(Nobody's POV)

"I-I-It's so c-cold h-here" The blue Ninja stuttered as he shivered with his orange scarf wrapped around his neck, trying to keep himself warm 

"Ugh, tell me about it" Cole groaned, his sleeveless arms being exposed to the environment around them. Times like these make him wish his muscles weren't so good looking and didn't have to be constantly shown off "At least you have a scarf!"

Speaking of the environment, our favourite Secret Ninja Force travelled across many different landscapes until they finally reached the one where the Serpentine's trail seemed to go cold, along with the temperature. The completely white land was covered in large birch trees that had not a single leaf attached to them, there was not a single evidence of humanity anywhere. A perfect place to hid a Fang Blade 

"Wait a minute, what does this mean?" Lloyd asked stopping for a moment, looking over at a small wooden sign that was partially covered in snow

"Beware of Treehorns?" Nya read out the sign that was firmly planted in the white snow around them "What is a Treehorn?" 

"I remember hearing about these Treehorns some time ago" Zane stepped forward and began to explain "From what I can remember Treehorns are creatures that only live in this Birchwood Forest, it is the only climate they seem to be able to survive in"

"But why should we beware of them? Are they protective of this Birchwood Forest?" Skylor asked the trusty Nindroid who took a moment to check his database for the information the red head wanted 

"My database seems to have reports of people venturing out here and encountering Treehorns, all of the reports feature the adventurers being attacked by the creatures and fleeing the Birchwood Forest" Zane told the Orange Ninja

"I r-r-really hope t-these Treehorns a-a-are just very a-aggressive s-s-squirrels" Jay quietly spoke from behind Harumi as he mentally prayed to the First Spinjitzu Master 

After Cole got a quick photo with the Treehorn sign, presumably a souvenir to send to his father to show how good he was getting along, the Ninja pressed forward through the snowy biome, making sure to watch their back in case the Serpentine were planning an ambush on them

It took quite a few steps in the cold snow until the Ninja found something that wasn't a birch tree or a small snow hill, as the Ninja got closer and closer to the new thing they had found they began to see some sort of manmade machine lying on the snowy ground. Jay inspected the golden giant and found several dents in the machine's armour, along with what looked to be a sort of venom that melted away some key components of the robot's cannons 

"This has got to be the work of the Serpentine" Harumi pointed at the green venom that even melted the snow around them 

"Could this giant robot thingy be a protector of the last Fang Blade?" Cole asked the other Ninja as he poked the manmade giant, making sure it wasn't going to spring up and attack them 

Zane joined the Blue Ninja in inspecting the fallen machine, climbing onto the back of the machine the Ice Ninja studied the damage it had taken and it was indeed attacked by the Serpentine. As the Nindroid looked all over the giant's busted armour, his bright blue eyes were drawn to what looked to be a sort of marking at the top of the machine's back

One of the Nindroid's black gloves swept away some snow that covered the marking and the Nindroid gazed at it, the symbol looked familiar to the white haired Ninja, but he was unable to determine where he had seen it before. The literal gears in his head turned and turned trying to figure it out but to no avail, Zane was really stumped as to where he had previously seen the marking

"Uhhhh N-N-Ninjago to Zane? Y-You there b-buddy?" Jay waved his triple gloved hand in front of Zane's unmoving face, which promptly looked away from the marking and towards the scarfed Blue Ninja 

"What is it Jay?" Zane asked the freckled boy, unaware to the fact that he was just looking down completely emotionless 

"Y-You were j-just standing t-t-there not saying a w-word" Jay informed the Nindroid who looked surprised at the information "F-For a second we t-t-thought your circuits w-were frozen" He finished with a slight chuckle before climbing off the protector of the Birchwood Forest 

"I apologise for my behaviour, I am not certain what took over me" Zane bowed in front of the other Ninja who didn't seem to mind the Nindroid spacing out

"It's fine Zane, we all have our moments" Cole told his Nindroid friend before joining the other Ninja in walking away from the fallen machinery 

Before Zane followed after his friends he made sure to take a mental image of the symbol on the back of the protector, just in case his memory figured out where he had seen the special emblem before. After Zane had caught up with the Ninja they followed a trail of Venomari venom which must have spilled out of the staff belonging to Acidicus from bashing the golden giant, the venom seemed to be the only thing that melted away the snow in the Birchwood Forest. But then again, Jay hadn't been teased about a certain somebody yet so for now the Venomari venom is at the top of the list 

