly slice at his two other swords knocking them out of his hands and then kicking him right in the chest flinging him almost over the edge of the building, using his four arms he managed to grab onto the satellite tower 

"D-Don't worry G-Green N-Ninja! I g-got this!" Jay said to me over coms as he suddenly flew over the building and shot a burst of lightning at the bottom of the satellite tower Garmadon was holding onto, the satellite tower tipped over and the top of the tower broke off and crashed down below onto the streets. Garmadon was now clinging on for his life 

"There is no escape Garmadon! Surrender!" I shouted at my father as he pulled himself on top of the sideways satellite tower 

"I am not leaving here until my son joins me!" Garmadon growled at me 

"Koko never told you what happened to your son" I told Garmadon

"She told me enough! She told me he was out with his friends!" Garmadon shouted at me from across the satellite tower 

"No, I am your son!" I said to Garmadon as I took off my ninja mask and looked right at him 

"No, no that's not true! That's impossible!" Garmadon cried out at me

"Search your feelings you know it to be true!" I shouted back at him 

"NOOOOOOOO!" Garmadon yelled out as he let go off the satellite tower and began to plummet down below 

I looked over the edge of the rooftop and saw my father being saved by a Manta Ray Bomber just before he was about to become a black stain on the pavement, I sighed in defeat and turned around to leave the scene. Standing in front of me was my mom, completely shocked and tears in her eyes

"Mom.." I called out to her but she just turned away from me and ran back inside the building, ugh how could I have been so stupid?! 

Letting out a sigh I put my ninja mask back on and called Jay for a pick up, he flew down onto the rooftop and I jumped into his Lightning Jet. Once aboard I tore off my ninja mask and yelled in frustration 

"W-What's wrong L-Lloyd?" Jay asked me as he flew to the Warehouse 

"She knows now Jay! My mom knows I'm the Green Ninja!" I cried at Jay 

"W-Well on the b-bright side n-n-now you don't have t-to lie to her anymore" Jay tried to comfort me with an awkward smile 

Jay carefully landed his Lightning Jet outside of the Warehouse, once we left the jet Jay put his Nunchucks of Lightning away and the jet just disappeared! Everyone else soon followed and joined us inside of the Warehouse, they saw that I was upset and started asking me questions 

"What's wrong Lloyd?" Rumi asked me concerned 

"I blew it! Now my mom knows that I'm the Green Ninja!" I cried at Rumi as I slumped onto the couch 

"How did she find out Lloyd?" Skylor asked me 

"I got carried away and unmasked myself to my father!" I explained as I held my head in my hands groaning 

"I'm sure your mom will be proud of you!" Kai tried to tell me 

"No she won't!" I yelled back at Kai "I'm all she has left and now that she knows I've been risking my life almost every day she is gonna send me to a boarding school!"

"Your mother was once a warrior too Lloyd, I am sure that if you explain to her the full story she will forgive you" Wu told me 

"Maybe" I groaned as Rumi hugged me, trying to comfort me 

How could I have been this stupid?! Now Garmadon AND my mom know who I am! I really messed this entire Ninja thing up!