"I'm getting real tired of all this snow" Harumi groaned, reluctantly continuing to follow the Serpentine's venom trail "And I'm really tired of being freezing cold!" She continued to groan much to the other Ninja's dismay. Sure they were also tired of all the snow around them and feeling cold, but they didn't want to add their whining onto the pile of things they didn't enjoy

"L-L-Lloyd why can't w-w-we just follow t-the trail in o-our vehicles?" Jay asked his best friend from his left "T-That way we can s-s-stay warm and we c-can get to the last F-Fang Blade quicker!" Jay suggested to his green eyed friend who replied with a shake of his head 

"If we follow the venom in our vehicles the Serpentine will hear us and we'll lose the element of surprise" Lloyd told Jay, much to his disappointment "And besides, we kind of skipped out on training today so the exercise will help keep us in peak Ninja shape" He finished off with his arms on the back of his head, he was actually kind of enjoying the peaceful stroll towards the Serpentine and the Fang Blade

But unfortunately for the blonde haired Green Ninja, the peaceful stroll he was enjoying wouldn't stay peaceful for long. A loud shout up ahead snapped him out of his relaxation, and the other Ninja turned towards the sound that seemed to echo throughout the Birchwood Forest before speeding off to check out the sudden shout 

"Hey look it's the Serpent-" Cole almost shouted out but thankfully Harumi shoved her hand over his mouth to shut him up

"Be quiet!" Harumi hissed at the Earth Ninja before she shoved him behind the snow hill the other Ninja were hiding behind "We can't let them see us!"

"L-Look! I-It's the Fang B-Blade" Jay whispered with his hand pointing towards the last Fang Blade which seemed to be buried in tons of snow, surrounded by Pythor and the rest of the Serpentine 

"Should we jump at them now? They look like they're just staring at it" Nya asked Lloyd with her Trident of Water in hand

"Alright, now seems to be the best time" Lloyd told the Ninja as he pulled his silver sword off his back "3........2.......1........GO!" Lloyd shouted out before leaping over the snow hill they were all hiding behind 

"The Ninja?!" Fangtom's left head screamed out "What are they doing here!?" His right head finished off 

"You can blame Acidicus for that!" Skylor shouted back at Fangtom, making every single Serpentine turn their head towards the Venomari General 

"I'm sssssssorry, thisssssss sssssstuff jusssssst leaksssss out!" Acidicus replied as he frantically hid his staff behind his back 

"Argh it doesn't matter if they're here!" Pythor grinned "They don't even have a full team!" The Anacondrai finished with a wicked laugh

"We do not require a full Ninja team to stop you Pythor P. Chumsworth!" Zane shouted back at the purple Serpentine with his Shurikens of Ice in hand 

"Then let us test that theory" Pythor suddenly shot towards Lloyd with his staff ready to knock the Green Ninja off his feet 

The Green Ninja swiftly rolled out of the Anacondrai's path and the battle for the final Fang Blade began. The Shurikens of Ice flew through the air until freezing the Constrictai General in place, allowing for the Water Ninja to run right past him and knock away a Hypnobrai who almost managed to take the Fang Blade from it's snowy mound 

Harumi and Skylor fought back to back, with the Orange Ninja rapid firing arrows and the Jade Ninja slicing away Serpentine who tried to attack her from behind, all the while Jay was spinning around the battlefield knocking out several Serpentine. The Earth Ninja made use of the snow mounds around him and used it to propel himself into the air before slamming his Scythe of Quakes into the snowy ground, throwing most of the Serpentine off balance and allowing for Nya to slide on in with her Trident of Water and send the off balance snakes into the nearby birch trees 

Rage filled Pythor as his reptilian eyes watched his Serpentine brethren be bashed around by the Ninja, they have come so far to bringing back the Great Devourer and Pythor wasn't going to let an incomplete team of children playing dress up stop him now. Without a moment of hesitation the Anacondrai General swung his Serpentine staff at the Green Ninja and knocked the Ninja's trusty sword out of his hand, before the green eyed teen had a moment to react Pythor whipped his strong tail right into the Green Ninja's chest sending him tumbling onto the white ground and into a small snow mound 

The Ice Ninja saw his green friend be overpowered by the Anacondrai General and quickly made his way to assist, Pythor saw Zane coming and readied his staff to send the Nindroid flying, but Zane seemed to have other plans as instead of charging directly at Pythor he threw his Shurikens of Ice at the snake and managed to freeze the staff to his hands before delivering a swift kick to Pythor's chest and tossing him into Skales who was fighting Nya nearby 

"Are you alright my friend?" Zane asked Lloyd as he helped him back onto his feet, handing him his silver sword 

"I'm fine Zane, thanks for the assist" The blonde thanked his Nindroid teammate with a quick fist bump before jumping right back into the battle 

The Ice Ninja watched the Green Ninja run into the action, but instead of following after him his gaze instead turned to his left, the blue eyes of the Nindroid focused in on the last Fang Blade which looked to be unguarded. With everyone too busy fighting now was the perfect time to grab the Fang Blade, so as quietly as the White Ninja could, he started making his way toward the Fang Blade buried in the snow 

Multiple Spinjitzu tornados spun around the snow covered battlefield, hoping to possibly confuse the Serpentine, but the Serpentine weren't going to let themselves be confused by colourful tornados. The Venomari started to spit their venom at the Spinjitzu tornados making them back off from the snakes, next up were the Hypnobrai who tried to use their hypnosis against the Ninja but to no avail as they just couldn't look any of them in the eyes. But the Hypnobrai's attempt to hypnotise the Ninja wasn't a complete failure, thanks to them distracting the colour coordinated teens Skalidor and his Constrictai managed to sneak behind the Spinjitzu tornados, the Constrictai General and the other Constrictai quickly wrapped their strong tails around the Spinjitzu tornados holding the Ninja in place. The strong tails of the Constrictai tribe squeezed the colourful teens before chucking them towards the ground and bouncing them all into the tall birch trees 

Pythor's purple face held a wicked smile as he watched the Fangpyre General and his tribe walk towards the Ninja, their sharp teeth ready to chow down on some Ninja flesh. But before the red and white Serpentine could reach the recovering Ninja, the ground beneath them began to shake and tremble. The Fangpyre stopped dead in their tracks and worriedly looked around them along with the rest of the Serpentine, whilst the Serpentine were distracted the Ninja carefully stood up but unfortunately Pythor wasn't affected by the sudden shaking as much and swung his staff right into Jay's gut, smashing him into a birch tree 

"Jay are you okay?!" Nya asked with worry, watching as the Blue Ninja tried to stand back up whilst clutching his stomach 

"Y-Y-Yeah, d-d-don't worry about m-me" Jay barely managed to say as he rested his back up agasint the birch tree he slammed into, trying not to throw up 

Suddenly the landscape shook and trembled again, the Ninja and the Serpentine all frantically searched for what could have caused the shaking and trembling. Even Zane stopped sneaking toward the Fang Blade to look around for what caused the ground to tremble, and a sudden loud scream gave them their answer. All heads turned towards Jay who was frantically backing away from the birch tree he knocked into 

"T-T-That's not a t-t-tree!" He screamed at the top of his lungs as his shaking hand pointed upwards 

Everyone on the snowy battlefield looked up to where the Blue Ninja was pointing and stumbled backwards in fear, staring down at the Serpentine and Ninja were multiple sets of red eyes, and those red eyes did not look pleased. The shaking of the ground returned when the birch trees around them suddenly lifted into the air and stomped down around the Ninja and Serpentine followed by a loud screech coming from the four legged birch tree textured creatures that began to surround their prey 

"Jay is correct, those are not trees" Zane informed everyone around him "It would appear that the Fang Blade is buried in the middle of a Treehorn nest!" 

"A Treehorn nest?!" Cole shouted out in shock as he jumped out of the way of a Treehorn that almost crushed him 

"T-T-These are n-not squirrels!" Jay cried out before he quickly jumped behind the Water Ninja and began to cower in fear as the large Treehorns stomped around them all 

"What are we going to do Lloyd?! These things are huge!?" Harumi anxiously asked her boyfriend while she tightly held onto his left arm 

"It's alright Harumi, we can get out of this" Lloyd began to comfort his white haired girlfriend "I really hate to say this but, we're left with no other choice" The Green Ninja sighed before turning towards Pythor "Since we're both in the same situation, I think it's best if we tea-" But before Lloyd could finish, the Fang Blade was swiftly swiped from it's snow mound and the Serpentine were quickly slithering away with their scaly tails between their legs

"SO LONG NINJA! ENJOY BEING THE DINNER OF THOSE TREEHORNS!" Pythor maniacally laughed while holding up the last Fang Blade up in the air, celebrating his victory over the colourful teens 

"Argh! I hate those Serpentine!" Skylor shouted out in frustration as the Treehorns closed in on them 

"Well it looks like we'll just have to get ourselves out of this problem" Lloyd told his teammates as he got into his battle stance, silver sword ready to slash at the legs of the tall Treehorns 

All of the Treehorns around the Ninja let out a loud screech before beginning to protect their nest. The tall birch wood textured creatures swung their large legs forward and the Ninja rushed to take cover, Lloyd grabbed Harumi and jumped onto the ground barely avoiding a Treehorn's leg. Cole decided to hold his ground by striking the ground and raising the earth, blocking the large leg that was coming toward him

Jay was of course very afraid of all the Treehorns attempting to crush him so without hesitation he dove behind a snow hill close by as Skylor and Nya assaulted the bottom of the Treehorn's feet which seemed to just anger them more, Zane spun into his icy Spinjitzu tornado and tried to  knock a Treehorn down but he was easily knocked out of his Spinjitzu and sent flying into a birch tree nearby with a loud clang 

Zane quickly picked himself up and readied his Shurikens of Ice for battle, he swiftly spun around and struck the birch tree with his Shurikens of Ice, thinking it was a Treehorn about to stomp him into pieces. But to his surprise, the birch tree stayed perfectly still, the Nindroid let out a slightly embarrassed sigh of relief but was soon back to having his guard up once his slightly damaged eyes focused on a dent in the tree? 

The White Ninja was very puzzled, he stepped up to the seemingly fake tree and examined it closer, and the tree appeared to be fully made out of metal. But that wasn't the thing that interested the blonde Ninja the most, instead it was a certain stamp on the front of the fake tree. Inside of his head he pulled up the image he had taken of the golden protector before and compared the two symbols, and they seemed to be identical, curiosity took over the Nindroid and he opened the metal door to the tree

Once Zane was inside of the metal tree he was confronted by a spiral staircase which led him to what looked to be a workshop at the bottom, the bright eyes of the Nindroid lit up the tree as he cautiously stepped down the stairs. Reaching the end of the staircase the Ice Ninja's eyes darted around the workshop like area he had found himself in, once again the gears in his head turned and turned as a sense of déjà vu was delivered to the confused Nindroid. Everything around him felt familiar but he did not know why

As the white haired Nindroid was looking around the metallic room, a table close by caught his attention, or at least what was resting upon it did. Stepping over to the table his eyes gazed at what looked to be a black falcon laying down on the table, except it was definitely not a real falcon. It's front panel was left open revealing all of the mechanical parts that were hiding inside of the black bird, Zane examined the falcon and found it did not seem too hard to repair. So without another thought, the bright eyed Nindroid fished the falcon's blueprints from a nearby drawer and got to work

In no time at all Zane had fully repaired the metallic bird and it's eyes opened up before it suddenly took flight, the black wings of the bird flapped as it flew around the interior of the tree before resting on Zane's stretched out right arm

"Hello there my friend" The Ice Ninja greeted the black falcon on his arm, studying the mechanical bird's black body to see the same symbol from the tree door and the golden protector 

The black falcon looked at Zane for a moment before leaving the Nindroid's arm and flying over to a nearby wooden desk, the falcon landed onto the desk and began to peck at what looked to be a blueprint resting on the desk. With a look of intrigue on the Ice Ninja's face he made his way over to the desk the falcon landed on and examined the blueprint, once the bright eyes of the Nindroid scanned over the blueprints laid out on the desk something came over the white haired Ninja and he suddenly dropped to the floor

It all came back to him in an instant. The memories he had found while retrieving his Shurikens of Ice replayed in his mind, revealing to the shocked Ninja that the tree they had entered was the place where he was created by the kind old Dr. Julien. Zane opened his front panel and found the same emblem from the tree stamped on the inside, the white haired Nindroid smiled as a tear fell down his face 

"Cole! Try ramming into the Treehorn's legs with your Tread Assault!" Lloyd ordered the Black Ninja from across the battlefield 

"On it!" Cole replied before slamming his Scythe of Quakes into the ground and summoning his Tread Assault

Cole's foot slammed onto the accelerator pedal of the Tread Assault and the black and gold vehicle shot forward towards a Treehorn, the sturdy vehicle knocked right into one of the Treehorn's leg making the large creature let out a shriek of pain before beginning to stumble

"Zane! Use your Snowmobile to-" Lloyd attempted to command his Nindroid teammate but when he looked around the battlefield the trusty Ice Ninja was nowhere to be seen "Uhhh where's Zane?" The Green Ninja asked the other Ninja 

"M-M-Maybe he's blending in w-w-with the s-snow!" Jay suggested from behind his snow fort as he played with the orange scarf around his neck 

"Look over there!" Skylor pointed towards the tree Zane was previously thrown into "There's a door in that tree, maybe he went in there"

"But what's a door doing inside a tree?" Harumi questioned 

"I don't know, but if Zane wondered in there we have to see if he's alright" Lloyd told his Ninja team 

"I-I-I volunteer to enter t-t-the fake t-tree!" Jay sprung up with his hand in the air, jumping up and down to get Lloyd's attention 

"Alright Jay, you can join me and Cole in getting Zane" Lloyd sighed as the Blue Ninja happily left his snow fort and ran towards the opened tree with Cole following behind "Are you three going to be okay out here?" The blonde Ninja turned around to ask Harumi, Skylor and Nya 

"Of course! You boys go fetch Zane and we'll kick the butts of these Treehorns!" Skylor confidently told Lloyd before shooting one of her arrows right into the eye of a Treehorn that released a shriek of pain

Lloyd nodded his head before turning around and following Jay and Cole into the imposter tree to retrieve their beloved Nindroid which they found sitting down on the floor of the metallic tree, staring at a set of blueprints 

"Zane? Is something wrong?" Lloyd asked with concern, peering over the Nindroid's shoulder to look at the blueprints, which looked to show the inner workings of Zane 

"A-Are you h-h-hurt?" Jay asked the white haired Ninja who replied with a shake of his head, wiping away a tear before standing back up to face his teammates 

"I am alright.....I am just a little........shaken" Zane told the three Ninja around him, setting the blueprints down on the desk he found it on 

"What's gotten you so shaken buddy?" Cole put a comforting hand on Zane's shoulder, the Nindroid released a sigh before answering the Earth Ninja's question 

"This tree........it was actually where I was.......created" Zane solemnly said to Cole, Jay and Lloyd who gasped in response "According to my memories, this was........the last place I saw my true father" Zane finished as he around the tree workshop, smiling at the small pile of old boardgames hidden under the spiral staircase 

"I'm sorry to hear that Zane" Lloyd told the sad looking Nindroid "Are you......going to be okay?" 

"I will be fine Lloyd" Zane replied to the blonde Green Ninja before pulling his Ninja mask back over his face "I mustn't focus on the past if I wish to move forward. I apologise for leaving you all to deal with the Treehorns" He apologised with a bow

"There's no need to apologise Zane" Lloyd shot his friend a smile "Now let's get back up there and help with the Treehorns" The green eyed Ninja turned around and began to run up the spiral staircase, being followed by Jay and Cole 

Instead of joining the Lightning Ninja and Earth Ninja in following their Green Ninja leader, Zane turned behind him to see his newly found falcon pecking at another item, which looked to be covered by some sort of cloth. Once again the Nindroid was intrigued to know what was under the dusty cloth, with one step he stood in front of the cloth and removed it from the item it was covering up. A small smile appeared on the Ninja's face as his blue eyes took a mental image of the photo frame in front of him, the photo inside of the frame showed Zane and Dr. Julien smiling at the camera, with the falcon resting in between the two

"Do you wish to join me my friend?" Zane turned away from the photo frame and asked the black falcon with his arm extended

The falcon flapped it's wings in the air before swooping down towards Zane, but instead of landing on his arm the falcon perched itself onto the Nindroid's white hair and let out a happy chirp "I will take that as a yes" Zane chuckled before he began to run up the spiral staircase to the outside world 

"T-T-There's too m-many of t-t-them!" Jay stuttered out, clutching his Nunchucks of Lightning tightly as Treehorns began to close in on the Ninja "W-W-What are we g-g-going to do!?" He started to panic 

"Don't start panicking yet Jay" Cole turned to the frightened teen "We can still get ourselves out of this!" The Earth Ninja said as he swatted away a Treehorn leg with his Scythe of Quakes 

A loud engine sound suddenly filled the ears of everyone on the battlefield, the Ninja all spun around to check it out and were amazed to see Zane's Snowmobile bursting through snow with the Nindroid's new black falcon flying behind it, with what looked to be a rope in it's yellow beak 

"Do not worry my friends, I am here to help!" Zane informed the other Ninja as he sped towards them on his Snowmobile 

The Treehorns took note of the Nindroid's sudden arrival and paused their Ninja stomping to attack the speeding Snowmobile, but the Snowmobile was very much in it's element as it easily evaded all the Treehorn's stomps. As Zane's Snowmobile glided across the snow gracefully the falcon followed closely behind with the rope Zane had found in his father's tree workshop, seemingly tying the rope around the long legs of the Treehorn

The Ninja caught onto Zane's Treehorn strategy and once all four legs of a Treehorn were successfully tied up the Ninja knocked into the Treehorn with Spinjitzu, making the large birch tree creatures stumble and fall onto the ground, filling the Birchwood Forest with loud shrieks and thuds 

"Alright! Way to go Zane!" Cole cheered for the Nindroid, his Snowmobile continuing to glide across the cold snow and tying up the legs of the Treehorn creatures 

It didn't take the Ninja long to trip up the Treehorns that had surrounded them, Zane's Snowmobile came to a stop and high-fives were shared. The Ninja were about to begin their chase after the Serpentine but were stopped when the entire Birchwood Forest began to tremble and shake, much worse than before. As the forest continued to shake, birch trees all around the Ninja started to fall as loud ominous footsteps were heard coming towards the on guard teens 

"OH MY F-FIRST SPINJITZU MASTER!" Jay shouted loudly, grabbing everyone's attention "WHAT THE H-H-HECK IS THAT!?!?!?" He yelled out terrified, pointing at something straight from his nightmares 

The rest of the Ninja spun around to face whatever Jay was pointing at and they could see why he was so terrified. Looking down at them with all nine of their red eyes, was a massive Treehorn way bigger than any of the other tall creatures they had just defeated, two white fangs stuck out of the creature's mouth and a long pink tongue rested inside of it's large mouth that looked like it was capable of ripping multiple huge trees out of the ground at once 

"That would be the Treehorn queen" Zane informed the Ninja, the large Treehorn letting out an enraged shriek to confirm that she was indeed the queen, and she was very upset to see how her Treehorn were being treated 

"I don't think Zane's Snowmobile will be able to knock this Treehorn over" Nya said with her Trident of Water at the ready

"I-I've got an i-i-idea!" Jay suddenly spoke up from behind the Ice Ninja 

"What is it Jay?" Skylor asked the Lightning Ninja, aiming an arrow at one of the queen's nine eyes 

"I-I-In S-Star Wars The E-Empire Strikes B-B-Back, w-which I would s-say is the b-best movie in the o-original trilogy and could p-possibly be the b-best in the en-

"Cut to the chase Jay" Cole rolled his eyes at his friend's nerdy behaviour, Jay rubbed the back of his neck with a slightly red face before getting to the main part of his idea 

"I-In the m-movie, the R-Rebels use their fast X-wing S-Starfighters to wrap up the l-legs of the Empire's AT-ATs, so I t-think that o-one of our Elemental D-Dragons plus m-my Storm Fighter should be e-enough to topple t-the queen over!" Jay explained his nerdy plan to the other Ninja who seemed to be following along 

"Okay I think that could work" Lloyd praised the freckled Ninja's plan 

"I shall be the one to use their Elemental Dragon" Zane suddenly stepped forward with a determined look on his face "This place was where I was created and I must make sure it is protected, so I ask of you all to please let me be the one to help with the tying up of the queen" The Nindroid finished off with the falcon proudly resting on his shoulder 

"Sounds good to me" Harumi said to Zane before looking at the other Ninja who nodded in agreement "We'll distract the queen while you and Jay fly around it's legs" She told the two Ninja who both nodded as Zane handed Jay a portion of his rope 

The two of them then jumped into the air and Jay's Storm Fighter and Zane's Elemental Dragon appeared ready to take on the queen who licked it's lips, eager to taste what an Elemental Dragon would taste like. The queen's head shot toward Zane but before it's fangs could sink into the Elemental Dragon it was hit by a blast of rocks, the Treehorn queen's mouth opened as wide as it could to release a shriek as the eyes of the queen looked down at the rest of the Ninja on the ground 

"Okay we've got her attention! Start tying her up!" Lloyd shouted up to both Jay and Zane who nodded and flew towards the queen with ropes at the ready

Jay's Storm Fighter and Zane's Elemental Dragon dove down towards the knee area of the queen's birch tree legs and began their assault, and with the Ninja on the ground distracting the large Treehorn queen it was easy for the two airborne teens to fly in-between the tall legs of their foe, managing to wrap their rope around all four legs of the Treehorn queen 

The queen of the Treehorn released multiple shrieks of disapproval as it felt the rope being tied around it's birch tree legs, but no matter how hard it stomped and struggled the strength of Zane's Elemental Dragon and Jay's Storm Fighter was just too much for the poor queen to snap the rope currently being wrapped around her tall legs, and with five Ninja below shooting all sorts of weaponry/elements at her she couldn't exactly focus on the fast flying Storm Fighter and Ice Dragon

Jay and Zane's rope soon ran out and was eventually fully wrapped around the four legs of the queen, the massive Treehorn creature tried to bite the sturdy rope off her legs with the two large fangs that stuck out from her mouth but to no avail, unlike her Treehorn servants the queen's neck wasn't very long and her large mouth couldn't reach the black rope wrapped tightly around her legs 

"Ready to knock this queen over?" Lloyd asked his Secret Ninja Force teammates who looked at him and replied with a quick nod "Good! Ninjaaaaaa Go!" The Green Ninja shouted out before spinning into his iconic green Spinjitzu tornado and shooting towards the Treehorn queen, being followed by the other Ninja's colourful Spinjitzu tornadoes 

Lloyd and the on ground Ninja's Spinjitzu tornadoes slammed into the Treehorn queen's tied up legs and combined with the queen's constant struggling made the massive birch tree creature begin to stumble over, but it still wasn't enough to knock her over for good. Lightning began to surround Jay's Storm Fighter as it reached it's maximum speed, heading towards the Treehorn queen while Zane's Elemental Ice Dragon's wings flapped the fastest it could possibly manage while also flying straight for the Treehorn queen

All nine of the massive Treehorn queen's red eyes widened as Jay's Storm Fighter slammed right into it's body making the creature release one of it's loudest shrieks as the attack almost managed to knock it over, the Treehorn ruler of the forest attempted to steady itself and fight back but Zane's Elemental Dragon quickly flew right into the knees of the creature delivering the final blow needed to make the beast topple over and crash down onto the snowy earth it was used to ruling over, causing a small scale earthquake to occur

"I guess that saying about the bigger they are the harder they fall is true after all" Cole let out a chuckle as Jay and Zane safely landed onto the slightly cracked ground 

"That was great you two!" Nya congratulated a blushing Jay and a smiling Zane on their Treehorn queen defeat, the Nindroid making sure to pet his new falcon friend for it's help 

"Oh uhhhh t-t-thank you N-Nya" Jay shyly accepted the Water Ninja's praise, fiddling with his orange scarf as a way to calm down his nervousness "B-But this was a-a-all a team e-effort" He stuttered, letting go of the scarf around his neck 

"I hate to break up the feel good moment but the Serpentine are getting away with the final Fang Blade!" Harumi chimed in with worry in her voice

"Rumi's right, we can celebrate about our Treehorn victory another time" Lloyd looked at his friends in front of him with a determined look "Pythor and his Serpentine couldn't have gotten far, they should have ran into some problems with the mountains so that should give us enough time to catch up with them" The green eyed leader told his team with one of his fists clenched in front of him, ready to chase after those slippery Serpentine 

Lloyd's fellow masked teens all nodded in response to the Green Ninja's determined speech and Cole, Zane, Jay and Nya summoned their Golden Weapon vehicles in a flash, without another word shared between them all the four vehicles shot off at their maximum speed hoping to catch Pythor and his Serpentine before they could reach their destination with the final Fang Blade in hand

Ninjago's faith rested in their teenage hands and they sure as hell weren't gonna let their home slip from their grasp, it all came down to this final Fang Blade and they were going to give it everything that they've got!

But will their best be enough? Will they require help? The answers can only be determined by the strength of our favourite Secret Ninja Force 

Congratulations, you have finally reached the end of this long Ninja Life chapter. Will the Ninja be able to catch up to the Serpentine in time to stop their plans of resurrecting the Great Devourer? Will Jay make more references to Star Wars?! And will Zane's falcon replace Kai as the eight member of the Secret Ninja Force!?!?!?!?!
